Cons: Small TV with no on-demand or guide station. No mini-bar. Bare minimum continental breakfast. Staff were polite but overly conversational.

Pros: Very nice location in a beautiful County area provided us with a vacation without travelling far. We stayed here as a couple just to get some alone time together and some peace and quiet and it really worked. We stayed in the honeymoon room with a jetted tub and it was a nice romantic getaway for the night. Breakfast was also very good quality , we got to choose and we went with bacon and eggs. We had a great experience here overall and recommend it to anyone!
Guesthouse Getaway! is a great choice for a stay in McGregor. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast daily. A terrace and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Pros: The staff was super friendly and fantastic. Accommodations were great. Would definitely come back.
Pros: None smoking
Pros: Great stay!! The staff was great!! Love the room.
Cons: Price too much
Pros: Wife loved the bed. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants were good but have to give Taza's a two thumbs up on the Mediterranean Chicken and rice. We are not gamblers but enjoyed walking around and watching others do so. Primary reason for our stay was the Phillip Phillips concert which was stellar!
Cons: No clear cut signs to tell you where to go for checking in. Stumbled across the Valet that worked hard to convince me I was in the right place and it was ok to leave my car.
Pros: I liked the people at the valet and the door. It was our first time there and they were very informative of the area and had many good suggestions. I was impressed. All the people were very good.
Pros: The view from the room was spectacular!
Cons: The bathroom was clean, but the shower head was sub par. It could have been more luxurious given that it's a prominent hotel.
Located in the heart of Windsor, this spa hotel is within a 10-minute walk of The Colosseum, Dieppe Gardens, and Ontario Travel Information Centre - Windsor. Windsor Community Museum and Detroit Windsor Tunnel are also within 15 minutes.
Pros: we were very pleased with our stay. Clean, friendly, great location, excellent breakfast although had to wait for some stuff at the buffet that never arrived.
Pros: The view
Cons: The fact we had one bed for 3 people and the manager was the rudest person I have ever met I. My life
Pros: River view was great but the trade off is that you have a small room. The 20-somethings basically took over my floor making noise well into the post-midnight hours and waking up my young child. Security was very responsive and really leaned on them after I finally called down to the front desk.
Cons: Breakfast was very much a 2-star experience. The breakfast buffet space was about 800 square feet ... the hotel has 22 floors and the place was pretty full the weekend I was there - you do the math. Som e design engineer needs a smack in the head over that one. No free parking. No microwave in the room. Sound from other rooms/hallways really travels.
Pros: The riverfront view is lovely. The inclusive breakfast is above average with a good selection and spacious and comfortable lounge.
Cons: The room is quite good except for the mattresses. They could use a bit more padding.
Pros: Great location for our stay.
Cons: There breakfast was not good and no juices.
Pros: I loved how great the staff is, and how easy the whole process was. We were just staying because we were going to a Guns and Roses concert in Detroit. We enjoyed how easy the check in, the availability of our room.
Cons: What I did not like, was that when we went to our room, we found that we did not have the view that we wanted. We had a small window facing the river, but you have to be directly facing. If not, you are looking right into a wall. I wish that they would have been more specific on the posting. I am not sure if it was a Kayak issue or a Best Western issue.
Better communication of the room.
Pros: We loved the view from our room. It felt good to be able to enjoy room, waterview and to go wherever and do whatever one wanted to do all within reach by a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Cons: The bed was very comfortable, the room was large, clean and spacious and the view was perfect. We loved our stay there and will go back again for sure.
Pros: Location was good and convenient. Has included hot breakfast which was nice.
Cons: Rooms are dingy. There are on going renovations in the lobby.
Pros: The location. It was perfect for a night or 2 in Windsor.
Cons: Front "driveway" was not large enough if multiple people came to check in at once. Repairs / remodel being done was a bit of an inconvenience.
Pros: Everything else. Great value for the price.
Cons: There was some unfinished repairs on the ceiling of the main lobby that didnt look as if it was being taken care of.
Pros: this hotel is very low budget and old..the rooms were clean but felt like I was staying at a motel..no amenties not even shuttle to the casino which is on same drive.
Cons: Old and out dated..elevators smell like pee...very low budget not worth a 100.00 per night. Pay extra and stay at the casino. Very disappointed!!!!
Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: It isn't a Hilton Hotel. It is the Waterfront. As a result, we had a very hard time finding it. Luckily, they honored the reservation. There was an additional charge for parking, which was not mentioned.

Pros: Rooms were clean and set up nice. Also bed was very comfy and good bath products.m
Cons: Stayed on the second floor so felt like the trucks outside were right under us. Could hear people in the next room too clearly
Cons: We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel in the USA. The Windsor location gave us perfect location for our business and access to cross the border. The hotel rate, compared to the U.S. average per night cost seemed HIGH - which is why we booked thru
kayak - to obtain a lower rate. But, by doing so, we were unable to obtain the 'Hilton Honor points'. Also, we suggest to ask for a room at the back of the hotel - the street noise could be excessive if you are a light sleeper.
Pros: Good location, good price. Breakfast was not very good. There were busloads of families and children staying and attending a local swim meet. They made an absolute mess of the breakfast area.
The food offerings were not very good. I mean, who serves baked beans with scrambled eggs? Really?

Cons: We were not notified that the Ontario Summer Games was on and it was full of loud high school kids. It was grungy. No clock so I had to go buy one. Crappy beds and horrible A/C ventilation system set off allergies
A great choice for a stay in Windsor, Residence & Conference Centre - Windsor is just 3.7 mi (6 km) from the airport. Guests will have free perks like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Breakfast was OK and the kids were able to get enough to eat before their game
Cons: I requested a non smoking room and they said they did not get my requrst. The desk girk let me look at two roomd an d let me choosethe bettr of the two but it was still stale and smokey smelling. wish I had brought a can of neutra air but their was no drug store in the vicinity. I would have left but we were in town for a soccer tournament and there were no other rooms avaialble. Overall no value for thr mony.

Pros: Convenient location. Saturday morning breakfast was served early to accommodate athletes and families to have breakfast and head out for their various commitments.
Cons: Wi-fi availability was non-existent-did not matter what time of the day that I attempted. Not everyone would be online at 4pm on a Fri or 5am Sat. Disappointed that front lobby furniture was so soiled.Pool unavailability should have been flagged boldly.
Pros: A great breakfast!!! Hotel was quiet. Flat screen TV.
Pros: cost factor with a pool for kids (age 9 & 7);Hotel room was fine, plenty of space and pleased there was a mini fridge. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Pool area not too clean, water murkey and hot tub dirty. After washing 2x I had to throw bathing suits out from the musty smell
Pros: Cleanliness, location, beds were super comfortable
Cons: Room was kind of tight. The second bed was right up against the window. And there was a pair of socks (not ours) between the six inch space between the window and bed. YUCK.
Pros: Location and free breakfast.
Cons: Room was dirty , stains on the furniture.
Pros: Nice mattresses. Quiet.
Cons: A bit awkward navigating to because of the divided highway that runs by the front door.
Pros: Great staff and free breakfast was very good. Had a nice room on main floor with patio door.
Pros: I was pleased with the hotel and felt it deserved a higher rating. It has very good pool facilities, clean comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: not really.
Pros: clean room with comfy pillows and towels. Great pool. Loved the sliding patio doors. They made packing and unpacking easy. Sausages were great! Not too spicy.
Cons: Halls very long. It was a real hike to and from the lobby. Breakfast was very good except for the scrambled eggs. Those were dry and tasteless.
Pros: The breakfast and breakfast area were good.
Cons: The sink in our room was clogged and couldn't be repaired during our stay because the maintenance person had left for the day. The did offer us another room but we had already unpacked.
Pros: Comfortable room - super pleasant staff - did not have housekeeping waking you up super early = bonus! - decent breakfast was included - keurig in room is a nice touch!
Pros: The pool area is nice for families. My kids loved the slides and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to the border crossing. Not the nicest hotel or nicest location, but perfect for what we needed.
Cons: Room Carpets were dirty.

Pros: Everyone was friendly, staff helpful, had a good time in casino, and food great.
Cons: renovations long over do
Pros: It was resonable price. Friendly staff
Cons: It was run down with poor infastructure
Pros: Room was large and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout visit.
Cons: Younger age 20s guests who are somewhat noisy and give staff a hard time. However, staff were excellent in handling this age group and very aware of what their other guests deserved and or expected from their visit to the hotel.
Cons: There was a group of young peple staying at the hotel. They were drinking and partying ALL NIGHT outside our room, and in the morning they were still partying and drinking beer in the breakfast room. 'Breakfast' was almost non-existent!DON'T STAY HERE!

Cons: In a non smoking room there was multible cigarette burns in the rug that looked about 30 years old, needs ungrading.
Cons: There was no refrigerator, the room was dingy and had garbage from the past guest, other guests were loud all night...I would never stay here again.
Pros: The location was about the only positive i had there.
Cons: The fridge made weird noises that kept me awake. The wall paper was peeling off the bathroom wall. There was a 12 inch long black hair in my towels. (my hair is grey and very short...1/2 inch long) The TV was from the 80s. NO hi definition. NO flatscreen.

Cons: Neighbouring guests were very loud, very late in the evening.
Pros: Breakfast was decent and parking is free. Close walk to casino
Cons: Very noisy at night. Bunch of 19 yr olds running the halls drunk. Room location was not good as it was beside the ice machine and could hear it all night long. As well as could hear then pulling out breakfast carts while trying to sleep. This is well before 7 am. I would say around 5-6 am. Also smelt stale in the rooms and needs redecorating badly.

Pros: Our rooms were quite large and the fridge in the rooms made it convenient to get some groceries for the weekend.
Cons: The Inn itself did not have a restaurant on site, so we had to venture out into unfamiliar territory for a meal.
Great place. Have been staying three times now while visiting family during my yearly visits to the area. Ant problem was cleaned up but came back the next day. As a guest, I should not be cleaning up from previous guest nor should I have to request my TP to be refilled (kind of embarrassing)
Pros: Price, location, friendly staff.
Cons: Had an ant problem in the bathroom. Found garbage from a previous guest. Bathroom tissue was never refilled during our 3 night stay.
Pros: Very friendly staff who are happy to accommodate you in any way. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is nice and comfortable. Next time I go to Windsor I will for sure look into the cadillac inn again.
Wouldn't stay again. Price too high.
Pros: Location for my purposes was great.
Cons: It was very hot & humid in Windsor. The Inns room had A/C but off. The temperature in the room when I arrived was 82%. Took hours for it to cool off to my satisfaction. It's my believe that the A/C should have been on and set at a reasonable level.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit weak, but other than that it was good!
Pros: Rooms were clean and neat.
Cons: There was an odor of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside 1 of the rooms. No odor in our room however.
Pros: friendly, helpful staff and clean room
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed some changes to our room. The hotel looked and smelled clean. The location is easy to get in and out of, and was close to food and the highway. This should be seen as a two star hotel, though.
Cons: Don't bother with the continental breakfast. I have food allergies, and for me it was wheat-ageddon. They only offer a very limited variety of food. They also ran out of things by 8:00 AM, and couldn't restock anything. They were out until a truck came?
Pros: Friendly reception staff. Rooms were clean and well appointed

This is an old motel which was probably convenient for air travellers, but seems to be used now by highway work crews and others. It is definitely only one star and a tarnished one at that.
Pros: Inexpensive, easy to get to from highway
Cons: Room reeked of smoke, had to wash all my clothes when I left, even the ones in my case which I didnt use.Door to room from outside was warped and would only close if lock used.Room was clean but carpet needs to be replaced and walls repainted

Pros: This hotel is located very close to the casino and most of the downtown restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful with their information to public transportation services and recommended restaurants.
Cons: The breakfast was nothing special. It had only bread and various jams, which was just good enough for a holdover before lunch. The only other thing I didn't like was the noisy heater.
Pros: The ample sized room was clean and cheery, tucked in a corner of the hotel. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Internet connection was good. Recycling bin is present in room! I was greeted by a very friendly, helpful woman when I checked in shortly after midnight. Since the hotel's restaurant was being remodeled she told me where I could get a good breakfast, and she was right. It was great. The daytime front desk attendant let me know that my friend had stopped by to see me, so we were able to connect quickly. There's a nice little park across the street, next to the river, and downtown Detroit is visible across the river. It's very close to the casino and to the tunnel to Detroit.
Cons: I would have enjoyed having a view of downtown Detroit and the river. I forgot to request that when I checked in, so I can't really blame the hotel. I could not find blinds to close out the light of the morning, so just wore my eye shades.
Pros: No frills great place to stay if you are going to Detroit or Windsor. We loved it and will be back again.
Pros: Good location
Cons: The hotel room was dirty (sheets, shades, bath tub, stained floors). The staff was less than enthusiastic to help me and threw hidden charges (parking/extra room key) onto my bill that were not described or made aware of before check out.
Pros: Definitely worth the price. The hotel was clean and even though we had a smoking room it didn't smell like smoke which was great! Great location if you're going to the casino.
