Pros: The staff was super friendly. The amenities were awesome! Easy access to downtown.
Pros: The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel's general appearance was clean, pleasing and comfortable. The full service breakfast was a great convenience. Lots of on site, free parking.
Cons: If the hotel were just four exits further in toward St. Louis, it would be perfect!
Pros: Friendly staff, nice hotel, clean room
Cons: No, everything was perfect!
Pros: Location, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, laundry available for sweaty athletic clothing😳!!!
Cons: Parking could be a little difficult.
Pros: Nicest Drury inn we have stayed at !!!!
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast outdid any other hotel we've stayed. Price was right.
Pros: very nice and clean, happy hour great
Pros: Probably should have been rated higher
Pros: Clean and easy access to everything.
Pros: Close to the interstate. Lovely room. Hot tub in the pool area.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't as good as we expected. The sausage gravy was somewhat tasteless and the eggs were slimy.
Pros: The hotel was well worth the money. The breakfast was great with a very wide variety to choose from. Coffee maker in our room pleased hubby. Our 2 toddlers loved the waffles, swimming pool. Mom here loved the bed. Now I need new mattress.
Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: The staff was very courteous and accommodating. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We will definitely stay again.
Pros: Location for my purposes, friendliness of staff and cleanliness of hotel.
Cons: Due to proximity of this hotel to the downtown St. Louis area, it is used by groups traveling by bus which created a lack of WiFi service on numerous occasions. This was frustrating during my stay.
Pros: Breakfast was very good!
Pros: Quiet and in a good location for the area.
Pros: Location to event
Cons: No bathtub shower not that cena clean
Pros: Nice clean
Cons: The first room we were given already had guests in it. The bill I was given was not mine.
Pros: Nice clean room, very comfy beds.
Cons: The HVAC was a little funky, switched between heat and cold all night
Pros: Our room was very clean and the furnishings were good. Without exception, desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Wi-Fi is good. There are multiple, secure entrances from the parking lot to the lobby, which makes getting inside easy. Good breakfasts!
Cons: Our room was on the first floor and near the ice and vending machines and swimming pool, so a bit noisy. If we hadn't arrived late and gotten settled, I would have asked for a change. In other words, avoid rooms numbered in the low 130s.
Definitely the best choice for the area, not many places to stay in Columbia IL.
Pros: Complimentary breakfast with waffle maker. Convenient location for hotel in Columbia IL.
Cons: I have stayed here before, but this room seemed a little more worn. There were many scuffs on the wall and seemed to have more than the average wear and tear.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The pool needs resurfaced and our room smelled like someone was recently smoking in it.
I believe the staff could have done more and I was told as much by the front desk clerk, but no compensation was offered, really not even an apology. I am also an honor member of theirs and had reserved 2 rooms as I had my elderly mother with me and she was scared the entire night because she didn't know what these drunk people were capable of. I feel as though I will go to every site possible and leave this review so that they know next time something like this occurs it needs to be addressed immediately. It should not be allowed to go on for 3 full hours, and this is NO exaggeration I assure you.
Pros: The room was nice and things were comfortable
Cons: There was commotion from 12:30 am until almost 3:30 am. Vulgar language, screaming, knocking on doors, drunken annoyance. I called the front desk and was hung up on when I inquired about the commotion. I think they finally did kick out a few rooms.
Our stay was excellent, the staff was friendly at all times asking if we needed anything to make our stay better. They even went out of their way to accommodate our needs for a birthday party that had to be moved inside because of the weather. Rooms were very clean and all staff friendly. Definitely would highly recommend staying here.
Pros: Staff was great. Rooms were very clean. Food was good for typical buffet.
Cons: meat for breakfast only on sunday would recommend, sausage, bacon, etc, also on saturday. Need to have city maps available to give to customers for info to get around St louis.

Cons: 'Breakfast' was inadequate. Selection was minimal.
Pros: It was clean, the breakfast was good and the lady that checked us in was very accommodating because we arrived early and she let us in.
Cons: The location was awkward. Exiting the highway onto the road leading to hotel is not very 'user friendly'. At night and during bad weather it is very difficult to see exit.
Pros: It is definitely an adequate hotel - clean, smells okay in the rooms (but smoky in the hall), in good repair.
Cons: We had 'no smoking' rooms and they were fine, but the hallway reeked with smoke, I guess from other rooms.
Pros: Got there late they was full but held my room. Clean room and was every thing i expected for the price. I stay here when i go to play golf and visit with a friend and just want a clean place to sleep
Pros: super clean. nice staff. We've stayed in 3's and 3+'s that weren't this clean. Close to town and we were able to get out and enjoy some great local foods.
Cons: Not really.
Pros: clean and quiet.
Cons: signage on route 3. It can't be see seen driving south. Blocked by bigger US Bank sign
Pros: Good location and easy access
Pros: Nice workout facility and well-appointed rooms.
Cons: I was put in a double with 2 beds. I asked to be put in a king room, but was told that the hotel was filled up. So I spent the extra money for a king room, only to find that the hotel was not very busy at all during my stay.
Dont stay here
Cons: Beds were slept in. No clean sheets.
Pros: Quiet clean well maintained friendly staff
Pros: Not much other than good location
Cons: Room was dirty stains on bedding and mattress cover, would not stay there agaun
