Pros: "The cabin crew was pretty good. This was the only saving grace in otherwise very poor experience"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours and they changed the gate from one end of the terminal (A15) to the other (C1). The waiting area was cramped. This being the home of Singapore Airlines, the way managed this entire thing was pathetic. Boarding announcements were also confusing."

Cons: "Kayak doesn’t specify its two separate tickets for my destination to kochi from Honolulu, also they didn’t specify their would be a stop in Japan before the flight reached Singapore. The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

I paid more this time for Singapore Air because I thought it might be more comfortable and I really thought they'd have flat beds to sleep. But they had the same angular seats like Malaysian Airlines. There was no point in paying the extra money."

I caught the attention of a different crew member and he motioned me to the front of the line--it was a little awkward saying "excuse me" to each person that I passed. (I am not used to being a priority passenger!) Once my documents were cleared and my carry-on was inspected at the gate, it was not clear whether to take a seat or to go somewhere else."

I gave them my American Express card and they did not have the facility to charge that card, how do they not have the ability to use s major credit card at the Bangalore international airport??????? They gave me such a hard time I thought they were going to kick me off the plane just because they had short coming. I had no problem paying the quated amount, since they had the short coming they were blaming me. After a lot discussion/arguments I was able to find a Visa card on me and pay for the excess luggage, but its your short coming and not mine as I had no problem paying the fees yet I was treated badly. What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. You should be able to charge people American Express card this is a large international airport with loads of expats living and traveling in and out of Bangalore I hope you look into this instead of just asking for feedback and not doing anything about it. Once we got onto a new connecting flight, it was also delayed and once again, we missed our last connecting flight and are not making it to our final destination today."

This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board."
