Pros (+) They had the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. I just sunk into it. Other than that, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the train station, less if you weren't carrying luggage, and that station was only a couple stops away from Yokohama station - great location.
Cons (-) I wish I had known the bed was the way it was. I would have booked an extra night or two. The only complaint I have - and this isn't really a complaint - is that you could tell that it was an older room. It was clean but you could also see the occasional scuff on the wall. That sort of thing.
