Pros: It was so quiet. Our room was great, no. It was amazing. We enjoyed how big it was. I wish we could've stayed longer!
Cons: Can't really think of anything. Maybe start to offer free parking considering you pay so much for a room...?
Cons: STAFF didn't cooperate
Cons: Great service. Amazing restaurant and bar with wonderful staff
Pros: I liked everything my wife and I thought it was perfect.

Pros: Staff was pleasant, room was clean, and we stayed a short time. But the first impressions weren't all that great.
Cons: We asked for a crib in the room once we arrived. It took almost a half an hour to get it. No coffee in the room, even though there was a coffee maker. Pull out bed had no sheets and it took about an hour to get them. Also dishes were left in the dishwasher and not put away.
Pros: Valet parking and the rooms were fantastic with great beds, comforters and pillows. Loved the small desk and seperate living room from bedroom.

Pros: Enjoyed the comfort & structure of the room!
Cons: I was disappointed with the breakfast. I guess the biscuits sat out too long; they were hard. The pre-made omelettes were not that good either.
Pros: The hotel was very clean, the air quality was very good, the AC was running properly. The bed, the linen, the pillows were to our expectation. An excellent experience.
Pros: We enjoyed family time at the pool and the beds were comfortable. My son left his pants at the pool overnight and they were at the front desk the next morning - glad we didn't lose them!
Pros: The cleanliness, the roominess, the amenities, the young lady who checked me in, the cafeteria staff
Cons: The fact that a service person (tv repair) had a key to an occupied room. Thankful I had the deadbolt on.
Pros: Easy access
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: Very modern/up to date. Everything was very cool to walk around and look at.Wonderful breakfast and coffee area. Coffee was pretty important to me, they had a great variety and an assortment of creamers & sweeteners. Staff was always checking supplies.
Cons: The pool had some green funji at the bottom that made us not want to get in, was looking forward to that. (I'm very picky though, someone else may have never noticed) Overall area super clean and relaxing area.
Parking is at a minimum, but it seems to either be new or recently renovated. I could smell the fresh paint in the hallway. It appeared the pool room needed a little upkeep, but we didn't get to use it on this trip. If you don't use a credit card, they want $100 cash for incidentals, even though I paid less for the room.
Pros: The room was clean, and very nice and inviting.
Cons: checkout is noon, the maid knocked on our door at 8:06 a.m.. it was a Sunday morning - and Mother's day. She knocked so lightly, I thought she was knocking on a door down the hall. If I hadn't gotten to the door when I did, she would have walked in on us.
Pros: New. Interesting lobby decor. Nice room.
Cons: The food at breakfast was only average.
Pros: Rooms are set up for all modern conveniences and large room.
Cons: Bathroom was too small considering the suze of the room. Breakfast was not good.
Pros: Excellent! Beautiful big room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast too.
Pros: Room was nice and big, modern, lots of lite, comfy bed, breakfast was very good.
Pros: Very sheek, liked the breakfast and individual night lights attached to the bed
Cons: Frig didn't work.

Pros: I travel a ton for work, and rarely have I been in a hotel where each member of staff was so attentive and competent. I especially appreciated the front desk guy with the red beard, the guys that clean up after breakfast, and the hotel manager (I'm sorry I didn't get your names!). I've never written a review before, but you guys made our stay great, and I wanted people to know. The location is awesome too, as Bricktown is just a great place to stay in OKC.
Cons: This is totally minor, but I didn't like the super bright white light in the room lamps.
Cons: Include parking in price. $12 per car plus tip tends to get expensive.

Cons: The rooms were way too small! --- a night should get you a bigger room!
Pros: The staff were very good and worked extremely hard. However, they were grossly understaffed. As a result service was a bit of a disappointment.
Cons: The hotel is nice enough and the staff works hard, but the finer details that you would expect from a hotel that advertises themselves to be of 4 star quality were lacking.

Cons: The reviews to the Hotel are VERY misleading. Thought we were going to the one Downtown, however the actual hotel is 20+ minutes from Bricktown.
The hotel was under construction so there was a lot of things unfinished, blocked off, and had to have breakfast in the conference room instead of the breakfast area. It was a little crowded.
The hotel put a $25.00 hold on our card which did not come off for almost a week causing problems.
Although the rooms were nice, was a bit pricy for the location (industrial area) and all of the construction. Parking was scarce as well.

Pros: Nice size rooms good pillows and a great bed

Pros: Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away!
Cons: The valet bill...... I wish I would have been told beforehand about the charge. The maid start knocking at 1030 for noon checkout.
Pros: Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it.
Cons: Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous.
Cons: The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.

Pros: I came to visit OKC to watch a basketball game (Lakers vs Thunder) and I couldn't have pick a better hotel. It was right next door to the stadium.
Cons: I thought the price was a bit much for the size room, but I guess that's the price you pay for convenience.

Pros: Rooms are big
Breakfast was good
Very close to the airport
Cons: Got put in a smoking room despite booking nonsmoking.
Got moved to a room where the AC blasted all night making it extremely cold despite being set for 80 it was closer to 60.
Pros: Fantastic breakfast and family friendly place and pet friendly
Pros: Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room.
Cons: When I booked the room and read the description of the room on kayak.com, it stated the refrigerator would be stocked with a dry/wet bar. When we arrived the fridge was empty. Also, we went to dinner at the landing restaurant and it was horrible. My fiancé ordered a drink and the bartender started pouring it. Then I ordered the exact same thing and noticed that the bartender poured about half as much alcohol in mine than she did his. The drink tasted like water. Also, the waitress was making conversation with the bartender while we were standing at the bar and was very unprofessional. When our salads arrived at dinner, they were so drenched with dressing that neither of us touched them. The main course was good, but I expected excellent. The menu was pricey and we did not get what we thought we would. Later on when it was time for bed, the pillows on the bed were so flattened and offered no support. I had a neck ache for the next 2 days. The room was so cold and it was windy outside. We could hear the wind from outside and there was a noticeable draft coming in from the balcony door. The balcony was so small and looked like it might fall off the building if anyone stepped onto it.
Pros: It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was a funny smell and water stains on the ceiling and wall. Also the edges of the carpet were very dusty. Overall, it felt outdated and underwhelming.
Positives: friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and good food at the grill, comfortable bed.
Pros: The kitchen staff for breakfast in the morning was freindly. Actually all of the staff was nice.
Cons: The pool needed cleaning. It smelled like a urinal cake. Cleanliness was an issue too. Nothing was filthy but a lot more attention to detail could be made.
Pros: Elegant! The whole hotel was very nice. The evening reception was exceptional, custom drinks with fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies to snack on. All you could eat/drink for a couple of hours. For breakfast the "made to order" omelette was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.
Cons: Not much to report on this side, the only minor thing was the televisions were not allowed to be changed from the included cable to hdmi so I could watch movies from my device.
Pros: Clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast
Cons: Reception staff could be a little more engaging and welcoming. Nothing rude or improper, just distracted and impersonal.
Pros: Everything was perfect except for check in process - where their is a total disconnect
Cons: Took time to check in online and then had no record of my check in at hotel. This caused a bit of hassle and frustration....
Pros: I enjoyed the soft bed, segregated living room from the spacious bedroom/bathroom, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is concurrently l convient with major highways close by and plenty of places to eat all around.
Cons: I wish that the TV's let you change the video input settings, but they're locked into the cable input only
Pros: Best hotel in OKC-best deal- best breakfast. Safe hotel safe bet. Great Staff great everything.

Pros: Great location. Great happy hour & food in the bar was excellent. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent wifi. the breakfast attendant was super friendly & prepared tasty breakfast sandwiches.
Cons: My bed was a little soft.
Pros: The hotel was very modern and beautiful. I forgot my headphones and I was upset I wouldn't have any while working out. The hotel provided complimentary ear buds, which I thought was a very nice touch.
There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00.
The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay!
Cons: The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.
Pros: This hotel is very young and modern. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was real cool.
Cons: You have to pay to park. Our stay was the same night as a thunder game--the lot filled completely up..also the pool is pretty unimpressive, but it exists, which is kind of rare for a hotel downtown.
Pros: Patrick fixed my reservation. EVERY person in this place is so friendly!!! Top shelf!!!
Pros: Close to brickyard, room had a functional layout, big shower, decent toiletries, free morning coffee in the lobby
Cons: Loud music from pool area until 11pm, $15 for parking in an empty structure - self or valet same rate, no other option
Pros: The whole hotel was very nice a modern. The bars were very nice and the staff were great. We were there for just a night getaway and it was nice to have a good time without having to leave the actual hotel.

Pros: The hot breakfast was nice, beds slept good and overall a nice place
Cons: Our room decor seemed like an afterthought. Huge space, small sofa, no eating space. Staff not very friendly.
Cons: Honestly wasn't impressed, I was expecting a lot more. Room had a lot of wear and tear, other guests were loud in the hallways and the hotel was right beside a highway so sleeping was difficult. Also upon check in a $15 hold was put on my card even though the room was already paid for and they already had my card for any incidental damages. The only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast, I will not be staying here again.
Pros: Clean; close to restaurants & shopping
Cons: Right off interstate so there is traffic noise
Pros: I travel regularly and its nice to just wind up somewhere that you know will be a nice place to sleep.
All I needed is a nice place to sleep
Pros: Liked it that the rooms had a kitchen área.
Cons: No Hot tub.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. The staff was very friendly and informative.
Cons: The location is right by a highway and a little noisy. The window in our room faced the highway though and it did seem like if you were a light sleeper, it could keep you up.
Pros: Very nice staff, clean and modern. Great stay!
Cons: The walls are paper thin. We could hear jumping above us and it was very loud. Thankfully they were quiet shortly after 10 pm.
Pros: My go to hotel in OKC when visiting my daughter who is in college there.
Great Location!!! Located in the heart of Oklahoma City's business district, this hotel caters to both the business and leisure traveler. Enjoy the 42" Hige Def TV, the Hyatt Grand Bed and Cozy Corner Couch. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast featuring daily, customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits.
Cons: Staff was....a bit odd. There were blood stains on the shower curtain, shower drain was clogged, water from sink occasionally smelled like sewage.
Pros: Nothing fancy, but not expected to be a Four Seasons. Room was big to give small kids extra room to run around. Would stay there again if in the area.
Pros: everything was great very clean and comfortable and my kids loved the breakfast bar
Cons: the floors were very wet and slippery due to people from the pool going to get on elevators there needs to be carpets placed in that area and inside elevators for safety reasons
Pros: Nice large room, very clean, good location in relation to everywhere we wanted to go. Had a good variety of choices for breakfast.
Pros: Did not like the tough " French toast" , Enjoyed the dinging waffle iron and the waffles. Room was clean and comfortable..

Pros: Was in much better condition than the last hotel we were in by baymont.
Cons: Location is not the greatest. About 2:30am a series of automobile alarms went off, checked my car and saw the problem was across the street.
Pros: The customer service was amazing! They were willing to keep the pool open an extra 30 minutes because I arrived so close the closing time. They also provided a fan for me for background noise so that I could sleep more comfortably. Breakfast was great!
Pros: Nice location, clean room, two outstanding restaurants near by.
Pros: Clean, helpful staff made change for the toll road New, hot breakfast
Pros: The staff was super sweet and so patient with me considering I lost my room key a couple times.
Pros: Location and that they accepted pets
Cons: Double charged card for incidentals 50 more than they said. Hairdryer in room didn't work and they knew about it. Vending machines didn't work and no options for drinks. Comforter was dirty, and the coffee machine has slime of some sort on it.

Pros: Way overpriced for what we received, but most staff was really nice
Cons: we had reserved a double room and got a king bed. Went to restaurant downstairs, ordered a wine, it was out, ordered a beer, it was out. No free wifi, room key didn't work, had to get new ones. Breakfast buffet was ok, but gravy was ice cold..for real.. husband was extremely irritated, for convenience to convention center it was great.

Cons: Staff was not helpful. Front desk worker didn't even speak English! Room had old toothbrush and too the paste as well as a bag of stuff left in it! They still have not given me a receipt. Suspicious activity ... like try to make me pay cash for incidentals ... I think they were pocketing the cash part.
Pros: Great hot breakfast and coffee available all day. The room was clean. Location was easy to find.
Pros: It was clean and everything in the room works.
Cons: It is a little old but not that big of a deal.

Pros: The location is very convenient in reference to OKCs Bricktown.
Cons: Room was Tiny and basic. $140.00 didn't even get me a mini fridge. Theread was trash in trash can, and towels were not restocked.
Pros: Bed was comfortable, and the valet service was great.
Cons: Housekeeping was rude and took forever to get to our room, and the pool was tiny with a ton of people there.
Pros: Location. Staff was nice
Cons: Rooms need updated with fresh paint and carpet. Paint unprofessional and vents showing water damage or mold
Cons: The breakfast was not free.
Pros: The location for attending the OKC Thunder game was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the arena that was mostly indoors. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well both nights of our stay.
Cons: Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.
Cons: I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room.
New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room.
one light bulb did not work.
Overall, it was pretty dirty.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. It was right across from the convention center where we attended Women of Faith.
Pros: Great location. Clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Reserved a king and was given two doubles due to overbooking. Mattresses were worn out. Given free breakfast for the inconvenience. No hotel parking due to construction. Valet parking was $25. Same price as non-guests.
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Parking options were limited

Pros: Front staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quite!
Pros: The location
Pros: Very friendly staff
Pros: I had a place to sleep and the tv worked.
Cons: The lady at the desk was absolutely rude.
The rooms are old looking and not real nice.
I only had 1 pillow.
there wasn't a chair in the room to sit and relax. (had to lay in bed)
Pros: The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly and our daughter loved it. Pool was small but that was perfect with a kid. Breakfast was included and decent. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet except for outside traffic. Overall a very pleasant stay and am sure to stay again.
Pros: Overall the hotel was great! The room was very clean. Had trouble with one staff member but when I voiced my concern the issue was promptly addressed. The morning breakfast was your normal continental breakfast.
Cons: I loved how clean the rooms were and the friendliness of the cleaning staff. Location was also a plus.
