Restaurant serves good dishes to affordable prices (also beer). A small supermarket and LBCO are in walking distance.

Pros: It’s was like renting a cottage!
Cons: A bit more cleanliness over all
Pros: Located near Algonquin Park’s east gate

Cons: Bunk bed mattresses are old and they sink in the middle. Not comfortable. The kitchen is quite dark (kitchen fluorescent light was not working). No dish detergent. The scrubber was very moldy. Some cooking pans were rusted. Oven wasn't working. BBQ (outside) wasn't working.

Pros: We didn't have the breakfast but the food in the evening was very good and well-priced and generally accepted as the best in Whitney. The location on the edge of Algonquin was perfect for finding an outfitters and a canoeing route for our trip.

Cons: Not much actually
Pros: Beautiful location, nice and quiet. Wonderful view, the river right in front of the accomodation. Friendly staff. Canoes for rent. Bbq on your own terrace.
Cons: Bad wifi. It was not very clean, I had to do the dishes when I arrived. Still clothes from the persons before us under the beds, so it wasn’t cleaned there. Only one towel per person for three nights. Lots of ants inside. Still I would go there, because it’s a beautiful spot.
