Like a 1950s motel, wonderful beds, nice breakfast. Have stayed here repeatedly over the years. Cheaper through Kayak than direct from them.
I enjoyed my stay there entirely! Unable to think of anything.
Beds are very confortable Breakfast could be more complete
You wouldn't expect such a great place by the two stars or exterior but wine valley was great! Awesome rooms that were clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and we were able to comfortable unwell into town. We will definitely stay here again!
nice place to stay. enjoyed our stay . could not access wi-fi in room 7.
I was disappointed with the staff's inexperience and complete unwillingness to help because I booked wth a 3rd party. The receptionist was sarcastic, laughed at me, and had poor customer service.
I've stayed here before and came back because 1) the price is reasonable compared to other Napa motels 2) the history of the place (think Hollywood) is intriguing) 3) Nice pool and lawn with BBQ 3) Free continental breakfast Free WiFi was weak but usable in my room. It is better in other rooms.
For a 2 star hotel, i was shocked to see how nice the rooms are. I normally stay at 3 star and above hotels, but i was trying to save money this time around and i was shocked at how nice the room was! The room was a little small, but all new tv's and the bed was ridiculously comfortable and large! Its not the most romantic place, but if your looking for somewhere to stay, i HIGHLY recompensed this hotel. DIAMOND IN THE RUFF!
Nice room for what we needed. Big enough. Nice bathroom. Decent breakfast selection. Stain on one of the bed sheets. Spider in the bed. Weird knocking noise from bathroom.
Old style layout, probably 1950's motel that's been upgraded with new bathroom fixtures, new AC/heat units, flat screen TV's , new sink, toilet, light fixtures, etc. The bedroom + bathroom are pretty small but adequate. Nice pool. Free parking all around, no assigned spaces. Nice simple breakfast included.
Very nostalgic motor inn with modern amenities. Best of all, it isn't overpriced. .
location it was old and small but o.k. no coffee in the room but available at the desk.
Having read some of the reviews about this hotel we did not know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised, in fact we stayed a second night. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is Ideally situated to explore the Napa vineyards. Dog friendly. A small step between the bedrooms was dangerous, especially for older people and should be better marked. No footpath outside hotel. Do not expect a hearty breakfast but I am not complaining considering the rate.
Covered parking. Good location in Napa. There were no glass cups in which to heat water in the microwave. No coffee maker. No complimentary lotion. No Kleenex in the bathroom. No spare toilet paper.Rooms were not very sound proof. Could hear all traffic on the street.
Comfortable bed, friendly staff Website photos very misleading. Hotel not what we expected. Too pricey.
It's a resting place in a good location where we needed to be in Napa. There was a musty smell in the room that is more like a Motel 6 but at the cost of a Marriott. Napa is totally overpriced.
More than adequate for a budget hotel.
We really didn't like the motel at all. The room was so small we could barely walk around. The ceilings were so low I banged my head on them. The fact is, the room was so tiny and uncomfortable that we left a day early even though we had paid through the next day. We tried for a refund of the second night but it was a two night minimum, which I didn't know.
The location close to the Napa Valley vineyards made it convenient The room was poorly setup, meaning that it was uncomfortable to get around in. When we arrived, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. I turned on the hot water valve under the sink. Both windows in the room were unlocked when we arrived and we did not discover this until the next morning. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and bath towels threadbare. Continental breakfast included a danish in a plastic bag like you would get at a truck stop and coffee. This feature was misleading to us when we were booking the room.
I like that they are almost detached little rooms. Each room is separated by the carport, so you don't hear the neighbors through the walls. Cute little rooms. Not the best but far from the worst. Because it's napa, it's overpriced for its value, but not to much. The shower needed to be a little bigger and higher ceiling.
I was assigned an occupied room, given a working key, and walked in on another guest. While the rooms are serviceable, the facilities are quite dilapidated overall.
I booked this hotel because it was one of the more affordable places to stay close to downtown. I was very happy to find it was cute clean and safe. The furniture and carpet are a little worn but I wasn't aiming for a luxury hotel.
