9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice vibe, great food at the restaurant, large rooms
Cons: It’s half an hour outside the city, but that’s what makes it a good bargain
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the value for money. The food was good, including the breakfast buffet. There are lovely restaurants nearby, but it’s not too busy. Only 30 minutes from Downtown and Tufts (our points of interest). Burlington Mall was also good and nearby - just be sure to hire a car or get ready for frequent uber-ing.
Cons: We didn’t use the gym facilities but they seemed a bit lacking. Also there was no 24 hour food service, and we would arrive back very late, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Cons: I did not like daily having no towels and washcloths, everyday I had to call and then tip someone. I also thought it was ridiculous to call for a Diet Coke, I tried to purchase one downstairs, they would not sale it to me. After calling room service they came up with 2- 6 ounce bottles, no ice, then they had to get me ice because I could not get it by myself. Total for 2-6 ounce Diet Coke $20.00, then a tip, total $25.00. Ridiculous!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good and convenient.
7.5 Good
Pros: The property is pretty new and the rooms are almost in pristine condition. Love the size of the bed and the extra pillows that came with it.
Cons: The front desk could've been more warm and welcoming instead of being snobbish. I didn't really feel welcome at all. They should know that most of the people that stays here are from out of state or somewhere far. A little smile wouldn't hurt. I also didn't like that we were woken up at 2 a.m. because someone decided to smoke and the emergency system went on. No one even told us what happened and that it's safe to come back. No comps were given for this either. Lastly the breakfast needs improvement. The eggs were too plain and unappetizing. I would also appreciate if they would include toothpaste since they provided the other toiletries why not go the full 100%. They also need to improve their cleaning. They need to be prompt and come on time.
6.7 Good
Pros: Some of the various pros of this hotel includes an overall modern environment regarding both the rooms as well as the general architecture of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.
Cons: The cons certainly outweighed the pros regarding my stay at this hotel simply due to the actions and attitude of one woman. The young lady working at the reception desk was anything but pleasant to us. To expand upon the situation for a bit, we made a reservation for two rooms. The young lady stated to us that only one was reserved and told us that "Four people? One room is fineeeee. This room has two king beds." We went up to the one room and long behold, there was only one bed and a sofa. We returned down to the lobby and spoke with her again while showing her our reservation for two rooms again. It was at this time, she decided to finally give us our second room. This whole process took close to an hour and her attitude towards us made us uncomfortable and disappointed.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was a very good breakfast
Cons: The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is great. Having a kitchen is wonderful for any extended stay.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit repetitive and limited. Fruit salad was often a bit old looking and tasting. The shop was too limited - given that there are no grocery stores nearby a broader selection of freqently used food products would be helpful. cheeses, milk, bread, etc
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good clam chowder
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the no tipping policy. I have lived abroad for over 25 years and get so confused on what to tip and hate fumbling around for dollars. In addition, the reception staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I had the pool to myself and the staff there were also really helpful. Great touch to have a dark make-up towel in the bathroom as I always feel guilty when I make a white facecloth messy with my mascara. I will defiantly be back. Thank you.
Cons: No complaints
6.3 Good
Pros: The room or facility was not worth 400 a night. I have stayed in hotels in the $250-300 range and they were much nicer. Beds terrible along with the pillows. The room was just ok.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Room 419 heater did not work. It was freezing and engineering told us the the temperature was 75 degrees when it felt like 35 degrees. Heater was fixed after two hours; however, the heater was so loud, like an airplane engine.

Instead of an immediate correction and an apology, I had to run through some hoops, and even now, to date, some “manager” sent me a boiler plate email “wanting to speak to me”, nonetheless her phone number was erased, when I sent an email with my phone number written on it, I get an automatic reply that this person is unavailable till September 1. ... no further comment is necessary.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location was good and it was decorated very retro and on trend. Not a typical hotel chain where everything looks the same. I also liked that they had complimentary coffee and water in the lobby and the room.
Cons: The fan was broken in the room and I mentioned it to two people at the front desk. Both said that they would send someone up with a replacement. That did not happen. Front desk associates were chatting with the valet or using a personal cell.

Pros: the way the hotel had a theme of music and was different to normal
Cons: When we got there, there was another charge of $16.00 to use the pool and bar which we were not told about previously. Also we used the pool but there was nowhere to get drinks until 5pm, would have been good to have somewhere to get drinks.

Pros: The property was great and the staff was exactly what you’d expect from the Four Seasons. They made my birthday feel special.

Cons: Room layout was odd, with the bathroom right next to the bed. Restaurant dining options were limited. After checking in, after traveling all day we were looking for a light meal and ended settling for a hamburger and a bowl of soup. We found the in-room dining had different options and wonder why these were not available in the restaurant. Food and beverage prices were high even by hotel dining standards. Lobby was sterile and not very comfortable.

Cons: There was not coffee pods either in the room or at the breakfast area that contained caffeine all pods were decaffinated and when asking a member of the team was advised that they had not ordered any.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pristine, new renovation of an old building Exceptionally well done. Spotless and comfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the rooms and breakfast is excellent.
Cons: Expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time that we have stayed at the Inn at Hastings Park. We had a much smaller room this time, but were lucky to even get a room. It was very comfortable with a lovely rain shower and the Nespresso maker with real Half and Half. We especially liked being able to control the temperature in the room and it was quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice to a one. We had dinner and breakfast at Artisty and both were delicious. We highly recommend staying here.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: We were not quoted the correct price. We were charged an additional $70.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simply spectacular! Fabulous in every way: the staff, the breakfast, the room and the decor. I can’t wait to come back to the Boston area so we can stay here again.
Cons: Nothing, it was wonderful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location near Lexington downtown. Super friendly staff. Free bikes and access to nearby community open air swimming pool. Very cosy New England style accommodation. Very nice breakfast and super brunch on Sunday.
Cons: If anything, bathroom is a little small, but well equiped. I also did not like the Inn’s policy of a fixed tip for staff which is charged before you even arrive. A tip is a tip and should be paid after service is delivered and to appreciation of how it was delivered. This being said, in the case of the Inn’s staff, they fully deserved it and more!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in room 30. Everything was lovely. Only minor bump was the room was above the check-in room door of the hotel and when people (probably unassuming hotel guests) would slam that door, it would rattle the house (and my room). Again, that was only a minor annoyance. What I loved: It was all the little details and obvious heart that went into making sure everything was lovely. The soft robes and comfy slippers, and beautiful tall glass water bottles... it just made me feel pampered. Also, it's the staff's caring and attention to detail. For example, I had a bouquet of flowers and the staff brought a vase to put them in. I let Alex know I would be working, and she brought me a table so I could sit in the window and work next to the natural light. Then the actual experience: All the toiletries (Molton Brown) and little sewing kit, make up remover and cotton pads to remove makeup were such a nice touch! The hotel bar and restaurant (great wine list!) were lovely and the bedding was so comfy! The hotel felt like home but with more pampering. Alex and the staff were attentive and helpful. Everything felt luxurious and well thought out. I will be booking here again.
Cons: Only minor bump was the room was above the check-in room door of the hotel and when people (probably unassuming hotel guests) would slam that door, it would rattle the house (and my room). Again, that was only a minor annoyance.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect to explore Boston. The nice welcome - special thanks to Ophelia. The style of the hotel.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location with everything close by. Would stay here again if I was in Boston.
Cons: The shower needs a better screen. Water gets on the floor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Tv was awesome Clean rooms Friendly staff
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.
Cons: REALLY tiny room. Kind of a snooty vibe, even though the "Downtown Crossing" neighborhood is a little sketchy. Be careful walking around at night!
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast was in the café. Not a great choice of Food.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding wooden door that does not lock and staying with multiple people where a bathroom door doesn't shut/lock probably was the only odd thing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location....excellent Very comfortable room. Housekeeping was very good
Cons: Coffee shop attached to hotel was lovely but very pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable for me. The rooms big loved the tv. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel is located in a fun area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is centrally located in downtown Boston and was an easy walk to all the sites we were interested in seeing. Close to the Freedom Trail, harbor area, North End, and Beacon Hill so loved the convenience. The staff were friendly and prompt in responding to our needs. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved how clean it was, and everyone so friendly! I told them we were celebrating our honeymoon and they sent a nice card and bottle of prosecco to our room.
Cons: A tad spendy compared to some places I've stayed. I don't like that it was Saturday night and the bar closed at 11pm even though there were several people sitting there drinking. The coffee shop closes early as well 630pm. However you can walk down the street and get coffee or drinks elsewhere.

Pros: Location - easy to get everywhere!
Cons: One of the headboards looked like it was damaged and I did not notice until I moved a pillow.
7.9 Good
Cons: Gym very small and too crowded
6.7 Good
Pros: We ordered a bagel with butter to our room and it was $16. That’s ridiculous! Also very difficult to control room temperature. Raise the thermostat one degree and it’s a sauna. Drop it one degrees and it’s an icebox.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The air conditioning worked well.
Cons: Love Loew's hotels. However, this was one of the lowest quality ones I've ever stayed in. A glorified Hampton Inn, if even that. Avoid.

Cons: Breakfast service was a little slow.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and limo/town car service. Planning an event in Cambridge? This hotel has facilities measuring 18000 square feet (1672 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel vibe and decoration
Cons: Unpersonal chck-out process
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean. Good location. Nice restaurants. Great gym.
Cons: Beds were very soft—hard to sleep. Staff was not exactly consumer-friendly. They were “officially” pleasant but not helpful. Eg. I was initially told that I could extend my stay in the same room as it wasn’t booked. After I booked a room online (at their request) I was told I’d have to pay $50 more to extend my stay in the same room even though it was going to be empty. (Our room had two beds vs one king). So we would have had to pack everything up and move for one night—why? They called back and agreed to let us stay in the room we had but it made for a frustrating experience. Why charge more for same room with different numbers of beds if they are all empty?
7.1 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: To have separate space for the event attendees.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable hotel with good location near Harverd square.
Cons: little bit old Hotel with some noises at night from the equipment inside the Hotel.. but nothing major.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great restaurants in Hotel.
Cons: Pricey.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location being so close to Harvard. The room was great and fell a notch above what I was expecting.
Cons: The pool was not part of the hotel but connected and therefore had weird restrictions on kids using the pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bedding (down comforter, great pillows), and the air quality/climate control were outstanding. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was actually more comfortable than my bed and home (and I'm fussy). The pool was excellent.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room. Refrigerator packed with overpriced bar stuff. I was annoyed, but the NY Times outside the door in the morning put the smile back on my face.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is good, close to the red line, 10 min with underground to Boston city center. Breakfast was good but it was not not included into the room rate, free coffee is provided in the restaurant for the guests, but we were not informed about this.
Cons: The personnel on the reception and portier could be a bit more friendly and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! Location! Location! And the view.
Cons: Expensive sleepy breakfast arrangement. No in-room coffee maker, and a "hidden" free coffee area.
7.9 Good
Pros: The rooms were great.
Cons: The pool wasn’t good at all. Very limited hours. It was really a pool for the gym. A bit misleading.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed! The TV in toilet!
Cons: No
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location! Comfy beds
Cons: I missed a refrigerator in the room I could use, and coffee-making facilities

Cons: Just a suggestion - it would have been nice if ice was already made in the freezer upon our arrival.
5.4 Okay
Cons: This place is a catfish. The rooms looks huge in pictures but in person it is very small. No hard candies. No microwave popcorn. Thank God the toilet was right next to the bed I almost had my own privacy. Hallways smell weird and carpets are ugly and I almost forgot ..... supposed to be a queen bed and it was actually a full.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: charged extra $10, need to make a call:( toilet not working
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were looking for a place to stay outside Boston and came across this hotel. Our room had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. They serve breakfast with both hot and cold items every morning. The parking was free. It is located close to a commuter rail station , but we drove 15 minutes to the Wellington T stop on the Orange line. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go to The Boston area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hot breakfast was included and it was delicious. The dining area was clean and comfortable. Our room was great! The beds were comfortable and clean. We were there for 4 nights and our room was touched up every day with fresh towels, the trash emptied, and the beds were made up. The location itself is very convenient to the I-93 and I-95 as well as the Anderson/Woburn Commuter rail that takes you right into North Station in Boston. I will definitely stay at the Residence Inn In Woburn again!
