Pros. Nice people, good location, reasonable value. Free glass of wine every afternoon to hang out and mingle. Very dog friendly.
Cons. Someone was given our room and walked in on us. Turned out out was their second try, because their first room wasn't clean. The air conditioning filter was frozen over because the filter was filthy, so we didn't get A.C. until the next day. Overall nothing special, but for the location and price, and considering these were hopefully just flukes, didn't seem like a bad place.
Pros. The rooms were spacious with a small kitchenette!
Pros. The room was a decent size. I liked that it had a balcony. I liked that it had a bathtub and shower.
Cons. I was allergic to something on the bed. I found that the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very noisy so if you cann't sleep with noise, then skip this place. I was on the top floor and every horn blow and sirens are very loud and very often. Construction was also very noisy at 6AM. The circle has a lot within walking distance, but there wasn't a good selection of food places adjacent to the hotel. I think parking was absurd at $40 a night, especially when you give them your ticket and they forget to get your car....and when you finally get it back you have a nice dent on the door. It's like a hotel trying to be fancy but it's not fancy enough for the cost. I would say find something better.
Pros. Comfy bed. Spacious room. Service by all working there was awesome!!
Pros. We liked the location and the space in the room.
Cons. Our room had a full kitchen and someone cooked hamburgers. Every time we opened the door, we were hit with the smell of cooked hamburger. The staff came up with Fabreeze, but it didn't really help. The room could use an upgrade and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, nor were there any chairs on the balcony.
Pros. Size of room was great. Walkable to the Tidal Basin/DC monuments/White House and to Dupont Circle area.
Cons. I booked through an outside travel company and had to call to have a charge reversed.
Pros. Size of room.
Cons. Run down.
Pros. Comfortable beds, lots of space in the rooms, and fantastic location.
Cons. The facilities could use some updating - the carpet in the room was quite old, as was the paint on the walls.
Pros. Great service from the front desk, Ross was fantastic. Large room, extremely comfortable bed.
Pros. Great service with nice accommodations close to attractions.
