Pros (+) Really not much on this last trip.
Cons (-) The room wasn't clean, in between days the beds were made but TP not replenished, soap not replenished, trash left on table tops. This is NOT what I expect from a 3.5 star hotel. Who rates this place? The club level was the main reason I booked this hotel. However at check in I find out there is no club level due to renovations. You would think that would make the management go way above and beyon...
