Very nice room; king bed, microwave, fridge. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfasts every morning. USA Today
We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff; the very good breakfast selections; the wonderful, the relaxing area to sit and enjoy breakfast; the rooms were very nice and comfortable; good-sized TV.
Newly renovated with updated rooms very nicely done. My room was very quiet. Yes, it was still a budget hotel, but I thought I got a great value. Breakfast was pretty good (nothing fancy) with different hot options every day.
Location, quiet after 8pm Hotel is in middle of renovations so it's still messy in some spots.
No hot water in the room, had to request it, should be checked by manager before I checked into the room
The park and fly option is terrific. hot tub jets didn't work.
Easy highway access, free breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms with a refrigerator.
Close to Mountains. Near I-25, popular with truck drivers based on the number of rigs parked outside nightly. Can be loud some nights with rowdy people. Hot breakfast a little below average. Several miles to downtown for good shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator in room. Free wifi. Good value for money. Loud people several nights. Water in sink backs up some days.
We really appreciated the clean room, bed, and bathroom facilities. Thank you very much to your room cleaners! We didn't like the breakfast times. We had to leave really early to return our rental car and to get to the airport. If you have an early flight, breakfast has to be at the airport.
We have stayed at this motel previous times and will stay any time we return to Ft Collins. Excellent place.
Clean, modern, comfortable room was a great surprise! Construction remodel made the office location, and parking, a little confusing.
Open feel happy employees good location
Cocktail hour is so nice! The rooms are great. Would definitely stay at Embassy Suites in the future!
What's not to like? Great room, Beautiful facility, nice bar and restaurant, super breakfast. A real winner.
Nice rooms, beautiful easy to navigate hotelroo Room had a funny smell and housekeeping knocked on the door and woke us up wanting to know if we were still there when checkout wasn't for another 3 hours
Great stay! We'll be back!
Road noise from freeway.
The place was overall nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall I loved the place. When booking through Kayak the room had a description of mountain view, which sold me for 10-15$ more. Upon arriving the mountain view also includes a view of busy busy I-25 with many cars buzzing by that you could hear even on the 8th floor. Don't be fooled!
The room was impressive! Very big, nicely decorated, extremely clean. For the price that we payed, this hotel is top notch! We will be back!
They say "not pets" and we had to move to a different room because there was a dog barking. They do not provide breakfast as other hotels Wifi does not work, it is very slow
Room 109, located next to laundry room AND whirlpool which is open from 8 am to midnight
Cleanliness. You had to pay for breakfast
Thie hotel had way more then we expected. From the outside it seems like any other smaller hotel, but walk inside and the place is amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was way more then either of us were expecting. Seating area with a flat screen tv. Space to more around. Huge floor mirror, which my fiance loved. Bathroom was very mondern. King size bed and felt like sleeping on a cloud. Just the whole room was well put together and didn't look like a typical hotel suite you would get in Fort Collins. Honestly the pictures up doesn't do the place justice. The only issue we ran into was the spa didn't look so clear, so we passed on that but nothing to stop us from using them ever time we are traveling.
This hotel is very modern. It is close to many shopping and dining outlets. I'd stay here again. The bar guy knew his beers. The bar was out of stock of fruits to make 3 of the specialty drinks.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and shower was a good size. My room had missing blackout curtains. When I informed the staff, they replied "are you sure they are not there"... my reply was "yeah the inability to close any curtains because of their non-existence makes me pretty certain" Staff was still non convinced that I had just over looked them. Issue was never addressed. My heater and AC did not work. Weather in Colorado was ok and I was not either cold or hot, but the air got stale from a lack of movement. And lastly, I asked what time was check-out, was told it's noon. I asked for a late Che k-out since I had a meeting from 11-noon. Staff said "sure you can check out at 12:30". 30 minutes... Awesome.
rooms were really nice and it was quiet. I had two rooms and there were two couples in my party. My friends spent about 15 minutes stuck in the elevator 4/30/16 and it spooked them.
The evening manager rose was amazing
Location - some restaurants less than a minute walk away Nice room - liked the decor very much Noise - heard upstairs people walk
We were woken up by a fire alarm around 12:30 am and had to evacuate out into the rain. I know the fire alarm was not the staff's fault, but there was never an explanation, never an apology, nothing, from the staff.
Nice beds No, breakfast was included in the pries
Was greeted by a delightful young woman named Jaclynn & she set the tone for a delightful experience at this Hilton. Would def stay here again.
the whole building was beautiful - it felt very luxurious and i really enjoyed our stay - wish we could have stayed longer
The shuttle was a great perk and convenient getting to old town.
The staff was good and the lobby looked great. No complimentary breakfast, to luggage carrier, the room was just ok. I expected more for the price.
No longer offer free breakfast or coffee.
They allowed us to bring our dog at the last minute with a $25 fee, the staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was so uncomfortable. We are still working out the kinks we woke up with a week later. The air conditioner kept going on and off, as well as the fan, which made the outside hotel noise very noticeable. Usually, the fan will stay on even if the air conditioner cycles on and off and this one didn't and we woke up throughout the night because of it. The price was higher than their normal rates because it was college move in weekend and it was not worth the increased rate.
Easy check in and access to facility. Rather loud for a modern hotel, heard several other guests. Bathroom was a little out of date.
Very comfortable bed,, large room My three night stay began with being checked into a room and given non working keys, after returning to the desk for new keys I was given a room that was already occupied, ( not a great way to make new friends) Third trip to the front desk finally admitted to a room . Supplies in the room (coffee, shampoo, cups, ice bucket etc) were never refreshed The property needs an update. The experience was frustrating since this was not a low budget hotel for this area
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Despite our late check in, the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and relaxing; just what we needed after being on the road for 10 hours with a 14 month old.
Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. We would recommend La Quinta and hope to get to enjoy again.
The night front desk staff was awesome and deserve a raise. A bit of pet smell. Would be nice if they had a group of rooms that are reserved for NO pets. One of our sons has allergies that will cause asthma attacks to cat dander. He did not have an issue at this location.
needed more attention to the breakfast buffet. Ran out of many items early. toaster not working.
Not getting the room I reserved and getting a SECOND RATE room. I booked a room with a King size bed and we were given a room with 2 Queens that they clearly reserved for people who use sites like yours to book rooms.
Friendly, accommodating staff. The room was large and comfortable The bathroom was very small.
I booked the room through a third party. As a result I could not use my $50 discount from Best Western and they refused to give me a receipt.
It was pet friendly, good rate, convenient location.
Location and price through booking.com Pool was not working/dirty
Front desk staff was outstanding management could learn a lot from there staff
We loved that we had received a pool side room and that the courtyard was right outside our door. The pool was excellent and again right outside our door. Loved the rate and the people were very helpful and friendly. Will do it again!
Very comfortable and friendly
While it's located on a busy road, it's placed far enough from the street to be quiet. Close access (a few miles) to the interstate and conveniently located in the middle of town. It's an older hotel and will never compare to some of the newer hotels in town but a great option for a lower budget.
Expanded continental breakfast was great! Good value for our money Hot tub very nice, too, and very clean. There were several items in the refrigerator from a previous guest. The lunch meat that was left was green. Yeech! This was rather un appetizing. There was a used towel in one of the corners of the room that had not been taken out when the room was cleaned.
Clean, good location close to freeway, quiet.
Clean rooms and Friendly Staff Our Room was right next to the Elevator and Lobby which made it difficult to sleep with all the noise.
Hampton Inns have about the best beds anywhere. Our Ca. King was perfect, just as it was at the Denver Federal Center Hampton Inn. The hotel is surrounded by an outlet center and a fair number of restaurants just off I25 and Co. Hwy. 34 (Eisenhower Blvd.). Staff were superb, and I do like very much the varied breakfast experiences you can take advantage of next to the lobby or in your room. They also have a small sundries section where you can acquire snacks, beverages, and some toiletries, though notably absent were toothbrushes and toothpaste. Pool, workout center, and business center are outstanding! The hotel was being renovated in some places, but there was no activity during our stay over Christmas.
Comfortable bed and great breakfast Eggs and sausages should've been hot.
Location, proximity to venue, dining/shopping. Hilton quality hotel. Noisy guest next door caused me to lose sleep, but I didn't complain to staff, so my own fault.
The property was clean, well maintained, and quiet... The staff had challenges accommodating our request for adjoining rooms. Matthew said no absolutely not, don't worry about it your small children will have fun without you around. Devin tried, said he could do it, for a more than double rate increase. Lauren finally found two rooms on the same floor across the hall and diagonal from each other. Close, but certainly not what we hoped for.
Just as advertised. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
All the staff I encountered were friendly and asking what they could do to help make my stay better. Very quick to respond to issues. The elevator went out at nite and they immediately had someone there to fix it. Nothing
Location and the breakfast was great The staff member that checked us in was abrupt and somewhat rude. Our heat didn't work and she made it sound inconvenient I was calling to get it resolved. She also was irritated when we asked for more towels, we only had 2 towels in a 2 double room.
Location. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Television didn't work. Free WiFi connection impossible---clearly they could not meet the capacity of guests. Elevator was not working. What's to like?
Breakfast and leaving Service that the Staff did not provide for us and accomadations we were stuck with. Being called a liar by the staff and the A.M. not returning any calls or making an attempt to get ahold of us. Staff covering up their mistakes made.
Breakfast was outstanding! Got stuck on the elevator but the staff was very nice. They even said our rooms would be reimbursed for the inconvenience.
Staff very helpful Probably received Phishing call at 11:50 pm. Notified staff then and again in morning. Some confusion in checking in because they had booking phone no rather than ours.
The staff was very nice and helpful They charged my credit card for a room I already paid for 2 months before still fighting them and my bank trying to get the money put back in my account
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Size of room, comfort of bed, breakfast Noise--poorly insulated Small basic bathroom
The beds were VERY comfy! I wanted to pack it up and take it with me! The breakfasts were also very good! I loved the variety of choices each separate morning. I love that the bathroom products are Nutrogena as well. The pool was smaller than I was imagining. The bathroom didn't have a vent. The curtain rod was the kind that has the arc so it gives you more room in the shower, but whoever installed them installed them halfway into the tub, so you have even less room.
Helpful staff, very clean, quiet
My family enjoyed the free breakfast, indoor swimming pool, and the free WiFi. They also enjoyed the free hot chocolate throughout the day - what a nice treat! With the exception of our room, the rest of the hotel appeared clean. Although our bathroom smelled of bleach (clean) - the rest of the room was less than clean. Dental floss on the floor, chewed gum in ice bucket, used band aid under the drapes, and a sock (not ours) stuck between the mattress and the box spring. UGH!!
The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast items were well stocked during the last half hour of the breakfast service. And the location next to the bus line was great for getting to campus and downtown. The railroad line is right behind the hotel and the long trains make for a noise location. The other issue is that our room wasn't tended to by housekeeping after our first night. I had to call for more towels since I put the used ones on the floor for them the replace. I also had to call to get pillows and blankets for the pull put couch.
The room and bathroom was large, comfortable and clean. No problems at all. Close to major streets and all you could want. There was nothing that we did not like about this place.
Clean and spacious room on the first floor. Train tracks and mass transit path directly behind the hotel ..70ish yards.
Rooms were very clean, free breakfast was quite tasty and the hotel had little treats out often.pet friendly and offered several chew treats to my daughter's visiting dog even. The staff was also fantastic, going the extra step every day. Next trip to fort Collins, that's where I will stay.
two blocks back from main road, easy to get in and out of. Close to everything, location quiet for me. Pool/hot tub open from 6am-11pm making it convenienent. Waffles and eggs for continental breakfast, not just donuts and toast. Nice large room with separate sofa seating area. Nice larger fridge, quiet, didn't hear it running all night.
Wonderful stag! Amazing breakfast snd the room was very much worth the price! I would stay again for sure!!!
breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant. Comfy bed. Had to be moved to another room due to the noise from several rooms where a band was staying. Second room had several "party rooms" near as well. Train runs right behind hotel.
Clean, quiet, comfortable & convenient location. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
I thought the hotel was a very good hotel. The majority of the staff was very welcoming, minus the woman that checked us in, she seemed very negative. The breakfast was good, not that big, but for free it was a great deal. The rooms were a good size with a pretty nice bathroom. The location allowed for a trip to the downtown area in about a 5 to 10 minute drive depending on the traffic which was very nice. There were a few things I was not a fan of. The bed in particular was not exactly the most comfortable thing, it was shallow and you could feel all the springs and baseboard when resting. The check in woman was very negative about Fort Collins which was a turn off.
First off, the continental breakfast was great everyday we stayed there (4nights). Also conveniently located for a short drive to Rocky mountain national park and rafting on the poudre river. Room was clean and staff was friendly. I'd stay there again. No on-site masseuse.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water didn't get as hot as I would like.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were very good. Several choices and always fresh food being added. The entire facility was very clean. Evening "mixers" are simple but a good touch. Room had lot of (internal) noise. The refrigerator was very loud. (Something loose at the bottom.) Air handling unit was also abnormally loud (and in the bedroom). Given the above, we turned the refrigerator as cold as practical and the room as warm as practical when out. Then turned the fridge down to cool when watching TV and the HVAC off when sleeping. We also learned not to run the dishwasher while trying to watch TV.
Hotel was quiet and in a great location. There wasn't much parking lot parking. The room was smaller than I expected.
Overall it was clean and well-maintained, and the desk personnel were very professional, especially in the face of what I posted in the didn't like category. If I am ever in that area again, I would not hesitate to book a room here. My son and I were given a room with a king-sized bed at first, so had to be given a different room. We had some frozen dinners to eat, and when my son went to heat his in the microwave, there was a grocery bag of leftovers inside!! To the credit of the (horrified) lady at the desk, she was very apologetic, and gave us a coupon towards a future stay.
We were showing our dog at the Event show and your web site did not say you do not accept pets. We were very upset to find out we drove 6 hrs for the dog show and discover our well trained very valuable dog couldn't stay. The front desk person told us their other hotel did accepts pets but was over 30 mins. away. That doesn't help us. It was to late to find another hotel. We had to find someone at the event with a camper who would host our dog. It was very upsetting and disappointing. Otherwise your hotel was very nice and the breakfast was very good.
Reservations were not on file even though email confirmation was received. No explanation
Location Not made up
The hotel was nice for our one night stay.
Nice breakfast Dirty,very noisy
No bed bugs! I always check the mattresses. Fair continental breakfast. Remarkably Quiet even though close to Interstate 25 and every room was full. Older construction. Older TV.
The hotel was just fine for the price. The decor is very old and there is nothing fancy about it, but we spent most of the time enjoying our trip and not hanging around the hotel so it worked out well. The breakfast is adequate and the pool looked a little murky but seemed fine.
Room appeared clean. This is a motel that needs some work. The room smelled like a mix of cigarettes and cat pee and the 70's motif was not what you want to see after a long day on the road. The breakfast area was a mess and syrup was all over the floor. The dude smoking marijuana by the lobby just topped it off.
The whole place smelled of smoke. They lost our reservation and gave us a smoking room. It felt unsafe there and all the common areas were not very clean.
Was able to connect to the hotel web, but there was no internet connection.
Nothing. I would never stay here again. It would get 0 stars if that was an option. The carpet was wet and a fan was going when we entered our room. The room smelled like a frat house the night after a party. People were loitering in cars in the parking lot and around the premises. Don't stay here. Just spend a few more dollars and stay on the other side of the interstate. This place is for drug deals and prostitutes.
Nice big room; came with a fridge Poor wireless but they did say they were having issues with it.
Cheaper than expected. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. I agreed to pay $68 for the room on kayak.com (including tax) and ended up paying $55 when I got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I had ordered Chinese before I got to the hotel and the restaurant forgot to include silverware. The staff had no problem giving me silverware and napkins. The room was clean and there was a comfortable jetted bathtub. For the most part, the hotel was quiet and perfect for my needs.
location pet friendly refrigerator was not adjustable and froze all of our food and drink even on min setting. no replacement available according to front desk.
The beds are awesome. Very comfortable. Clean.
The King sized bed with extra room for seating. As well as a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was beautiful but my shower never got hot stayed lukewarm no matter what.
Modern bedding - luxurious and clean. A selection of firm and soft bed pillows for your comfort. Desk for working, a chair for relaxing. The refrigerator was quiet. Modern heating and cooling unit - you can set a temperature to optimize its use.
