Pros (+) Very clean, comfortable, and modern. It is currently under construction in the hotel lobby, but it was never bothersome to us. We could not hear it even from the elevator! Great place to stay

Pros (+) The location was great. In the center of the DC business district with food and shops everywhere. Close to the national mall. It's a hike but a doable walk.
Cons (-) Not as advertised. The suite was nowhere near as luxurious as advertised. There was constitution within the hotel that I was not notified about. Room prices should not have been $200 per night plus parking with the construction. Room had an outdated feel. I would love to stay again in a few years when they gut and renovate the entire hotel.

Pros (+) Location was great for business, dining and nightlife.
Cons (-) Current renovations took away, but it's something that has to be done. Besides the construction the place was nice, quiet and was within walking distance to many businesses, restaurants and nightlife as well as tourist attractions.

Pros (+) Not a bad location from the White House. Cleanly, friendly staff, and have a bag check-in.
