Cons. Staff could not understand well my requirement of non smoking room. My room smelled very bad of tobacco
Pros. Very clean fabulous, nice size rooms. Great staff and location with shopping and good outlets close to JR station and direct link bus to Hanaeda airport Also, walking distance to Ramen museum!
Cons. My kids were were a little scared by central light shaft but the lifts. We were on high floor and they are shy about view down
