The room was normal for a Best Western, small washroom, but well supplied. The on site restaurant was excellent as usual. The fitness room is still under construction. But we can use the Doubletree Hilton's facilities next door: which are very nice.

The room was small but had a great view and was very well laid out. Staff went over an above to be helpful. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Good food and a great view.

Pros (+) River view was great but the trade off is that you have a small room. The 20-somethings basically took over my floor making noise well into the post-midnight hours and waking up my young child. Security was very responsive and really leaned on them after I finally called down to the front desk.
Cons (-) Breakfast was very much a 2-star experience. The breakfast buffet space was about 800 square feet ... the hotel has 22 floors and the place was pretty full the weekend I was there - you do the math. Som e design engineer needs a smack in the head over that one. No free parking. No microwave in the room. Sound from other rooms/hallways really travels.

Pros (+) The riverfront view is lovely. The inclusive breakfast is above average with a good selection and spacious and comfortable lounge.
Cons (-) The room is quite good except for the mattresses. They could use a bit more padding.
