10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was really nice and very helpful. She helped us to get a place in a restaurant even if it was at the last moment. We needed to leave early in the morning and she was so kind that she prepared a small and very good brakfast for us. Furthermore the place was really nice and cosy! We will definitely recommend it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place! Beautiful, clean, the host is very friendly. Great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accomodation is very nice and modern, situated in the typical alsacien house, near from the Strasbourg, accessible by car. The bed is very comfortable, good breakfast, small kitchen is available.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very nice room and very clean. All new and nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed for a nice sleep and very quiet. Nice village experience outside the city center. Easy to park your car. The owner was kind and welcoming
Cons: The breakfast was extremely poor unfortunately and this spoiled some of the experience. I noticed that the owner in a previous review promised to a guest that the next time there will be some eggs, but this was not the case. Only jams and some cold croissants. Not even some cheese or ham. The owner asked me only the first day if I wanted some cheese 10 minutes after I had finished my breakfast. Maybe that is something common in France I don't know. Also if you have any dietary requirements it will be a big issue. The wi-fi was extremely slow. The room was very cold when we entered. When you expect a guest you should also turn on the heating. Overall not good value for money and definitely it shouldn't be advertised as breakfast included, as this was not the case. The owner should try to improve seriously in this issue
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is a family home that was originally a manor house built in 1798. The main house and servants quarters were completely remodeled in 2015 and retain all of their original 1800's charm and character. There are three guest rooms in the refurbished servants quarters and all are very comfortable. There is a small living room and kitchen to share in that building, but a larger very comfortable living room where the host serves a great breakfast every morning.
Cons: If you are looking for a busy central location you should plan on staying in Strasbourg which is 10 minutes away by car otherwise this location is perfect for a quiet get away.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Mary the host was most helpful and friendly, she even booked us a restaurant for the evening meal. The place was very pretty, clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back and recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everyting. Lovely renovation of an old farmhouse and very kids-friendly. Very clean.
Cons: Breakfast would have been even better with some eggs from La Grange aux Coqs!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely environment and warm host
Cons: None. We wanted to stay in a small village near the city
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had our choice of two rooms - both lovely and comfortable. We choice the room on the ground floor. Breakfasts were good and she would have got whatever we preferred if it wasn't there already. We were caught short one day and she prepared a light lunch for us unasked. They provided GPS and driving information which we needed! When I found I had left my phone charger in the last hotel, they lent me one until I could buy a new one!
Cons: Nothing.

6.8 Good
Pros: Bed comfy
Cons: We booked 2 rooms. No kettle/coffee/tea making facilities in rooms. Rooms were quite dark, even with all lights on. Bathrooms were small, and have been staying in other hotels with much better facilities for less money on this trip. Breakfast poor, a toaster and no sliced bread to put in it - and cutlery was all dirty. For €15 per head not very good value.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole entire place was really clean and decorated with taste. There are also parking places which is very handy (also, safe as the parking was behind the gates). Anne was extremely friendly, always making sure we got everything. Our apartment was for five people therefore, very open, big and comfortable. There was an extra toilet upstairs. The wifi worked with ease. It is only a 14 minute drive to strasbourg from this place. Also, near by there are many interesting little towns to visit and there are many supermarkets.
Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like.

Cons: Everything was very good
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Christiane was extremely helpful and friendly
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable. Some of the breakfast items, such as the applesauce, were prepared from produce raised on the farm. The restaurant across the street had excellent food for dinner. A common room offered a place for snacks and games for families and groups.
Cons: The drive into Strasbourg is more challenging than I expected and our point in staying here was to visit Strasbourg. Some of the roads are very narrow and I would recommend arriving in daylight until you are familiar with the area.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely b&b with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Incredibly kind owner. Clean and spacious bedroom, with everything you need for your stay (including kettle, cutlery, fridge, plates, etc). Private parking. Great breakfast with home-made jams, pastries, bread, coffee, tea, cheese, eggs. Loved it!
Cons: Crowing roosters could wake you up in case you are a light sleeper. I would recommend taking earplugs with you, just in case.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We travelled through Alsace for 3 weeks and this was our favorite! The hostess and host were amazing and they spoke English well. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was so refreshing. It was a short, easy trip to Strasbourg and we loved being on a farm. Good restaurants were in walking distance. Truly loved it.

Breakfast was decent and the tram station is in walking distance.
Cons: The shower room and flush toilet area is a bit cramped.

Pros: The host was very nice, prepared breakfast each morning and stayed late until I've arrived, after midnight. Overall, the stay was super nice, the room very clean.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great room in a century old historic building which was beautifully renovated by the owner. Great warm host prepared awesome breakfasts and gave lots of recommendations for locations in the area. Downtown Strasbourg either 15 min by car, or 30 min by nearby tram.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was beautifully furnished & decorated, the bathroom large & modern. The owners very welcoming & we had a glass of wine in the courtyard on our arrival.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owner Laurence made our stay really special, she went over & beyond with kindness & service. Very clean, fresh sheets, fresh smelling towels!! Owner & daughter both spoke some English which was fantastic! Fresh baked goods daily for breakfast, if you prefer croissants in place of stick bread that can need only to ask, here they aim to please!! Offered to drive us to the hairdresser (tho we walked, wasn't far) & made the apt. for us to get our hair done. We came to stay 6 days in an affordable place & ended up making special new friends. Weren't planning on returning before we stayed here but will be back for sure!!
Cons: Some plants or flowers in the outside seating area.. would make it so much cozier out there :) Bathroom door needs trimmed in downstairs bath as it scrapes the floor when you open or close it. Otherwise.. No complaints!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: First of all, the owner, this really nice lady herself, who’s heartwarming, funny, open-minded, talkative(but not annoying at all) and very tentative, already made the stay special. We enjoyed our small talks with her at breakfasts, feeling like spending time with a new friend, like staying at home. She always checked with us when we’d like to have breakfast on the next morning and then showed up there every morning, making sure we had everything we needed. There’s a decent choice of breakfast for a small guesthouse, different kinds of cheese, marmalades and breads (sweet and salty). You can pull your hot tee/coffee or grab a cold drink from the fridge anytime you like, like at home:) Oh and we got fresh towels everyday, thanks to the lovely lady. The house speaks for itself, authentic, romantic, well balanced rustic charm and mordern living comfort, with many tasteful decorative details. The location is not only perfect for visiting Strasbourg (20 mins by tram, the station 5 mins walk from the house, the ticket is quite cheap), but also if you wanna take a ride on the famous “Wine Street” and visit those lovely wine villages, just ask the hostess, she’d be happy to offer you insider tips.:) You have everything you need in walking distance here. Last but not the least, you can park your car safely for free in the yard, which normally costs 10 euros or even more per day in the city! All in all, we enjoyed our stay so much here and wanna thank you again for your hospitality and the heartwarming “surprise” for us in the end(it was delicious :)) Schöne Grüße aus Düsseldorf
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful vintage hotel-restaurant in the middle of Mittelhausen. Very quiet place, ideal for your stay after work. Extremely friendly staff which make your stay there the more enjoyable. Availability of a spa area and massage... excellent! The food there is high level French cuisine that will surprise you, with a mix of classic and modern menus. Overall a place to book when ever you go to beautiful Alsace. A very special venue, which you'll enjoy.
Cons: Wi-Fi access quite bad, very poor. This aspect should be easily fixed by the owner. Other than this, nothing to add, really.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff. Great atmosphere; Interior a bit outdated but great charm. Excellent service, top family run hotel. Airco was a great plus!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We love this hotel. It is situated in a quiet village in lovely countryside. This time the room was great. The staff were great. The location is perfect for us on our journey to and from Austria. The restaurant serves fabulous food .... when it's open!
Cons: The food in the restaurant is truly amazing but we were disappointed on Tuesday 3rd April to arrive and discover that the restaurant was closed that evening because it had been open the previous evening (for Easter Monday). It is usually closed on Monday evenings. I booked several weeks before and checked which evenings the restaurant was open as we have been caught like this before, and there was no indication (that I saw) that there would be a change to the restaurant routines. However the receptionist very kindly phoned a local restaurant and we had a great meal elsewhere so it all worked out in the end. You ask about the coffee .... it could have been warmer. You ask about the payment process .... unfortunately the card machine had broken down that morning! These things happen.
6.3 Good
Pros: It was 38 degrees and the air conditioning worked well, the small spa swimming pool was a bonus. The big beds were good.
Cons: The room was smallish with a sloping ceiling. The restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. Breakfast poor value for 12 euros, limited selection, dry bread, no croissants, flies on the uncovered bread.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good for 1 night stay
Cons: It is located in a small village, lost in the countryside. Outside the hotel facilities there isn't anything to do. In restaurant closing day, nearest recommended restaurant is 7 km far (so car is mandatory)

Pros: The location was ideal for flights to/from Strasbourg airport. It's not in central Strasbourg, and public transport is probably not ideal, so a car is basically needed. For our purposes, a quiet weekend getaway, it was great. The check-in and check-out processes were extremely smooth, and the reception staff very friendly. The room was standard, no frills. Very comfortable bed. Gets a bit warm though, especially if the shutters are closed. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, good quality food, and not too busy. Pros: All the staffs were excellent and had smile in their face. Front desk ladies are always there to help , it doesn’t matter for check in , check out , arranging dinner late night in the opposite resto ( great staffs at the opposite first floor resto as well). Regarding the propert you won’t feel like it’s a hotel , more like a old family home with beautiful courtyard , pagoda , flowers etc. I was there for one night and it was worthful stay for every bit of money I paid.
Cons: Nothing to point out in specific other than some minor things which can be ignored for the positive experience I had in this property.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, comfortable room, nice pool which our daughter really enjoyed. Nice restaurant. Park right opposite hotel. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Wifi was quite slow and had some issues connecting. Restaurant was closed on Sundays and nowhere else available to eat nearby.
6.3 Good
Pros: Spa and pool was excellent though sauna wasn't working. Hot tub was lovely after a long drive. No extra cost to use the spa. Location is remote but beautiful. Sister restaurant was excellent using local produce. Food was amazing. You must try the tart (like flat pizza) but half size is more than enough for 2 people as a starter.
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and extremely squeaky. Toilet was separate to shower and sink and door wouldn't shut. Room was quite small.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything excellent
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: The welcome was poor, the bar wasn’t staffed and the drinks were served out of the kitchen, reception staff were not welcoming Bed was small and bathroom not as good as other 3star hotels we’ve stayed in, restaurant staff were borderline rude and got order wrong generally bad, would not recommend
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location if you have a car. Great pool area. Room clean. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but €13 each person.
Cons: Wifi wasn’t great. Didn’t work probably about 50% of the time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spa is very nice and clean. Rooms perfect and comfortable beds. Breakfast OK nothing spectacular.
4.5 Okay
Pros: not much other than the hotel was quiet .
Cons: Staff unhelpful, walk from car park to reception with heavy bags in 40 degrees heat as side doors locked. Car park full and no space to park. Breakfast poor and ran out of items. Rooms very small and similar to IBIS or Campanile.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Availability of a spacious family room for a our family of 5. Great restaurant. Very nice swimming pool and excellent restaurant.
Cons: No shower curtain so you have to shower carefully to prevent everything getting wet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. It was a short drive from the motorway on our journey south. The swimming pool was lovely after a long drive and the food in the restaurant delicious. Altogether a perfect start to our holiday.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Did not have high expectations, but was positively surprised. Location is clean, staff was helpful, sense of details for decoration is making you feel welcome
Cons: Better than expected except no table / desk in the room. To work not very convenient ...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Near the hotel is Cora-supermarket, mall, Lid'l!! In room they don t have fridge...sorry!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very affordable, close to highway. Ideal for a stop on the way home. Didn't had the chance to try the pool. On a industrial area so nothing to do close to the hotel. Was ok for us though.
Cons: Bathroom a bit moisty.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, comfortable and clean room. Free parking on the premises.
Cons: One minor thing: the intermittent lights for the pool are a bit annoying at night, but the curtain does a decent job.
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient free parking in the hotel.
Cons: Internet was unusable - sometimes, a single page would load after several minutes, but then get disconnected again. 10€ for breakfast per person didn't seem like a good value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and spoke english and the place is clean. The breakfast was good and fresh and I don‘t need more than that. There‘s always enough room to park.
Cons: No tea making in room.

Pros: Super kingsize bed. Neat, clean and usefully displayed room. Lovely to be at a 1'30 walk from tramway and for just 4€50 one can make his/her way round Strasbourg for 24hours. Tasty breakfast... a little pricy so.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place appartment was clean and big enough for two persons. Staff was very helpful and professional.
Cons: Breakfast was, for me, a bit expensive (12.90) for some read, some cheese and some sweet pastries.
7.5 Good
Pros: I got a deluxe room as upgrade, the room was really nice
Cons: Too far from Strasbourg city centre
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Air Conditioning is needed in the older bedrooms. Why is the soap renewed every day? not very environmentally friendly
7.5 Good
Pros: Price, friendly staff, not far from Strasbourg , good restaurant and nice breakfast
Cons: Spa & wellness needs maintenance, all equipment is new but not maintained, water was flooding everywhere no one was there if smt needs, tee kettle didn’t work, after shower all water was flooding in sauna
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location next to the tram station (20 min to Strasbourg), staff very friendly at the reception and breakfast. Great value for money. Will be back!
Cons: No fridge in the rooms.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: clean, comfortable and luxurious. We slept very well under very clean and white sheets. Well organised room with lots of space for your baggage and a spacious bathroom. Great that the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Cons: Long route through the building with either stairs or elevators is a bit inconvenient with luggage to some parts of the building. We would have liked a water boiler for a tea or coffee in the room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: bed is very comfortable. staff is indeed very friednly. The room is very big and comfortable. I really enjoy the time here. Will stay here again next time.
Cons: the direction indication in the hotel is not really clear... it makes people getting lost....
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Easy access via tram to the city centre. Secure parking. Staff friendly and very helpful.
Cons: Minimal toiletries! Lucky we brought our own. Breakfast lovely but expensive.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had a nice stay. It was well priced and a convenient short drive to the Christmas Markets that were the purpose of our trip. The staff was outgoing and showed a true desire to help us with information about the area and transportation available. The desk manager was so willing to help staff with English and our French was poor. We had several opportunities to have meals. Dinner was well presented and tasty. Breakfast I would say was the weakest of the meals but good. We also had desserts and coffee/tea one evening and they were excellent.
Cons: Breakfast seemed too spread to find items easily. One morning the eggs were undercooked.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Traditional Alsace farm building, well renovated, with lovely atmosphere
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: Good WIFI and good breakfast
Cons: It felt a bit cold and odd. Toilet across the corridor and bathroom down the hall
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite silent and calm village that brought us same smells and feelings than we remembered from our early age. The house is a typical Alsatian one with around 100 years history and service provided by Christine and Alain is really nice, exceeding our expectations. Awesome breakfast product quality.
Cons: Despite bathroom is private you need to get out of the bedroom to go, in two separated places. Important to say the owner tries to split spaces with some curtains but complete privacy is impossible. Breakfast should include fruits and cereals.
