Cons: "Hard to believe a national airline can be so unorganized. When you ask staff why the info board does not get updated or HAS WRONG INFORMATION, they just shrug it off by saying “This is Mexico, sorry”. Truly inexcuseable. Even their website has wrong “real-time” info; showing the flight is in Mid air while we are trying to find out which gate we should go to. Never again."

Cons: "We were told to take our suite case to boarding gate and we wanted to check in our bags since I don't speak Spanish when we went through TSA they went through our large suitcase 4 times and keep all of our liquids which I knew it was not allowed but attendence told us to go any way the TSA search took forever when we got to boarding gate which still have 20 minutes before plane leaves they close The gate and made us pay full airline price all over again and waited 4.5 hours for next flight and I paid $50 on original flight for prefer seating and was not able to used any of my original price paid. Will never fly Aeromexico AGAIN!!! Worse day ever and TSA took my girlfriend iPhone during the 7 times they went through our stuff !!"

Pros: "A long story short, I had to check my carry-on bag in order to get sealed duty free liquor through the Mexico city airport. I was able to eventually get the bag checked gratis due to the circumstances. It took half a dozen AeroMexico staff to get there, but I did."

Cons: "Check in took one hour and I was there before they even opened the kiosks. There was one desk open for the normal line and then 2-3 each for Sky Priority and baggage drop. Sometimes our line wouldn't budge, as they kept picking off from Sky Priority. I would recommend exercising judgement in choosing from which line to pick from, not just blindly only accepting baggage drop or Sky Priority after the main line that's also the largest hasn't moved in 10 minutes. In the end, no matter the order, it's going to take the same amount of time, but it would generate more impatience, leaving a line along."

I contacted aeromexico for a refund and was told to email my complaint to 2 separate email addresses for a refund. I did as instructed and but did not receive a reply. I disputes the charges with my bank and they immediately paid me back. Aeromexico, you are a joke and I hope your sceem to fraud people out of their money comes to surface soon."
