Overview

The Hampton Inn Wheeling Hotel in West Virginia is located near the intersection of Route 88 and Route 40, adjacent to Bob Evan's Restaurant and opposite TJs Sports Bar. We are 1 1/2 miles east of downtown, in the Woodsdale Section of Wheeling. Oglebay Resort, Jamboree USA and the Wheeling Island Hotel Casino and Racetrack are all within three miles of Hampton Wheeling. Cabela's is seven miles east on I-70 at Exit 10. Our hotel offers an outdoor garden space, an exercise facility just off the lobby, and a GuestWorks Telephone System with voice mail and data port. We also feature Datanamics wireless internet access throughout the hotel as a complimentary service. Hampton Inn Wheeling amenities include On the House hot breakfast and expanded cable TV access in all guest rooms. We also offer connecting rooms, complimentary cribs, in-room hair dryers and irons/ironing boards in all rooms. Refrigerators are available in our two hospitality suites on the first floor. Laundry/valet services are available during the week. We also offer meeting facilities in our Board and Conference Rooms. Pros (+) Found hotel on line for last minute stop while visiting out of state colleges. The rooms were clean and smelled like fresh paint. Dinner and breakfast were included. The staff were the best. Each member shared their experiences with the college we were visiting. They all seemed genuinely interested and over the top cheerful. You can't beat the plush bedding.
