I did not appreciate the fact that the car did not have a full tank of gas when I got in it. I also did not appreciate that the car smelled like an old stale bar. Clearly the person or people who had rented the vehicle before me smoked in the vehicle and left their stench.2.0 Poor

Cons:
They called me at 4;15 to confirm the reservation. Then 30 minutes later called to tell me they didn’t have any vans of any kind in stock to rent to me. They waited until almost 5 pm to notify me of the problem (which boiled down to they had to keep them for FEMA) and I almost didn’t have a van. Luckily I was able to call around and locate a van at Enterprise next door with no problem And it ended up being almost $100 cheaper overall.4.0 Mediocre

Cons:
Reserved at the downtown location but upon arrival was told they didn’t have any one-way vehicles available so I had to travel another 15 minutes to the airport to get my vehicle. Luckily the airport had a rental available but they charged me an additional $20 due to higher airport tax. In my opinion, I should have been compensated for driving the additional distance for a rental I reserved elsewhere, not charged additional monies.10.0 Wonderful
