Cabin temperature was too low and uncomfortable
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!

After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

I normally don’t like to leave bad ratings about companies because the staff were very polite and warm welcoming. I just strongly believe that Air India could use some remodeling for their planes. The level of comfortability is a must for me and I am not booking with this airline again because the seats are so old and snaggy. There were actual cotton balls(lint) on the seats, and I had to place magazines on top of the seat, in order to avoid feeling uncomfortable. The seats looked dirty and felt uncomfortable. And the blankets were old. Honestly, I would’ve preferred impolite staff, rather than experiencing discomfort for about 3 hours. I couldn’t wait to get off as I was going to my destination. And I absolutely dreaded the plane ride back as I was coming from my destination. Air India needs leather, or smooth fake leather seats for comfortability. Also, they need brand new unopened blankets to give to their guest, along with plastic cups as well. I hope this helps, and I hope Air India improves on this for the future."

No food or drink unless you paid. And the exit row seats went empty the entire flight because, unlike most other airlines, they didn't fill them when no one paid the extra $100 to buy the increased leg room, they wouldn't let anyone move there. Noting pleasant about the experience. And it was esp. galling after flying 12 hours on Emirates, which was fantastic in every way!"

Cons: "This is second time I land in zone B, terminals F. The worst terminals and airport treatment by the staff ever. You can never get a complete answer or help, staff most don't care about your concern. No help can be assisted in any way possible. Few of the staff are professionals and know what their job is, others not at all. Bathrooms are disgusting, I have 12 hour layover, to sit in a lounge I need to pay 120$ , just to sit on a proper chair. In short you have money they welcome you, you don't , too bad find your way they don't care. Very over rated airport. Should be considered one of the worst, or maybe this terminal is made for unnecessary people, when their entrance phrase clearly states Dubai connecting the world. Connecting nothing. Simple money transfer isn't available, in case of emergency you need money, too bad sit yourself down and do nothing. Once again very over rated, and I will publish my review in all travel guides."
Pros: "The terminal we were waiting in, not organised well, very messy, smelling very bad except in lounge that Cost 40$ for 2 hours with discount. So I'm having a layover 12 hours, I pay 240$ just I can sit in a non smelling place and eat some food. Adjust some of these and would be great. Other terminals have so much to offer in same airport, over rated Dubai airport."

Cons: "The checking in desk representatives had no authority to change or modify any seating arrangements. Also, the first row seats are left open so the flight attendants can charge 100 aed to anyone wants to seat on those seats. I found this to be silly. Also, their baggage policy is ridiculous. No baggage authorization for international travel! One have to buy it separately."

New airplanes - timely departure! No entertainment, this needs improvement!
The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Cons: "There is no way of knowing which fly Nas flight I was supposed to board. Etihad is not very good at informing the customers about partner airline check in process. I was running around the airport like a mad man trying to figure out my flight number and check in station. The airline lost my luggage and the claim process is vague. I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail."
