Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and generally enjoyed the breakfast, noting a good variety and quality. Some reviewers highlighted helpful and welcoming staff, especially at the front desk, and found the hotel to offer reasonable value for money at certain rates. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness, room maintenance, and inconsistent service quality, with several guests experiencing unprofessional conduct, language barriers, and issues with room hygiene. While some found the staff cooperative and the atmosphere pleasant, others were disappointed by outdated facilities and poor management. Overall, the positives centered on location, breakfast, and select staff members, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and service consistency.
