We really loved the atmosphere here and the super friendly staff. Although the gaming machines may be a little tight everything else at this resort met or exceeded expectations. We'll be back!

Some restaurants close at 9pm. The Asian restaurant gave my money back after a mishap with my order. Room was not clean like trash from previous guest was found, hair on sink, shower head neck had soap scum on it, and there were little gnats in the toilet room.

Pros (+) The bed wasn't uncomfortable
Cons (-) 1. The entire hotel smelled like an ashtray. The smoke was so thick in the casino, it made my eyes burn after about 5 minutes. 2. I realize withe pandemic going on that some services wouldn't be available, but no breakfast, or any restaurants open at all, no pool open. 3. It just felt dirty. And poorly maintained. Terrible experience overall

Pros (+) Good size room with refrigerator and microwave. Decent gym but sauna was out of order.
Cons (-) Pulled in to valet, waited 15 minutes and no one was around or available to help with unloading the car or parking. Eventually self parked and unloaded ourselves. Greeting staff and exiting staff were rude.
