It took us over an hour to get into out already booked room. And it was the dirtiest room I have ever slept in.
I was a woman traveling alone and I felt comfortable in the hotel surroundings and grounds. The hotel wasn't too far away from other stores, restaurants, and fuel stations. My room was newly remodeled so the room was nice. The room for the most part was clean, but not immaculate. They provided nice shower and wash singles of Bath and Body Works products. Staff was very friendly and the room cost was VERY affordable. I will definitely stay there again with or without family.
I was on the 3rd floor, the water pressure was minimal. The shower head was adjustable, but not enough. The highest point the shower head could be set was too low even for a 5'4 person. There was an apt size refrigerator which made noise, it was very annoying. If you are a person who likes white noise at night you won't care much for the wall AC unit, it doesn't have the option to run the fan option just by itself. It would kick on and off. I tried using the free internet which tested my patience almost to its max. They use an "automatic" user agreement pop up browser. I have stayed in many hotels that use this as well and never have I had that many issues getting connected. I finally got connected after 20 or so tries and once connected it was slow. Because these were small annoyances, it didn't effect my opinion much of the entire hotel experience.
The staff were nice.
The internet was slower than molasses in March.
We had no problems with staff. Room was clean and a good size. Lots of channels on the TV too.
Could feel the bed springs a little not too bad though.
Staff were quick to fix any situation. We had to switch rooms due to a faulty TV but it wasn't a big deal.
Some of the guests were kinda mean to the staff about really trivial things
There are few restraunts near by, and also super market as well.
