Pros (+) From Check-In to Check-Out, I had the friendliest staff members who smiled and did everything to faithfully ensure a great stay, which I had!
Cons (-) Sometimes, the Wi-Fi would "eject" me off the network or ask me to sign on again. Sometimes, it has me swap around hhonors and attwifi, which happens - others should be assisted to prevent this from happening when attwifi is more common than hhonors outside the hotel (and can cause a problem when the guest is insisted on using the hhonors network.) Both same network, but this is a very small issue...
