Pros. Great location- right in the thick of things.

Cons. Doesn’t have a single USB plug in the rooms, they’ll charge you to park your car (the other downtown Yak hotels are free) and the property is generally tired.

Pros. appearance

Cons. We WALKED AWAY from this hotel as the security was appalling. We pulled into the parking lot and as my husband exited the vehicle he was accosted by a homeless woman who was sitting outside the hotel - on their patio furniture - asking for money. He hadn't even shut his door and she was on him. She promptly went and sat back on the hotel furniture. As he walked to the doors of the hotel, he was accosted by another homeless man asking for money - who was walking in circles in the parking lot. When he entered the hotel and told the front desk staff of his concerns, and asked if the lot was secured (as we had personal effects on the roof and in the car that would need to remain in the vehicle over night) the front desk staff simply shrugged his shoulders. We left and did not even stay at the hotel as they were not concerned about the security of their guests or their establishment and seem to be happy to allow homeless individuals to raid guests in their parking lot and immediately outside their doors.
