Cons. The only disappointment was the restaurant. The waitress was new - no fault of hers. The kitchen was extremely slow. We ordered salads and soups, the fastest meals. Over one hour we were only served salads. We decided to rake food to go. It was for some reason a problem, so they offered room service. We agreed and also ordered 2 desserts. The check was closed on our room, which was done by the server due to her supervisor's direction. Apparently supervisor didn't bother asking us as of what was a convenient method of payment. As we arrived to our room, the soups were delivered, no desserts. After we called, the dessert was delivered, but only one instead of 2. At that point we just gave up, and never came back to the restaurant. Also the food was unremarkable. For a place like this, the menu has to be better.
