Welcome to The Villager Motel! This Williamstown hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a garden. The reception is manned during limited hours.
Just like motels I remember as a kid. Nostalgic.
Beds and bathroom were clean but the floor (rug) was dirty. The toilet leaked all night. It was cool but the heat was inoperative.
It served its purpose for the 12 hours we needed it. The shower was surprisingly great. There was no dresser which didn't matter but was odd but there was a fridge, microwave and iron
It was dated and not as clean as one would hope.
Hotel staff was friendly and very flexible in offering us a room that was large enough to accomodate our small dog and large family.
The room was a bit small, not much space to walk around in the room, but it is what it is.
The price was right since I was traveling by myself.
Old and tired, wireless didn't work.
The hotel was much as advertised. Very basic accommodation, no frills, but safe. Our room had a musty smell and my dresses hung in the closet still smelled odd a day after I got home. The standard of cleanliness was not what I had hoped. But the woman running the place was pleasant and efficient and the location was perfect for our needs. Next time would try another place; though, the smell and general dinginess could perhaps be avoided.
Perfect motel for the price. No frills, good clean spacious rooms with free wi-fi, in-room mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Small simple breakfast included which was good (I had the bagels, fresh fruit and coffee).
