The bed was very old, the mattress sagged in the middle so both people slid to the middle. It was so bad that I had to sleep with one foot over the edge to stay in one place. My back ached the next day. The light over the sink did not work. The air -heater un it was so loud in woke you when it started. This facility needs a Hugh up grade and renovation.

I believe the ladies name was Rena? Sorry if wrong. She was always helpful! The location was great also. Wherever I was headed it took only 20 minutes or less to get there. Housekeeping staff was also really great.
It's not that I didn't like this motel, it just appears that if you are not part of what I will call the "family" of guests, some of the other staff seemed to get irritated when asking simple questions. Things like how does the remote work? This resulted in having to use two remotes to run one small television. But they did resolve that issue. The furnishings in the room were a bit torn up, chairs had rips in the seat and the curtains were worn. If you want to go somewhere to be reclusive and not really speak to anyone, this is a place this could happen.

I was given a room with a refridgerator upon request.
The light in my room above the vanity burned out and was not replaced when requested - I was given a bulb(flourescent) and tried to put it in myself - but it was a bad bulb. I did not have light above the sink! for 2 days of my stay!! The hot tub was luke warm and had a broken tile that was a law suit waiting to happen!
