On time. Great service, friendly crew. Great food. Everything went without a hitch. We will not hesitate to fly Turkish Airlines again.

delayed to take off from detroit by 3 hours lost baggage in istanbul and now in venice without baggage

The entire experience in Turkish business class was superb. From the friendly greetings including the chef, to the polite and classy service, all was wonderful. The in flight entertainment is one of the best. The food was the best I’ve had inflight.

As a first time flyer with Turkish Airlines. My experience was very good due to the factor that there were to many passengers on the my first flight compared to my connecting flight. However, I know that nothing is perfect and all companies are trying to accommodate their passengers to the best way possible. I will always say, a FEW INCHES will go LONG WAY. That's something all airliners should consider, and not only the money aspect!!! A long time commitment is better than one time service! Thank you

The crew was awesome. My husband fell while traveling to the WC and got a head abrasion. The crew helped him greatly and a physician that was also on the flight checked him out as well. They all get an A+!

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Business Class pods are horrible. If you're petite, you might be able to sleep on the uncomfortable seat and bed. Crew and food are fantastic.

Crew were unfriendly, touch screen for movies didn't work very well, seats were tight and uncomfortable

I was asked window seat on check in in Dar-es-Salaam. The person on the deck told me "yes, no problem", but gave me 10e and 25b seats! Better just to say "no"
