Cons: Breakfast - plastic silverware and no real healthy options.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and breakfast was fantastic. The staff was helpful and polite.
Cons: The people next to us were literally screaming with their door open and even when the door was finally shut, you could hear them very clearly because there is a gap under the adjoining doors. No staff ever came to speak with them after we complained at night and again in the morning.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location for where I needed to go in the morning. Inexpensive.
Cons: Staff did not let me know about the free WiFi. Someone was smoking in the room next to me, so my room smelled bad (Non-smoking premises). Pretty outdated in general. Tub filled with water. Light bulb burned out over the bathroom mirror. Not the best experience.

Cons: It felt dark. Lighting was not very good. The cards used to enter the hotel or the room were slow.
1.0 Poor
Pros: We didn't partake in the breakfast as my husband was having surgery at Froeterdt Hopsital on the morning of checkout. The location was ideal for distance to the hospital.
Cons: The hotel was very run down. Scratches/holes in walls. Could not adjust the temperature of our room. I checked the bed for bed bugs because I was Leary of how run down the hotel was. My in-laws also stayed at this hotel at the same time, in another room, there appeared to be some type of bait station on the floor of their room under the safe. Being in the Pest Control business, I'm assuming they may have had some kind of pest at one point.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The lobby, the staff and the 23rd floor
Cons: I stayed in the old part of the hotel. It wasn't my cup of tea, however the ambiance and warmth made up for it. (The sink (stopper had crud surrounding it) and tub surround( soap scum) weren't the cleanest.)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great grand building. Staff was excellent.
Cons: Not really
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we pulled up at the hotel the staff were friendly, gracious and welcoming. We were traveling for a kids event, so we were a little scruffy - not the usual high end business traveler but it didn't seem to matter. The staff didn't bat an eye when we showed up with our dog - they have a goody bag for dogs and the doorman pointed out a park nearby for easy walks. We adjusted our room cleaning time because of the dog in the room, and housekeeping made sure that they were able to follow through with our requests until it was complete. I really liked the text messages checking to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff seemed very proud of the hotel - and they should be. It is a beautiful place and we felt like we were truly pampered!
Cons: Parking is expensive. That is not the hotel's fault - must be the price of parking in downtown Milwaukee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The historic features and ambiance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the minute I pulled up to the valet, to the minute I departed it was am amazing experience! The beauty, history, comforts, staff, food....it all went above and beyond my expectations! I can't wait to go back and this time I will stay longer!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't able to stay longer. I plan on going back for more than just one night soon!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was beautiful. We had a wonderful view of Lake Michigan. We had a very nice person who checked us in. She asked if this was our first time there and gave us ideas for things to do.
Cons: We were unable to really move around the lobby due to so many people so we ended up getting a sandwich and water for a light dinner. I did not expect to pay $33.00 for a cold sandwich. The breakfast in the Club was cold and not tasteful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, the paintings were incredible, great staff. The food at our conference (held at the hotel) was the best I've ever had at a conference.
Cons: The elevators were very slow on the "old" side of the hotel

Cons: The heating system in our room(764) was quite loud. I had the fan running all the time since it was so warm in the room but maybe I should have turned on the AC. Pros: Nice clean room staff is exceptionally well-trained and friendly Food was very good at two of the restaurants I was able to dine at the catered meals were good, maybe a little better than average, although the waitstaff could have been a little more attentive to clearing plates of finished diners.
Cons: Although you can tell they have great smoke cleaners, the amount of smoke encountered in the casino is still noticeable, and the only way to the restaurants is through the casino! The checking out process needs some help - I haven't had to physically check out at the front desk in years, unless I wanted to. Usually there is a receipt under your door the day of checkout.

Pros: It's a beautiful historic hotel that has been kept in its original glory - with updated amenities.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the restaurant options in the hotel. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The noise level was high due to the people in the room next door. On Thursday, when I returned to my room at 6:30PM, it was not made-up. I spent almost an hour waiting downstairs, when I went up it still wasn't ready. I ended up being late to a meeting.

Cons: I'd suggest adding tea as a drink option in the room and brighter lighting in the bathroom for makeup. The location is safe enough but isolated from the city's lively downtown. Plan to take a ride service or taxi in the evening or walk with a group.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The bathrooms are small and narrow, but nice. The shower had really good water pressure.
Cons: The parking is $23.00 which is some what reasonable since this hotel is in the downtown area. Usually there is a valet to park your vehicle, but with self distancing there is no valet. I appreciate this change in service, however, the price should be less if you are parking your own vehicle.

Pros: Spacious, well-apointed room with AMAZING water pressure! Sadly, the view was of some roof-top air-conditioners. But it was exceptionally comfortable and well-located.
Cons: Needing to get in and out of the hotel repeatedly, having only valet parking as an option was a drag, as I would have preferred to just park and drive myself.

Cons: 10th floor
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was near the convention center. Staff and valet's were incredibly friendly. Complimentary water and cookie were awesome touches. I also had some problems with the temperature and maintainence responded immediately.
Cons: The room was a little dry. The solution was to turn off the heat and open the window. I forgot to do that though and woke up with a very dry throat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice gave snacks out to the children
Cons: You have to pay 25$ for parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was safe, had many room service and order in options! Walked to Fiserv Forum from here in the winter and it was only a 10 minute walk! Will stay again.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The pillows deflated so your head was resting basically on the mattress, the bathroom was awkward and narrow, and the elevators lurched excessively. We felt like the room wasn't worth what we paid for it, and we even avoided the add on of $23/day parking.

Pros: Great location, great beds, great restaurant: Stellas.
Cons: Valet price was $15 too much per night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and price were great. The room was really nice. Registration desk was hidden on the 3rd floor. Maybe some signage to point it out might help? Hotel employee, bar/restaurant waa really nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, Restaurant in hotel, and the hotel itself quality was Awesome.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the beds were extremely comfortable
Cons: the sliding door of the bathroom came off the tracks right away. I am assuming someone broke it and put it back but didn't tell the Hotel about it.. We just left it off the track so that someone from hotel could fix it.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: you have to pay for wifi, the room is almost $-- and you have to pay extra for wifi, that's ridiculous. Also the hotel phone number listed on the website does not actually connect you to anyone, its rediculous.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel restaurant and bar was exceptional. Excellent food. Good wine. Friendly bartenders. Front desk equally exceptional and accommodating.
Cons: The desk chair in the room is too low for work and not adjustable. I also was on a floor with ice signs but I walked to both ends twice and never found it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous hotel with a lot of thought on the design details. A real treat at every corner and a great staf too. So much character! Liked the surprise complimentary cocktail at check in.
Cons: The semi-see-through shower wall into the bedroom was - unique. I assume its a design option only in the king rooms for couples, but it provided some awkward laughs and a careful shower schedule in our room - as we were traveling with our daughter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lobby was great for relaxing. Overall urban feel and welcoming staff were great.
Cons: Valet was nice but on site parking is always a perk
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Excellent staff and location. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Really made my stay in downtown Milwaukee a pleasant one. I will be back in the future.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location. Good restaurant inside.
Cons: Paid $1000 for two nights, and we still had to pay for anything a bit extra. $10/day for Internet, $2.50 for a bottle of water, $33/day for parking.
7.0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Pool was super small, parking was a little pricey. Didn't like needing a room key for basically everywhere, pool, elevator, etc.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Pool was smaller than represented in website photos. Pool water was quite cold.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: From the beginning, the staff was very inviting and friendly. We were hoping to check in a little early, and the process was super easy. The rooms were clean and stylish and the products they use felt intentional, it felt like a high end hotel.
Cons: When booking.com gave me the option to communicate with the hotel, I tried to make arrangements to check in early. I never heard back and had to just hope it would work out for our plans. Also parking was very expensive for a Wisconsin city and given we already paid for a hotel, it seemed like an unnecessary added expense. Especially if a lot of people don't use it, or use it only for a day without staying at the hotel.

Pros: Staff was wonderful
Cons: The restaurant wasn’t open there and that was disappointing
6.0 Good
Pros: room and pool was nice. nothing really special though.
Cons: sitting area outside of pool area was covered with leaves. A lot of leaves. As we were leaving on Sunday, a lady was finally sweeping them all up. Would of been nice to have that done on Friday and Saturday too. Also very disappointed in the fact that the bar/restaurant establishment was gone. Whole reason for us coming to your hotel was so we could just relax at the hotel and not go anywhere to eat or have a place to gather with family that lives down there. We have stayed here in past years and always enjoyed it, now it just seems run down.
