Bad. Sits didn´t match from boarding pass versus real confoguration on the plane. Copa people order to put hand baggage on checked baggage even when we do not wanted

Boarding was confusing from staff telling going to preboard and than to group 1 Airplane was not cooling at the beginning

Did upgrade, travel in business it was great (more room I could sleep)

Copa stranded us ans then tried to charge us thousands to leave Panama.

Friendly flight team and seamless travel from one stop to next.

Just a minor inconvinient with weather delay! but not Copa's fault

Copa is one of the airlines with the best prices and super good service.

This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.

Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

We had to purchase an upgrade to get reclining seats. There was no entertainment module.

As previously experienced neither check in staff nor cabin crew were friendly or welcoming

The seats were the worst I have ever flown Too narrow, did not recline and the actual seat was hard as a rock. I will tell all travelers to stay away from Avianca flights.

We waited for one hour to deboard the plane after landing. That could be better

Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.

Charging for WATER on a SIX hour flight in repugnant. Enough said!

Worst in 25 years. A 10 hours flight from Buenos Aires to Costa Rica and no free food! Then the food available for purchase was sold out in 5 minutes. I was travelling with two kids and wasn't ready to keep them happy with chips and cookies for such a long time. Avianca doesn't make sure that minors sit next to an adult so I was forced to pay 65 USD for each seat in a so called premium seat whic is exactly the same as the economy free seats. Never again with Avianca.

Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

This is the Spirit of Latino travel. And don’t even get me started on customer service.
