Cons: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

The leg room on the plane was also very reduced for an 11 hour flight. I wish I would have been offered to pay an additional amount and upgrade to the business class. This option was never offered to me at check-in."

Having only two seats in our row and the one in front of us made the flight tolerable, but also enhanced the ludicrous ineptitude of the previous flight, wherein we were treated like so much livestock in a train car, heading for slaughter. I will never, NEVER, fly Swiss Air again."

Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. Cons: "Contrary to most experiences in Switzerland, the Swiss Air boarding process is a damn mess! Most airlines board by rows or boarding groups, but Swiss Air does none of that. As soon as first class is boarded, they open boarding to all seats, so it's like cattle boarding a train. With Swiss Air, don't wait to get in line - do it early to ensure you get carry-on storage near your seat."

Why are they not excluding transferring passengers from this nightmare. Because it is a nightmare. Long and disorganized lines where travelers, that have diverse leaving times, are trying to enter 4 check points that work slow and nobody manages all that mess. On the plane, absolute unnecessarily (they had extra unoccupied seats) they took one of our carry-on-s with the check in luggage. The seats are extremely tight and offer a very small place for the economy class. Nothing special about the food."

There seemed to be something wrong with the main dish (special order) and I started to feel ill soon after eating from it. It took a few days to get better. The headset didn't work for most of the trip, even after several attempts by the flight attendant to re-set it."

We had to ask for a wet tissue and clean it up. That was of no use too as it wouldn't scrub off. My wife was feeling under the weather and so we asked for a blanket. The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

Cons: "No matter what you try to order on the airplane is totally disgusting. If it's not overloaded with cheese and tomato sauce then it's overcompensated with spices (salt or chili). I will never understand why it is so hard to provide simple, fresh and enjoyable meals. Chairs in economy are rarely cleaned up and one can see on the cushions that they are worn out and have lost their padding making the seats very uncomfortable. There was no foot rest available (which is such a simple addition that helps a lot) and the "holder pocket" on the seat in front was a simple net completely useless. Tables were dirty suggesting they were never cleaned and disinfected. Knowing that the highest source of viruses are the tray tables and the pockets in front I would expect attention to be focused on those- it not only impacts the health of the traveler but more important that of the crew. Why is it so hard to think of this business two fold: make revenue but mostly be kind to humans."

The extra cushion attached to the chairs behind our heads made the chairs very uncomfortable pushing our heads too far forward. Not only was it difficult to sleep, it ended up giving me a terrible back and neck ache. The flight from Dubrovnik to Munich didn't have this extra cushion but the flight from Munich to San Francisco did. It's a terrible feature and should be removed. Lastly, the food on this flight was awful and it made me sick. I traveled in Croatia and Montenegro for 2 weeks and didn't get sick once but I got sick from the airline food on the way home, that's pretty disgusting."

Pros: "The crew was cheerful and the food was decent. It's a nice option for going from Europe to the US. Going through US customs in Dublin is much more convenient than waiting in line for 2+ hours in America after a 10+ hour flight."
Cons: "Boarding seemed a bit chaotic. Everyone had already lined up before they even started boarding business class. The seats and the on-demand IFE are a bit dated."

Pros: "The staff was generally pleasant (except for one attend on the SFO-Dublin flight. The lunch and dinner were very good (desserts as well were better than on other airlines I have flown). There was a good selection of movies."
Cons: "The seats on the trip Dublin to SFO were a bit cramped. I wasn’t able to lean my seat back as the passenger behind me asked me not to because his knees were already touching the back of my seat. The web check in was prone to error. For both legs I had to start the web Checkin at least twice. I also got an error page when I tried to print my boarding pass. I do’s not find a way to add my boarding pass to my iphone’s wallet."
Pros: "Flights were on time. Planes were clean and comfortable. The food was ok - the ice cream was great as was the extra water."

Pros: "Not much. I'm always grateful for safe travels."
Cons: "Their cc machines couldn't process America credit and debit cards (I was one of 5 ppl in my row that had the same problem). When I paid w euros they didn't have change, said they would bring if before I landed and never did. This happened both to and from EU. Additionally the internet didn't work AT ALL and none of the attendants had a Clyde as to how to set it up. Finally, the attitude at large was dismissive, the idea of customer service is clearly not one Aer Lingus has embraced."
Cons: "We reserved specific seats by calling Aer Lingus directly 4 months prior to our trip. When we arrived in Dublin from Paris, we were told by a very uncaring Aer Lingus representative that those seats were not available and were assigned seats that split up our family. He acted as if he could care less. The food was average. I have never flown internationally and had to pay for alcohol. Seat space is never great in economy, but this was one of the worst. Luggage for our entire family was lost for 36 hours."
Pros: "I thought the Airbus 330 was new, well maintained and clean, but the plastic fittings and layout were cheap. The crew was friendly and conversational."
Cons: "The food, which was small and unappetising was served 1 hour into an 11 hour flight, and aside from a burrito near the end, nothing was served. They said that the drink cart would not be coming around but the one time 1hour into the flight before dinner, and wouldn't be coming round again, so We'd best order our drinks ahead of time if we wanted any wine etc to have with dinner. Very inconvenient. Leg room ridiculously small ."
Pros: "Clean plane, great service, delicious food with a menu card to boot - nice touch - good entertainment: I highly recommend Aer Lingus!"
Cons: "The American pre-clearance in Dublin did not mind running me a half an hour late to be the last to board the plane with everyone waiting and ready to go, very stressful!"

Cons: "Aer Lingus is definitely a budget carrier and alcoholic beverages are not complementary in coach. Not a big problem, but it is a downside to the overall experience. Definitely not the level of service I expect on BA and not as good as on the AA flight to Glasgow."

Cons: "As usual the seats are to small and too close together, front to back. What offends me is that the airline offers a minimal meal and or treats with an occasional offering of water and then turns around and offers to sell you extra food or drinks. Sadly though I believe most airlines operate this way now. I suppose it is what you pay for now. It sure isn't the way it was even a decade ago."

Cons: "Sound on entertainment was terrible. I couldn't understand dialogue and background noises was too loud. Gave up after 10 minutes and read the books I had brought on board. I understand having to pay for alcohol but it would have been nice to get a wine with dinner for no charge."

Pros: "The crew was very helpful and after becoming ill after eating the meal, one of the flight attendants was extremely nice and checked in on me from time to time to give me water."

Pros: "I've traveled Aer Lingua several times and been pleased enough to keep choosing AL for my transatlantic trips, however this, the on February 4th 2017 was my last favorite because this time i felt the low-budgetness of travel. there was less leg room, the food was edible, the in-flight A/V was not worth the effort of trying to watch our listen and the crew in my section not very attentive. Having said that, this was a one time mediocre experience that I'm reviewing and hasn't put me off AL at all - it's a good airline and I will continue flying with them."

Cons: "I was unable to change the flight in any way shape or form (even though I requested that weeks in advance). The only alternative was paying $+1000 more to change. While I still had tons of questions of my options (and was calm and polite!), they hung up on me. I ended up not even going on my flight and note being able to cancel my flight. Ridiculous, rude, and plain unpleasant. I will never take this airline again."

Cons: "Food was not as good as flight in other direction. Limp and close to expiration. Boarding on this airline is always a rush. Flight is announced and advertised as wifi enabled but impossible to connect, despite multiple tries throughout the twelve hour flight."
Pros: "I loved that there was a personal entertainment system for each passenger to listen to music, watch movies, etc."
Cons: "The system itself is extremely hard to navigate. The buttons won't respond to touch well so it takes you 10 minutes to set up a movie. Mine also kept rebooting itself so I couldn't watch a full movie the whole way through."

Pros: "I was nervous about an unknown, no-frills airline. The food was nothing special, but everything else was great. I would use them again."
