Pros: The fact that they are one of the few hotels that have in room spas. And the size of the shower
Cons: The Unusual smell when you walk in the front door.... and only three pillows for two persons stay... Needed a late check-out Only 30 minutes is offered Before they charge you for another night.. No matter where you park you have to go through the lobby to access your room. The fact that it snowed the entire time of our stay... Made it very inconvenient. It's very very very basic for the price

Pros: There are 2 elevators, but only one was working. Would love to have had an included breakfast, but Hilton doesn't offer that courtesy. :-( It's the "new normal" they said.
Cons: Nice hotel, but will never stay there again. It's next to the university, so they CHARGE $10/night for parking! Who charges hotel parking except in major metro areas like Boston? When we wanted to leave, the gate controlling exits didn't work!

Pros: It was clean
Cons: They charge $10 for parking and the whole time the entrance gate was open so we really didn’t need to pay that $10. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. And it would’ve been nice if they would’ve had free coffee in the lobby. I probably will not be staying at the Hilton anymore.

Pros: Location and bed was comfortable.

6.0 Good
Cons: The pictures of the room verse what you get differ. Check in wasnt pleasant. Vallet parking is equal to Manhattan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's proximity to Old Town allowed us to walk and explore the restaurants and shops. It is the perfect location if you want to spend time in Ft Collins. It was nice to not have to get into our car to drive places. There are so many great places to eat and shop, this was an ideal spot for us.
Cons: The hotel doesn't have any control over this, it is close to a homeless mission and while there was no trouble, there were some homeless in the area. It's a common situation in most cities and we know people are doing their best to help the homeless.

Pros: Beautiful decoration and amazing location. The staff is helpful and kind. Beds are super comfy. We stayed here while visiting our brother who is a student at CSU. It’s a good stay for visiting campus and hanging out at restaurants.
Cons: It’s a very basic boutique hotel. No breakfast and no real additional facilities - like a gym or cozy hang out space.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't know about the breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, historic property in the heart of OldTown Fort Collins. It was decorated beautifully, very comfortable and near everything.
Cons: It was a bit loud. Next time we will try to get on the third floor. There is no escaping the train - guess it is part of the ambiance.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very pleasant staff. Bedding was super comfy.
Cons: The train blowing their whistle is for real. Sooooo loud. Shower a little quirky. Elevators old school tiny.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Classy update of a historic hotel in downtown Ft Collins; clean, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom and great soaking tub and a very comfortable bed. Great location by the historic district and CSU.
Cons: Although it's a nicely updated older property the room size was a little smaller than average and closet space was lacking for two people with winter coats. The view from a "courtyard" room leaves a little to be desired, but plenty of light due to large windows.

6.8 Good
Pros: Eva, the owner, was competent and remedied a wrongful situation. She did process the return quickly. However, I would have liked to see something extra to make me feel made whole.
Cons: When I checked in, I had pre-paid through booking through an app called “Snap Travel” that Kayak referrer me to. Despite showing the check-in clerk three forms of payment receipt through the app, she took my card from my hand and charged it without my permission to pay again directly through the hotel. I disputed it with her immediately, showed her email receipts and even my bank statements. She acted cavalier and as if I was in the wrong. She charged my card with impunity and refused to listen. I felt trapped; I needed the room, but I was being completely devalued as a customer. In the morning, when we tried to fix the situation with a gentleman clerk, rather than refund my card, he “accidentally” Charged my card again. I had now paid three times for the room! I do not feel safe with how my money was handled. The cavalier attitude about charging me time and time again, treating me as if i was in the wrong, made me seriously reconsider my decision to give them my business. First and foremost, I recommend never using Snap Travel. Second, i recommend proceeding with extreme caution with Days Inn.

Pros: Great value and the staff is always great. I had a sweet tooth late and you don’t have snacks for sale but the guy at front dest got me a few pastries which was great. Also the night I stayed it snowed pretty good and I didn’t have a snow brush / scraper, so I went to the front desk to ask for a broom and they actually had snow brushes to use. Pros: The location is perfect for downtown Fort Collins, this is probably why they think they can get away with the awful service.
Cons: The staff was extremely rude. We called the night before about a late check out and we got a tentative "maybe??" We asked if it was a yes or a no and they said to call back at 7am. We did not wake up by 7am to verify as we were there on a mini get away and planned on sleeping in. By 10:50am a housekeeper had already knocked on our door three different times to ask if we were still there and each time reminding us that check out was at 11am. Absolutely unacceptable! We have stayed at countless hotels and no one has ever been as rude as this Best Western. We left our room by 11:01am having to physically move the house keeping cart from in front of our door. I was livid.

4.0 Okay
Pros: There was a jacuzzi tub in the room and the jets were very powerful for as old as it is...
Cons: I didn't like the attitude from Adrian at the front desk when we were asked for the 3rd time to run our cc... when we were trying to understand what we were signing he asked if there seemed to be a problem... Our room had a break down of the individual cost of items if missing or destroyed (see pictures) (pillows $10.50 fleece blanket $131.91 towel $7.31) but when I called to inform them that our room didn't have a fleece blanket (worried I'd be charged) I was told they dont supply fleece blankets anymore but in a very put out tone of voice was told he possibly could get one...finally getting a blanket on a -2• night... it makes you say uncomfortable when you feel like you can't use anything it fear you'll be charged for it... so then we decided to purchase a few snacks from the lil store handed him a$20 bill and was literally sighed at, because he had to go make change... We stay at at least 4-5 hotels a month and would not recommend this place and will not be a repeat customer...
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location and price
Cons: We stay at this hotel often... About every two weeks... When we ask for a late check out they always say they will accommodate to a 12pm check out instead of the 11am... Without out fail each and everytime house keeping comes knocking multiple times before 12pm ... However not only did on this visit did house keeping knocking multiple times but some man called from the front desk, he had a rude tone and the first thing out of his mouth was asking if we "where going to check out of book another night " usually they are some what friendly... A simple hello would have been nice or "this is a courtesy call" but a very rude are you checking out or not. After hanging up with him, my guest called the front desk back to Express that we did not appreciate being bothered all morning long and the rude phone call, as soon as she hung up with him our phone in the room immediately rings again, my guest answers the phone to a screaming women on the other end, she is screaming at my friend about being rude to her front office guy! I have no clue who this woman was,?!?! A manager?!?! She was literally screaming at the top of her lungs my guest couldn't even get a word in and just ended up hanging up on the terrible woman! Who treats there paying guest that way?!?! I'm floored and terrified that they would come up with some excuses to charge my card... Took several pictures of the room before we left for our protection...
