Cons: "The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed 45 in Chicago due to ice on the wings. Then about 10 mins of holding to land. With a 90 min lay over, unboarding and reboarding was rushed......but Cathay and security did their best I feel, It was only a 90 min flight and I didn't eat or watch a movie."
Cons: "Again, being 6-4, I struggle with comfort and after having no time to rest while switching planes, I was exhausted when I arrived in Manila."

Pros: "Very delayed flight that resulted to missed my flight going to davao"
Cons: "I had a 3 hour layover in Auckland before my connecting flight to Queenstown on the South Island. Quantas delays in Melbourne wiped that out forcing me to pay $500 NZD for a later flight on Air NZ. After contacting with Air NZ customer service and explaining the circumstances, they reduced it to $100 NZD. Pretty cool. Quantas basically said that since I had purchased a rock bottom priced ticket I should take a flying you know what at a rolling donut."
Cons: "Had the weather in Wellington cooperated, I would have made it to the AKL-SYD leg and, most likely, would have enjoyed the travel experience. I plan to fly WLG-AKL tomorrow evening via another airline. Please rebook me onto Qantas tomorrow in evening."
Cons: "After a three hour delay and missed connection and rebooked flight, that is when the service declined. We went through 4 different lines in the Dallas airport, almost missed the rebooked flight due to miscommunications and shuffling of where we were supposed to be. And now delayed luggage."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable & I loved the flexible head rest. The food was good. The flight attendant were friendly & attentive. It was my first time flying Qantas & it is my new favorite airline!"

Cons: "A very small glitch was the cabin service. The cabin announcements were read out too fast to follow! Also, the cabin crew seemed to be in a rush to move the food tray away even though I was still sipping my juice. Maybe this was the early morning energy ...Slow down, guys!"

Cons: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."

Cons: "Qantas is the source of unlimited frustration for us. We could not check in online, and it wasn't even possible to choose a seat before you got to the airport unless you wanted to pay a premium for it. To make matters worse, there is no transparency in the process; we had no idea what seats they were assigning us, or even whether the three of us would be able to sit together. And when we showed up at the airport, the last leg of my flight had been deleted from my itinerary (but not that of my family members). And guess what? They couldn't do anything about it until I was ready to get on that last flight! The crew were great, but all the behind-the-scenes aspects of Qantas were absolutely horrible. Two days later I'm still reeling from the experience. What a terrible way to treat customers."

Cons: "The crew was a bit negligent. They passed me when serving the food just because the aisle seat passenger next to me was served his special meal earlier, so they did not notice that the passenger at the window seat (which was me) had no tray in front of him when running the regular meal service. Isn't this sloppy !? Problem is that once they passed you, it's hard to get their attention, as they are always in a hurry, and not looking over the cabin just to check if someone needs something or wants to call on them for any reason, and there are no attendant calling buttons available. So you have to wait until they come by your seat again. Finally I got my meal with apologies 15 minutes later, but the experience was already ruined and the negative impression built.. Also, when departing from Taipei, the boarding process was a bit disorganized, compared with the one we had in Vancouver. As for as the entertainment, the LCD monitor at my seat was pretty worn out, with very poor contrast, making it difficult to watch a movie or read information. Same airline with two opposing experiences: Vancouver-to-Taipei very good, Taipei-to-Manila: poor."

Cons: "I was flying to Delhi & it was an emergency situation for me bcz i lost my Dad & i was flying to perform the cremation of my Dad. And thing this was informed to the China Southern officials so that they could arrange something for me. I requested them to put me into another flight for which i was ready to pay the whole amount but no one listen to my request & i had to wait so long. I was amazed to see that no one was keen to understand my problem at both he airports i.e. Auckland Airport & Ganzhaou Airport. Apart from this the behavior of your officials was so rude & arrogant it made me feel as if i was a slave or some kind of culprit. Due to the ignorance & laid back attitude on your part i couldn't reach my destination on my time. Seriously it took me "24 hrs Extra" to reach my destination & as a result of which i couldn't perform the cremation. I was pissed off by the service; complete ignorance by the staff/officials of ur airlines. I wasn't expecting this kind of treatment from a reputed company like you. I request you guys to look into this matter seriously and try to take some corrective measures so that this thing won't happen in future with someone else."
