Staff was friendly,BUT because of unforeseen circumstances,it was 2 days later before a car was available..they promised a 'discount' on the phone,sence i was 'so understanding and a good customer' but i ended up paying more then original statement.However i ended up needing to extend rental,and that part was hassle free.

Would not rent to a 19 yr old and also will not accept debit card, has to be a major credit card.

Drop off was easy and the people in Raleigh were very energetic and friendly.The people in Wheeling were very nice but the car was not clean and they didn’t do a walk through to look at the condition of the car. My company offers a discount but that wasn’t applied. Returned 15 hours early with full tank (only required 1/2 tank) and no discount for that either.

Excellent vehicle - made travel more comfortable. The customer service was outstanding.What I did not like was that I had a friend rent a similar vehicle for the same period of time and he paid about half of what I did.

I rent from Enterprise all over the US and have never had an issue. The cars are always clean, well taken care of, and run smoothly. The staff is always very accommodating. Unfortunately at Steubenville's location I didn't have a normal Enterprise experience. The car's "maintenance required" light was on. I went back in and told them before departing the lot. I was told it's fine and to ignore it. The car did run fine but the light was nerve wracking. The car smelled like smoke and rotten milk, there were stains on the seats, and crumbs in the car. When I asked about another car, I was told there weren't any. I'll continue to rent from Enterprise, but likely not from Steubenville.
