Pros (+) Location was very convenient for what I had planned.
Cons (-) I stayed a week and the carpets were never vacuumed, floors were never mopped, bathroom was not cleaned. Servicing the room consisted of sorta making the bed and clean towels. No haor dryer and the tissue supply consisted of a 10 pack for my purse. Stairs were routinely blocked by laundry carts.
Pros (+) Clean rooms, quick service, convenient location by I-90.
Cons (-) Bed was pretty hard.
Pros (+) The staff was wonderful. We arrived very late and very tired, and when we called to get an extra towel, the front desk staff ran extras to our room so we didn't have to go back up to the desk. We so, so appreciated that. Thank you!
