Key cards would not work and we had to go back to reception each time for them to be swiped. No seperate carpark, had a problem parking near the hotel
It was new, comfortable, spotlessly clean and elegantly designed. Everything worked perfectly. Value for money was unbeatable. Staff were well trained and friendly. I thought hard about ways in which this hotel could be improved, but I couldn't think of anything. It really couldn't have been better! Nothing.
Staff friendly.Room very clean, warm and comfortable.Excellent en suite shower.
Overall professional approach by staff and overall appearance of hotel looking clean and inviteing. Just the outer regions have not yet been tidied from the construction obviously wiil be done in time as newly opened.
Excellent hotel - very good room None
We thought the shower was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and this is important to us. The cotton sheets were lovely but just a little too crisp! Quite noisy when you moved.
Clean, fresh, everything worked. I have no negatives.
This is the second time we have stayed at Days Inn at Wetherby it is a fine location for the Races. We will definitely use the hotel nest tinme we visit the races.
The staff were excellent, room clean and comfortable and the complimentary minibus service fabulous! Being next to a motorway you'd think it would be noisy but it isn't, recommend staying here definitely! I thought the continental breakfast price was a bit steep for what you get but the services next door have hot food. It's a pity that the hotel does not have the facilities for cooked breakfasts, that is the only thing that was disappointing.
Excellent modern room and facilities. Free internet!!!
The staff were extremely helpful Bed. Only two rather thin blankets.(one in wardrobe) Otherwise an excellent room.
Accesability to main roads, staff in the restuarant were first class. Unfortunately only one night in residence, but will return. Nothing
The Receptionist we complained to about our room was very efficient and made arrangements for us to have a different room for our second nights stay. Because the hotel had large parties on in the evenings only a carvery was on offer in the restaurant which wasn't very good. We were also kept awake by the discos and noise of the parties.
Quiet and convenient location, efficient service.
A comfortable, clean and pleasant environment with friendly staff and a very nice room. Noisy until about 1am with a party room nearby. The stairs and floor outside creaked a lot when walked on.
We stayed in a double room which was not very large. Lovely views over the countryside. The entrance to the hotel was lovely. It was freezing cold during our stay with temps of -9 but we were lovely and warm. The restaurant had a carvery on which was delicious although the space was quite draughty. Overall we had a lovely break but wouldn't rate the hotel as 4 star as advertised. The room was small and the bathroom dated with a bit of mould around the bath where the tiles met the bath. The shower head didn't stay up so we had to hold it whilst showering. We felt the room to be quite pricey and would have been better staying in a travelodge.
The Hotel wa beautiful. The bar, restaurant and beer gardens were lovely. The room was extremely clean and the service was excellent.
Staff are very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Clean, modern hotel, great breakfast - kept us going all day. Food menu for sunday evenings a bit limited. Restaurant only has carvery on, and bar meals only sandwiches or soup. We had to go back out to find meal for evening, hotel could have offered more selection, however food we saw in carvery looked excellent, just not our thing unfortunately. Wouldn't put us off staying again though.
The bar was good and staff friendly. Food also very good in the bar. The room was very cold, one radiator is not sufficient. no hot water in the morning for a shower. Room was dirty. Double bed not an actual double bed but two beds together.
Room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful Nothing
Friendly welcoming staff in a hotel in fabulous countryside within easy access of major Yorkshire cities. Public areas were very shabby and the treatmentd available in the spa were extremely limited, nothing after 5pm.
Superb location well situated in country but very easy access to Yorkshire Moors , Harrowgate Shopping and Bettys TeaRooms, also great road access to a1m 3 miles. Ridiculously expensive for Dinner. Minimum £35.00 per person before any drinks. Just down the lane fantastic country pub with a menu to die for From £10.00 for 2 courses. They seem to be out of touch with their area.
Setting, decor and ambience (here for family wedding). Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Lovely setting and grounds. Bedroom was well decorated and bed very comfortable (except for temperature, see below). The bedroom was incredibly (almost unbearably) hot - room window was accessible from ground level so we couldn't open the window. There was a fan in the room but it was difficult to cool the whole room (or both sides of the bed!) with one fan.
Location. Communication was poor in that tea took an hour to serve, the food was cold and the price difficult to understand. The tea items from previous guests remained uncollected for at least 3 hours. The problem with the gas supply resulted in us having dinner elsewhere.
Staff anticipating your requirements without your having to ask them. Too warm, especially in the corridors on the first floor - apparently the next floor up was even worse ! Could do with airconditioning.
the setting, and the hotel itself and the staff all surpassed my expectations. so much so that i will be visiting the hotel again in the new year.
Lounge and bar - very comfortable, food and ambiance and Spa facilities LIghting in room rather poor for comfortable reading
Everything!!! We had an excellent time and will return in the future. NO.
Good location No availability for dinner (which I think as a resident and no where else to eat you would expect). Rooms need updating - slightly grotty in places. Very poor value at the price. Staff ranged from very good to very poor.
Comfort and convenience Nothing
The breakfast was excellent. The staff were highly efficient and extremely amiable, the cleaning staff spoke and smiled and to be fair the staff are by far the strongest asset of the hotel. The hotel surroundings were very nice and there was plenty of parking. The rate we had paid for the room should have ensured a more space within the room. The room we stayed was extremely small, the bathroom was also very small, however the room and bathroom were perfectly adequate for our stay but I would not have liked to stay more than one night.
It has a good location, close to both the city centre and to the station It was huge, with a 15 min walk from reception to the rooms
The room 101 was fantastic and the convenience for the train station. No we liked everything...if anything, the room was a little chilly at first but we soon found the thermostat.
The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service in the bar and restaurant also very good. Reception staff were variable from disinterested to excellent
Location parking and classic architecture Room lacked adequate ventilation, very hot at night. Pricey for room even with weekend special rate.
Good location & facilities. Within walking distance of city centre. Room was in basement and therefore limited natural light and no view. Bathroom extractor did not work. Noise from nearby railway station. Expensive room service. Pillows & bed linen substandard
friendly polite hotel staff. Very good breakfast menu with black pudding. a bit pricey for what you get, and did not expect to be awake listening to disco at 0.45 a.m. in what is a four star hotel.
i liked the room we stayed in and the style of the hotel the high prices in the bar. also some parts of the hotel were a little shabby like broken tiles in the bar (floor) damaged ceiling in our bathroom but nothing i would complain about..
The room was fantastic. I had a smoking room, which was better decorated and nearer reception than my colleagues' non-smoking rooms. Other people's comments. The rooms are great. Some rooms are far from reception, but that's because the hotel is huge! Everything was perfect.
The Ironing board collapsed and came off the wall
price, location and quality of the room. the receptionist was very ppor, on the verge of rude.
the look and location noise and no air con
Spacious, bright, modern, clean & easy access to town centre. Traffic noise prevented my wife from sleeping - we tried keeping the windows closed but the noise was still audible, & closed windows were uncomfortable in the absence of air conditioning.
no okay Only problem was the breakfast it was cold and slightly undercooked - but apart from that nothing
Very easy to get to park car and leave it until ready to go home
Reception area was impressive Staff on reception not very effficient The reservation was not in the system. Alternative room booked but this was a smoking room on a very noisy second floor. No apology for the mix up.
Not aloowing more than 2 adult to one room
The room was big and nice, beds comfortable, bathroom nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the hotel bar very nice.
Great standard/VFM of Exec Double room When checking-in, was given standard room as opposed to the booked Exec room, staff showed absolutely no apology or concern that a mistake had been made. Overall, Reception staff were cold and not welcoming, they just 'do the job' albeit generally efficiently. Disappointing approach for such a nice hotel.
On arrival I went to the reception desk to which I proceeded checking in with one male member of staff. Unfortunately he was disctracted by a non guest trying to get into the hotel, therefore he left me at reception. Another receptionist then came to assist, who apologised, however I wasn't too bothered because the receptionise was chatty and this is something very rare. She has a very good sense of humour and covered up the waiting durind teh booking in process. I didn't like the fact that you couldn't get room service, with regards to bottles of wine, but you could get food. Also I think that having to pay for parking while being a resident of the hotel is a tad harsh.
Staff on reception were excellent - couldn't be more helpful Standard of breakfast both in terms of service and quality was not what I would have expected for a hotel of this rating.
location the first room we were given had not been cleaned or bedding changed,
A very comfortable room! No noise from corridor or neighbouring rooms. Very good breakfast. Instant help from staff when required. Evening meal menu somewhat restrictive and unimaginative!
The friendliness and politeness of all the staff in the hotel. Its central location and excellent breakfast provided/ Nothing.
Lovely comfortable room plenty of facilities. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Good leisure facilities. Central position near shops and rail station.
Friendliness of staff
The hotels decor, quick friendly service and nice location, tucked away off main street. Also nice relaxed atmosphere with all different "types" of people. The equipment in the gym was looking a bit old and worn
Excellent location, less than two minute walk to city centre
Top class hotel, grt location, food and staff ,and value well done I may find one in the future again not yet, thanks!
Leisure facilities, comfortable room, excellent toiletries, good breakfast. Evening meal was fine, but wine list is grossly overpriced!
Staff ensured we had a relaxing, hassle-free stay. The hotel decor was worth the visit!
staff and room shower was a bit naff
Room was fine - good bathroom Firstly I had afternoon tea - the scones had been defrosted for too long or were stale, and the cream was artificial. Secondly I booked an early morning call and newspaper but received neither
The Hotel has been refurbished to a high standard and the facilities are excellent. Very helpful and firendly staff. Accessing the location by car around the City's loop traffic system. Better signage would be beneficial.
Right next to the train station. Room was perfectly nice except for shower. The shower was moldy...smelled moldy and looked moldy.
It was in a good central location There was no full length mirror in my room and the hairdryer was rubbish
Great rooms, central location very close to public transport, helpful staff.
Easy access from the train station and near shops and bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I loved the hotel decor.
location - right in the center of leeds city. The bar was lovely and the reception area was grand soft pillows - pillows bit to hard!
The decor and the feel of the place. The staff were very helpful in particular the concierges It was a very quiet hotel, not somewhere I would go with a group of people.
Beautiful building and location and friendly staff Rooms were cold and the service very slow - waited 50minutes after ordering for lunch in the restaurant and 30 minutes for bar snacks
Beautiful accomodations, pool facility was very nice, Room and bathroom was very clean new and comfortable and tastefully done. The staff was very accomodating. In our world of insant gratification the media system was unacceptable relaxing in front of a television before sleepin was not possible the action from the remote control to the tv was so slow it was impossible and the internt access was the same. It was very frustrating. One could never take care of any internet comunication at the hotel.
The whole experience was perfect. The only reason that I might stay elsewhere would be the overall cost.
Relaxing environment, comfort and cleanliness were all outstanding. Breakfast didn't meet expectations, and items received were different to order.
Fantastic room booked standard but got luxury room wedding anniversary. We were given chocolate and fruit excellant. Butler service excellant. Bar service very good excellant breakfast and lovely room. Yes absolutely freezing in room. Complained on way out to dinner to butler and expected it to be sorted out on our return to room. Arrived back to hotel room about 11 pm nothing had been done still freezing !!!! extrememely poor service not worthy of 5 stars or even 1 for that matter regarding this. We were wearing evening wear and overcoats and scarves which we could not remove on our wedding anniversary. Complained again butler arrived with 2 fan electric heaters which he just handed to me at the door he didnt even come in and plug them in and said at least you won't have to go to bed in your coats and scarves !!! not the service we expect from a 5 star hotel !!! and yes we do regularly stay in hotels of all stars between 3 and 5.
Central location, excellent service and mannor of the staff, nice rooms Long checkout queue, no clocks in the rooms, lack of individual choice on the breakfast menu (we would have like to have seen a vegetarian full english breakfast on the menu).
Staff very polite and friendly, good size rooms. great position. Should include cooked breakfast.
The staff was very polite and helpfull . The rooms very clean and a lovely location for the shops and bars The breakfast was a disaster.we waited 50 minutes for our breakfast asking twice for our coffee and three times for toast. When paying £205 for the night i expect breakfast and my order well before 50 minutes. i would not stay again
comfortable, dinner was excellent (breakfast was not) Breakfasr poor and service poor No bidet in bathroom Spa anmd swimming pool not open as ex[ected
The hotel staff were very friendly. The use of hotel umbrellas was very welcome. The room TV remote was extremelly slow and frustrating
location london prices, poor car parking and additional charge
It's a good central location but not noisy, easy walk from the station. It's poor value for money.
Very central Extra money for car parking
Comfortable rooms, good conference facility. Bar was not geared up to cope with the large numbers of customers during our stay, long queues and quite expensive. Not much choice of beers.
Very good level of comfort. Pleasant, helpful staff. Would have liked more milk with the teamaking facilities.
close proximity to all attractions in york pillows were uncomfortable!
Breakfast was great Overpriced for a room with peeling paint, faded wooden furniture, stained table and an opened packet of biscuits with the tea/coffee making facilities.I don't know if the smoking rooms are classed as second rate but l wasn't impressed at all.
How close it is to centre, rooms very clean, breakfast lovely, the juice at breakfast was terrible watered down with no taste .
The hotel was close to the town and when we finally got our room heated it was pleasant to stay in. Service in restrant and bar area very poor we went down for our dinner at 8.30 first course was lovely then we had to wait 10 minutes for chef to appear to serve our main course which wasn't very hot.
The view, the room, the bed, reception area We stayed for just one evening meal, from the carvery. It was disappointing. And i do like a pot of tea at breakfast rather than a tea bag in a cup!
Convenient to city centre, rooms quiet Parking still expensive even with discount. Smoking in bar, which is above restaurant area, but I guess that will all change in July!
Very clean, nice facilities, great location, and good value for money No biscuits with tea bar!! Mini bar was empty!! Checking in and out was a long process as you only had one staff on.
Beautiful room in a great location. Room service food was of a very [poor standard. As a solo female traveller I dined from the room service menu several times and was amazed that a hotel of such good reputation should have such a limited menu and poor quality food.
The location was superb, the room was a really good size, it was very clean a comfortable. Parking. After being turned away from the light car park due to an ongoing murder investigation we had to park almost 1 mile away, when we enquired if we could still get the discounted parking vouchers availible from the hotel the guy behind the reception replied "we've got nothing to do with the murder". Very disappointing.
I was very impressed with the standard and quality of the rooms and ease of access to facilities
Very clean room and comfy beds and nice bedlinen. Good bathroom though shower mechanism overcomplicated! Yes, there were rows from the next door guestsin the corridor outside our room at 2am and 6am which was awful. We complained and got some money back.
Brilliant location in The Light - we met friends for dinner on the Saturday evening at a restaurant 2 minutes away, watched a film on Sunday in the Light and then had a late lunch at Brio next to the hotel. Also, liked parking in a secure car park overnight. Next time we will eat Sunday lunch at the hotel - looked great! Kept forgetting to use the key card to operate the lift even though we were told at reception.
Hotel beds too soft
Reception staff friendly and efficient. Pleasant room with very comfortable bed. Very central, but quiet in spite of being full. I find the keycard difficult to use in door, but maybe it was me being thick!
the location close to shops bars restaurants the train station and bus station.. no
Central and easy access to town. Private parking Lacking atmosphere especially at breakfast time
Spacious, central, excellent parking facility Single room very poor condition and of much inferior quality to that of double.
We liked the location of the hotel very much, very central. the hotel itself was great as were the rooms. Queuing for breakfast in the morning as several things for hot breakfast had run out and my elderly father is not capable of standing for long periods so I had to do it for him and also for me.
I didn't enjoy my stay at the White Hart Hotel. My room was cold and most night I was absolutely freezing even with all the blankets on. On the first morning there was no hot water on shower and the draining system made horrible squak noise all the time when shower was on. see above
Staff-very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Room - fine. Breakfast - excellent. Would recommend to others. None.
Location was good and the bar had a very active crowd. Even the house magazine stated that the rooms needed refurbishment which is apparently planned for some time in the future. The bedroom we had on the third floor was small and the furniture chipped and well worn.
Polish waiter lovely
The hotel is very convenient and it is nice to be able to park so close. The slope to the car park was very slippy and could have done with some grit. The bathroom was cold, the picture on the television was very poor.
Bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Room 310 far too small ! Suffocating ! More minor points were no soap in container above sink. Didn't get requested alarm call or newspaper on first morning - computer programme blamed. Although quite friendly, receptionist on Sunday morning very agitated and obviously sadly appeared to be quite out of control, resulting in everyone in the queue shaking their heads.
conveinience to town needs upgrading bathroom poor room cold
Nice receptionist Poor bar cover Dirty unatractive bathroom, air out take fan clogged with dust & skin.
Competitive price for standard of accomodation Would like a discounted breakfast rate or price inclusive of breakfast
Friendly staff, good facilities in the room. Was a little surprised to find 2 additional beds made up in the room! Breakfast reaaly expensive.
Comfort, cleaniness and good location
Very nice hotel There was a definate lack of parking which meant that we had to pay more than £20 to park in another car park
Really friendly staff. I was travelling with a group of girls and we managed to get adjoining rooms which really great.
we requested a quiet room and go one! bathroom very nice, fabulous shower. evening meal offer was good. I found a long white hair on my pillow, +my hair is brown !
Well located for the city centre, well appointed spacious rooms with good bathroom facilities. Limited car parking available at hotel.
Large room in good location. No parking, very slow check in
The fact that it was very well placed for both shopping and entertainment and close to the station The air conditioning / heating made the room very dry and I went home with a cough
Excellent city centre location with great views from the higher floors. Clean and pleasant room with huge comfortable beds. Check in was a little slow but it did seem that quite a lot of guests arrived at the same time so that was probably the reason why.
the bathroom was especially nice and modern the room was very small for the price i had paid. There was only one pillow per person, to obtain any extras would have cost extra which is disgraceful when people have already paid so much money for the room. The head of bed was against the wall which led out to the hallway, this meant every noise in the hallway could be heard at what ever time of the night.
The whole experience was lovely, the room was really nice and the bed was really comfy with good views of the city. just the cost of the mini bar being very expensive
the staff were very pleasant and willing to help. The reception staff had excellent knowledge of the surrounding area ie shopping centres. he bar area was kept clean at all times and service was always prompt. We stayed in room 606 and the only thing which my wife and me noticed was the iron burn marks on the carpet which were present and must have been done by previous guests.
it was nice clean and cetral nice food and friendly staff would stay there again liked everything no complaints
The room was spacious with everything that you needed. Very comfortable and clean. Could have had more pillows on the bed and room service menu and fridge items I thought were overpriced.
Nice modern hotel in great location No
The ultra modern decor & cleanliness of the room. Also perfectly sited in the centre of leeds. Hotel was superb.
the comfort and style of the hotel
I found the location excellent. We needed to get the train and it was rightr beside the train station. It was also handy for the airport bus.It also turned out to be useful that it had a bar as the snow was bad and we couldn't get out one night.! Wake up call that we didn't ask for at 5am on both mornings!!!!!!!
The entrance/welcome, the leisure facilities and the distance into the city centre the room was basic, not what what we expected for the price we had paid.
Location was great Bar prices very expensive
Location, comfort & atmosphere No issues
the use of the health club facilities it was a bit basic for a hilton - I could feel the springs in the matras, there were old stains on the bedding and the bathroom door. There was no hairdryer. The cooling system was not clear to use and the room was very hot - opening the window was no solution as it was very noisy - not sure where noise came from. (on the tenth floor)
I had a pair of spectacles lost / removed from my table in the hotel bar and they were never found
Quality of service, food, decor, comfort. N/A
The hotel staff were warm and friendly.,..The room was very clean and tidy. Price of daytime food was slightly expensive.
Good value for money great location nice breakfast Nothing
The pool steam room and sauna The wine was very expensive
Excellent service and very nice room. None
Modern, chic, stylish hotel in a great location in city centre. Staff are excellent very helpful & friendly.
Value for money, location, room and view from it. Very clean room well set out. On the eleventh floor there seemed to be a constant fan noise which we didn't think wasa the air con heating of other guests (we didn't have ours on). Great breakfast but the black pudding was not great, perhaps sourcibng it from the home of black pudding - Bury- would be better.
Staff very friendly and very professional. Room was to a very high standard and very clean. No
Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience. felt so comfortable I extended my stay another night.
Very good the staff very helpfull and frendley
The City Inn Leeds is a very modern hotel with an impressive imac in every room. Very clean and spacious bedrooms, excellent value for money. Being very new there was still much building work around the hotel, and the hotel was hard to find, poorly sign-posted.
Service was excellent, food also excellent would definately reccomend this hotel The breakfast area was a little crampt
location; pool; separate w.c.
The hotel and room were lovely although a little expensive. The breakfast was gorgeous! A nice 10 min walk to shopping. Nothing to not like.
the room was nice the pool was not very good lack of things to do for children
being in the centre of town the rooms have very thin walls - and I had very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours
The food was excellent and the staff very helpful at all times, from booking a taxi, to service during dinner, there was always a smile.
Good size room, clean, modern, close to city centre
The hotel was comfortable and convenient for both the city and also not far from the university.
Very convenient for exploring York. We were able to leave the car there for the whole of our stay. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We thought £24 was far too expensive having paid the price we did for the room.
location the hardness of the bed very uncomfortable compared to my previous stays
Convenient for city centre whilst being quiet and away from any noisy bustle. Warm, comfortable room, good restaurant.
cental location. clean and quiet rooms. very helpful staff.
we have stayed in hotels in london etc, which were a lot better value for money and definatly a 4star experiance! our room in the hilton york left a lot to be desired!!
Bags carried to the rooms, very clean room, good sized rooms cost for extra items, e.g. drink, foor etc.
location Room was way to small for family of four. Not enough legroom to open suitcases, etc.
garage parking was possible no air co in room and noisy corridor
The location was excellent.
The room was of a decent size and was clean and tidy. The hotel was in a good location. The staff were pleasant and helpful The shower was not great in terms of water pressure. For the price of the stay breakfast should have been included and there should have been decent biscuits in the room. When we arrived there was not enough parking spaces for the two cars in our group.
The location was fantastic for us just a short walk from the train station and near the opera house and shops. The room was a little small but very nice.
nice and clean, "tight" basement carpark but with great staff and very good location. for what you get its a little on the expensive side but being right in the center of York some may expect to pay a premium.I get to travel the UK with work and have stayed in better hotels for less omney but it was still a very nice place. hotel was quite noisy till late but there was a wedding on down stairs so its all good.
york its self not being able to park
Hotel was very nice comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful
Location was excellent. Noise from other bathrooms was very obvious and did cause disturbed sleep. We also booked a room with sofa but there wasn't one provided. When we asked at Reception we were told that the third party booking agent didn't advise and book this upgrade.
location no complaints.
The room was spotlessly clean. Cleanest bathroom I have ever seen! The location was excellent to walk into the centre of York. Allowed to check in early and also to leave our bags when checking out to collect later. Very friendly staff. No
Friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable and large - the two twins were actually two double beds. Large choice at breakfast. Only two very small gripes - the tap on our washbasin was in slightly the wrong place so that if water was turned on gently it ran onto the marble surround. The photocopied map of York we were given was unreadable.
Everything really from the friendly staff, nice room and in particular the quality and choice for breakfast. Cannot fault it. No
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Location was great for exploring central York. We were facing the back of the hotel so no noise from the road or Bar across the road could be heard The selection of drinks at the bar could have been a little wider.
Great facilities and wonderful breakfast. Had a problem with the elevator stopping unexpectedly between floors.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
centrally located reception area up to standard excellent breakfast and well run The rooms we had where not on a landing which we could there by lift but had to walk through a complicated number of steps especially when we had to carry up and down or luggages.
The Breakfast !!! brilliant service and food superb... and of course the position of hotel as the walls were opposite and you only had to walk over the road. The room was like a sauna we were allocated Room 32 (main road traffic and traffic lights) Could not open any windows very claustraphobic indeed. Could not sleep for the two nights we were there. The tops of the tables etc were dirty in places and sticky and had not been wiped or cleaned. The bath was a little dangerous to get into to sort the taps out for shower. They had a shower screen which they did not need (in the way) as a shower curtain had been provided too!. So you had to climb into the bath to adjust the taps and the water was boiling hot, and I mean boiling. This is very dangerous and should be pointed out to owners of hotel. I could have been scalded very easily or my husband.
Great central location, perfect for visiting York. The room was a little chilly, but it was -5 outside when we stayed.
Breakfast Parking was inadiquate, Price of the room £150 a bit much for what it was.
Location I thought the room was over priced for its size.
This hotel is not clean, the rooms are sub standard for what they charge. We had to change rooms 3 times due to failures in the rooms, the management's lack of interest. The whole weekened was spoilt by staying here.
clean rooms. excellent breakfst buffet and very close to city wall and attractions.
the size of the room was excellent as was the cooked breakfast Although it is great that the hotel has a car park, access is tricky and parking very challenging
Close to city centre
staff were helpful breakfast was excellent attended to needs and requests speedily some of the hallways were cold
