Pros (+) Easy on and off main route. We usually love red roof but would not stay at this one again.
Cons (-) VERY dirty! Floor had sticky spots all acrossed it as did the dresser. Almost as though soda had spilled a long while ago just never mopped up. Sheets stained and burn holes in them. Reeked of smoke even though non smoking room.
