Pros (+) Good food close to the hotel and easy to find, very friendly staff and the pool and the hot tub were very clean and great for the kids some woman at the front desk was being very rude and obnoxious and should have been embarrassed to be treating the staff the way she was…but they were calm and kept smiling and even offered her and her family something from the snack bar while she waited-
