After a 16 hour drive we purposefully chose this lodging for its hot tub and pool. Booked online only to discover the pool and hot tub were out of use. No compensation for this important amenity being unavailable.
Room was extremely nice. Rate was very affordable for same-day booking. Excellent place to stop and spend a night, when traveling out west.
nice rooms and they were clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. beds were a little hard
The breakfast buffet not enough parking
Overall, excellent place to stay. The room was awesome! Bed was very comfortable with large pillows. Hugh flat screen TV. Hotel staff were very professional, nice and accommodating. I was just there for one night traveling through and was very tired. I wish I would have arrived sooner to enjoy this room a little more. I missed out on using the hot tub and pool, bummer. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. Nothing.
Hot shower Close parking Clean room Location Unclean bathroom Breakfast was minimal
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Quiet and safe also. The hotel was a good stopping point on my trip east. No major complaints, little bit older hotel but was still clean and safe. Breakfast was a little bit minimal.
Location Comfortable beds Bugs in the room. Dirty walls
Good price Two Queen beds Quiet Convenient location Sink drain was clogged
Location, easy access, price A little outdated
Nothing, it was gross. There was hair alo over the bathroom doors, My wife disn't even dare try and take a shower. We slept in our clothes because we saw some sort of small bug on the mattress. I wish I could have gotten a refund.
Value, proximity to Bonneville Speedway Staff especially Bobby, very accomodating Old, a little unkempt, dirty carpets, tub wouldn't drain, not enough electrical outlets to run chargers, laptop, etc.
The cable tv selection. 2 HBO channels were very nice, not to mention the local network affiliates. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
bathroom and bed was clean. No shampoo/conditioner, no blow dryer, carpet was stained and dirty. The worst part was a room next to us sounded like a water faucet was turned on full blast for 11 seconds then slammed off. It went on LITERALLY EVERY minute for 11 seconds....ALL night and ALL morning long. Could barely sleep because of it being so loud! Worst night sleep in a hotel/motel ever. For the price it would have been nicer and cheaper to stay anywhere else. When I brought up the issue with front desk clerk the next morning he simply said sorry and wrote down the room number. No discount off our stay, or anything else.
Rooms ok and short to casino resorts no remarks about that
nothing unfriendly manger, nothing to do but watch tv.
It seemed new and clean. The wireless internet didn't reach our room.
Check in Easy It had some beds to sleep in Pretty standard I didn't not like anything
The room was dirty. When I came into the room the first time, I noticed a giant dirt covered finger nail resting on top of the microwave. The first towel I pulled out was full of black hairs. The room had an awful smell to it and was generally very dirty looking. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. I didn't like the fingernail on top of the microwave or the towel full of black hare or how dirty the room felt.
Convenient location Low price There was no heat! When I complained at the front desk they said they don't turn on the heat until summer is over. I reminded them that this was October and that it was 40° outside . "There is nothing I can do about it" front desk
As in......I'll never stay there again. Pretty much a no-tell motel. I'm not a huge fan of Motel 6 but do consider thei a good deal. This one is over priced for what you get. Next time I would drive the extra 2 hrs to Salt Lake. Bed was very uncomfortable.
Gave me the wrong room twice both rooms had not even been cleaned got a refund and left this place should be condemned filthy and disgusting!!!
The only thing I liked here was a staff member. He demonstrated great person to person customer service I did not like how the hotel looked beat up, especially in the rooms. I did not like how the room was not clean. There was hair and pubic hair on the sheets. I also did not like how the walls were thin. I heard everyone's conversations. This place is not a recommended place to stay if you are concerned about health and sleep.
once I saw the place and went into the lobby everything seamed strange, desk clerk could not speak English, said to come back later to talk to owner. we were the only ones there was like out of the twilight zone. left and found a better place never coming back
After checking the bed for bed bugs we slept fine. The furniture was askew and everything was dirty. Flies and mosquitos in room. Desk staff had unruly young son that threw pens at us and screamed. Desk staff barely could speam english, didn't know how to work computer, and wouldn't stop texting while we checked in.
The location is pretty good. You can walk to one of the casino's. The staff was nice. Needs updating. Non smoking and could smell smoke. Ok for me, but my wife would not have like it.
The room was very clean, spacious, well-maintained. The front desk attendant was very friendly. As always, we are grateful for Super 8's pet friendly policy! The hot tub was shut down for the winter. Bummer!
The room was far superior to the nugget and at a better rate. a 1 minute trip from the casinos, definitely among the nicest rooms I've stayed in.
Staff was nice Run down facility in the edge if town. Safe and comfortable but bit much else.
