Late check out. Pool/hot tub. Although the sauna was out of order.
Encountered multiple staff while we were there. A few seemed like we were bothering them when we had inquiries. So they did not make this a great experience but not terrible either.
The location was great for walking around the Village! The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Way too noisy
Bed was comfortable and it was in whistler village
Absolutely no sound proofing, we could hear everything in the hallway and in the next room. TV didn’t work either.
Great location!
The Aava served up exactly what we wanted for a ski vacation. A walk to everything location that is just on the edge of the nightlife, great staff, view of the mountain, comfortable beds, ski lockers ...
Free breakfast or at least coffee would have been nice, though there are pods in the room. The rooms are getting a little worn and dated but they’re not yet shabby and we aren’t too particular about the furniture as long as the room is clean - and it was.
Clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. Would recommend
Nothing
Love the Aava!
the room was really nice, had vaulted ceilings. the beds and bathroom were nice and new :) Front desk staff awesome! Our go to hotel when in Whistler !
When someone in another room had a shower, we would hear pipes or something knocking very loudly in the walls.
Not good value
Location is nice, very easy to walk to village.
I stayed here a few years back and thought it was reasonable and decent, since then the price has increased and the value has decreased. It was noisy, the staff were really unhelpful. Overall, next time we would stay somewhere else.
Quick check in/out Friendly and helpful staff Central location Reasonable price
Pay parking No kitchinette
Comfortable and convenient
Nice size room, comfortable bed, short walk to the gondola. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Good for non-skiers
Nice staff. Clean rooms. Good location for people not into skiing (like us). Near great restaurants and bars.
Hallway noise seems very loud in the room. Superior King room was a bit smaller than I expected if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.
Great stay!
The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I can say I will most definitely be going back and would highly recommend it to others looking to stay close to the village!!
