Cons: Breakfast was an additional cost. Very expensive at that.

Pros: The room itself was nice.
Cons: The pool area was disgusting, roaches on the floor, roof leaking rusty water into the pool, large areas of cold air coming in from outside doors. Complained to staff but they did not apologize or anything. Would never stay here again or recommend it.

Cons: Found empty cigarette box under foot of bed, toilet and tub had hair on them.

Pros: We went in the off season. It was a wonderful place to enjoy some peace and quiet. We will for sure be back when it is busy.
Cons: The coffee maker in our room didn't work, but they had a pot brewed downstairs for us.

Pros: The location was the ONLY good thing about this hotel!
Cons: The staff was rude. The room was filthy and there were spots of blood on the carpet (or it looked like dry blood). It was 98 degrees outside and the air conditioner in the room was broken (i heard another customer complaining about that too).

Pros: The staff member I dealt with was friendly and informative. The breakfast area was attractive with both tables and a counter top bar with seats.
Cons: The drive way leading up to the hotel needs some work. There were some serious potholes.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Booked room online, and the older lady that was there at check-in had no idea what she was doing. Tried to charge me again even though I showed proof that room had already been paid for.
Cons: My entire body is covered in bed bug bites. One shouldn't ask for much with a $---/night room, but this place should be condemned. I have pictures of the bites and will be contacting health dept next week. I'm only in town Mon-Thur.

It's cheap and everything turned out fine, but I did worry for a majority of the time. If you are on a budget you will be OK. Spring for another hotel if you can afford it

Cons: Lady standing outside asking if I was from Portsmouth, then telling me to lock my doors. I could not get anyone to come to the desk to return my key so I just set it down and left.
