Pros: "I have never seen a gate attendant call each person by name as she scanned their boarding passes! At Delta I felt welcomed by every employee. Even the pilots greeted the passengers as they exited. All the other airlines just want my money, they want to cram me into smaller and smaller spaces and want me to sit there and shut up so they don't have to interact with me. I will fly Delta every chance I get, even if I have to pay more money."

Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."

Pros: "The one good thing about this unexplained ordeal (the flight was delayed for 5 hours, causing me to miss my connection) was that, after a few hours of hearing nothing (no emails or texts from Delta), I finally saw some options for different flights pop up, so I was able to book a new flight without calling India. Also, I got an exit row seat on my new flight to MSP."

The only reason I knew about the delay and gate changes was because of Kayak! I know I am signed up to receive texts and emails from them, but I guess they forgot to notify me."

Many people on my flight were worried about connections because Delta delayed our start by over 30 minutes to "change a switch," whatever that means. Then for passengers with short connection times, they should NEVER be seated in the rear of the plane when it takes 20-30 minutes for the rear-seated passengers. Not very consumer-oriented."

Eventually 2 people b3came annoyed enough to get off and take a $200 voucher (probably for another delayed flight.) so we were late taking off for that. At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?"

A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners"

Cons: "Fight was operated by American. Alaska forced to wait in line and see assistance, then inform that because the flight is operated by American, they won't be able to check me in. Had to walk to a different terminal of LAX wait in 2 more lines and by the time they were able to assist it was too late to check in. Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. Not to mention having to pay for the new seat."

(a female alone) -finally after 45 minutes they received my reservation. -I didnt get to my room until 1am and had to get up at 5 to get the shuttle back to the airport -Frustrating and nerve racking experience"

And now I can't see her this morning either, because I have to take the hotel shuttle BACK TO THE AIRPORT to pick up the rental car that I PAID IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE BEGINNING YESTERDAY!!!"

The representatives that helped me were friendly, but I felt it was a business as usual situation with no concern about my inconvenience. Also I was not given any information about a refund and when I asked, I was referred to a website to figure it out on my own. Unforeseen incident, but zero attempt at service recovery."

Pros: "Flight from Hartford to Denver was excellent. First time flying From brier so I was unaware that snacks only were available for purchase so I arrived very hungry in Denver."
Cons: "Flight attendant was somewhat rude when I had to make a run for the bathroom when the fasten seatbelt sign was on, but I couldn’t delay. Had to wait until they finished serving water instead of pushing their cart forward so I could return to my seat. Shortly after, the pilot made an announcement to please be respectful of the fasten seatbelt sign. I’m a seasoned and obedient passenger but sometimes the need for a trip to the bathroom is immediate. I think the flight attendant could have been a little nicer about it."

Cons: "More legroom, free carry ons would be nice. Pet fee of $75 is high."

Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable for a long flight."

Cons: "The very 1st words I heard out of the mouth from the very 1st frontier employee I met was "this is going to be a bad day". When they checked my bag they never said thank you, for us flying with frontier. When boarding, the "bad day" employee treated the customers as if they were cattle. Not one stewardess smile the entire flight. And when I asked to stretch after using the facilities only 1 time during the 4 hour flight, I was told (in a very sarcastic voice) "as long as you don't come into our area!" Followed by a faded whisper of "shiiiiiiit". All this, plus a 3 hour delay. What more could you ask for? Next time, I'll pay a little more for the customer service."

Cons: "I sat behind inebriated guys who were obnoxiously loud on a red eye flight. The flight attendants could have made more effort to ensure the rest of us were not disturbed. I pregnant; so this made an uncomfortable trip unbearable."

Pros: "Very efficient boarding. Although I thought it strange at first that Frontier charges for overhead storage, the storage situation was roomy even with a full flight."

Cons: "Hidden fees, broken planes, and cheap motel vouchers. Lowest class airline I've ever been on."

Pros: "Once on board, the crew were great! I was able to get on an earlier (also delayed) flight and still reach my destination on time! When my baggage was delayed, they refunded my bag fee and seat fee, and gave me a $100 voucher, which I probably won't use, but it was a nice gesture."
Cons: "Paying for a seat selection. Cascading delays because of equipment. Unclear communication about which flight was boarding when (since delayed flights were both leaving from same gate). When I changed to an earlier (also delayed) flight, my checked bag did not get changed, so still arrived late. Even with so many frustrated and delayed passengers, there were empty seats on my flight! This just seems inefficient and that Frontier should be doing more to try to get people where they want to go."

Cons: "Air bondage the seats were thin and uncomfortable they look like my daughters play school set .we were jammed in like crayons in a box .carpet , seats window Tray tables were a filthy and the tray table was so small , there was not enough room on it to hold a glass . The flight was 14 hours late coming in to den , plane broke down and do you they would help you ,,,nope your on your own . Missed a 70 th birthday party . I used to fly frontier exclusively the customer service wa great the plans clean with entertainment in the seat back . now it's like riding in an upholstered sewage pip With all the delux amenities of the DMV .by the time they up charge , you could have trvailed on real airline ."

Pros: "We received an email saying the flight was delayed first from 5:30 to 6:30, and then to 7:30. It remained at 7:30 for most of the late morning and afternoon. We were 1.5hrs from the airport, so left for the airport around 3:45. At 3:53 we received an email saying the flight was back to "on time", i.e. 2hrs earlier than what they had us expect. We raced to the airport, the whole time trying to call Frontiers. I was on hold for 55min!!!. I finally got a human being on the phone 10 min before arriving, and was cut off 8min later. We barely made it at 5pm. After cutting the lines in security and running to the gate, we arrived at 5:27, at which point the flight was just then delayed for another half hour because one of the flight attendants was late!"

Pros: "I sat in exit row and there was plenty of leg room."
Cons: "I was told my flight (F9 572 from SLC to DEN on 12/21/16) was delay 3 1/2 hours and that was 45 min before take off because the pilot and copilot decided to not show up. I asked the stewardess later and she confirmed they had no idea what happened to the pilot and copilot."

Pros: "The airline knew the flight has been canceled for 3 days but they did not tell anyone until we were at the counter at the airport. Then, they made no arrangements for a hotel or to help us make other flight plans. This is absolutely the worst airline. Pay a little more and fly with another airline."

Pros: "Nothing. I'm not happy with this airline. Thought I'd try out frontier and again disappointed."
Cons: "Frontier never alerted me until I got to hr gate that my flight had been cancelled. Airport monitors and website was not updated, until boarding until flight attendant announce cancelled flight. Nothing was available for me to fly out and nothing offered to help find a flight with other airline or hotel stay or rents stay. Frontier does not have customer service support and obviously doesn't care for their customers."

Pros: "As a family of five I was happy we were all placed in the same row automatically"
