Unfortunately the price difference between picking up at the airport and offsite is huge, and there is no way to easily tell the the office closet to the airport, with appropriate hours of operation, so I had to take a $50 lyft ride to get to the rental office (offsite from the airport-- which I am told, still saved me money on the overall rental).

NothingBooked the car through Kayak, the Enterprise location didn’t actually have a car available (the website shouldn’t allow me to book through them). The enterprise did try to call immediately after I booked and left a voicemail telling me they didn’t actually have vehicles for the next morning, but I didn’t receive the voicemail. I spent $40 on an Uber to their location, only to be told by their agent they they didn’t have cars, and that they did call to tell me that the night prior. When asked why they didn’t try calling again in the morning, to perhaps save me a trip, they basically had no response. The customer service at the location was non-existent, there was no attempt to rectify or apologize for the inconvenience, the woman “helping” me never made eye contact with me, and repeatedly just kept saying, “we did call and leave you a message.” It was clear they had no interest or concept of customer service, so I had them cancel the reservation, I then booked direct through National Car Rental at the airport for the next day and had a great experience. I won’t book through Kayak again, had this been a business trip it could have caused serious issues. When I reserve a vehicle I need to be able to trust that it’s an actual reservation.

The staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. We were promised a premium truck which was then revoked. Upon arrival the truck was available but only in 2 wheel drive. Being we were in Colorado I wanted a 4 wheel drive car. Upon arrival the associate said they had a 4 wheel minivan available so I opted for that. It turns out the van was only 2 wheel drive and the associate lied to us. It snowed that night and we barely made it to our rental condo. We also missed a day of skiing because of the weather and our inability to drive. We called enterprise to see if they could provide a 4 wheel car. We never received a call back.Everything. After this experience I will never use kayak or enterprise again.

Staff was prompt, extremely efficient, and pleasant.Be sure to check the location! My enterprise rental ended up being 30 minutes from the airport, not available by shuttle. Took a $35 Uber ride to get there…

I’m very angry because I was charged $250 for smoking in a vehicle I did not smoke in. It smelled like marijuana because I bought at a dispensary but I went for a walk and smoked what I had didn’t even smoke in the car but as soon as I get on the shuttle all the sudden there’s “ash” on the carpet on passenger side?!? It’s impossible because I wasn’t nearby the car when I smoked so I was charged $250 for a vehicle because it smelled like marijuana I might as well have smoked in the car. There’s a difference between smoking marijuana vs a car that was just smoked in and there were no hints of anything smoked in the car other than a strong odor of marijuana from picking up at a dispensary .
