Good thing he took a photo. Third try was the charm but shouldn't have happened in the first place. Agents need to be more diligent with where they are sending bags and to double- and triple-check before he luggage is sent down the ramps."

Cons: "After thorough check (and hours at the airport) at the holiday destination, Dubai, my luggage was deemed lost. The DXB lost luggage staff helped me complete a 'lost luggage' report. However, the staff member told me that 'if' RwandAir found my luggage, I would be responsible for going to the airport as RwandAir does not have lost luggage delivery like most airlines. For the six days of my holiday, I waited for phone calls and checked emails expecting to hear from RwandAir. I heard nothing, RwandAir had made no effort of any kind to locate my luggage they had mishandled. Upon flying back home, I checked with the initial airport (DXB), the transit airport (Kigali), and my final destination airport (Brazzaville). My luggage was not in any of the airports mentioned. In each airport, and the RwandAir office at the Brazzaville airport, I presented the initial lost luggage form from the prior week and it was apparent that nobody, no airport, and no office was interested in finding my luggage. RwandAir, at no point, apologized for losing my belongings or in any way attempted to make up for seriously harming my holiday- not to mention the fact that it appears I will never see my possessions that were last seen being taken by RwandAir staff at the beginning of my holiday travels."

Security has gotten quite uptight at Kigali airport. They now stop your cab a couple hundred meters short of the airport, and have a dog check the vehicle. You have to pass through another security checkpoint at the entry to the airport building, and a third security into the boarding area. The final security check even takes away any empty bottles you have. And don't take any fingernail scissors in your handcarry, even if they have blunt points. You may have an hour or more wait in preboarding, and without water or bathroom excess. So takke care of these needs in advance."

On the day of travel, I checked in, checked two bags, and headed to the gate. An hour before the flight, a Rwandaair agent approached me to inform me that they were no longer code sharing with precision air, the second flight. Chaos ensued, my bags got lost, I got stuck in Nairobi, etc. in Nairobi, one of the Kenya airways agents literally said to me 'avoid Rwandaair and precision airlines - they are both airlines that do not follow any regulations, and not just operational, but safety as well.'"

And today again coming to Nairobi the female crew came over serving snacks again and requested if I could have some wet wipes my hands were dirty dirty because had seen a crew handing out with to the people in the front raw but she answered me it was in the bank and she kept on and I again asked the male crew and he explained to me that they mostly don’t give wet wipes for short flights but I had wet wipes when I flew to Nairobi from Amsterdam and I had too when I left Nairobi to Uganda , what’s the point of serving foods when passengers gotta eat with dirty hands , and today again-the same female crew skipped the first raw of two males with snacks who were seated in front of us and even if they told her they missed the snacks, she stood there and called the male crew just unprofessionally to bring the snacks for the gentleman and she just never cared . I think they should do better thanks ."

The money never came thru and I had to make a cash advance with my credit card which resulted in me having to pay fees. The entire process almost caused me to miss my flight and the lady at the check-in counter tried to keep my change. After wasting all the time getting the money to pay for the extra bag fee the staff were rushing me to get to the plane and threatening me I would be left behind even though it's not my fault I'm running late. I was not happy with my experience."

What followed was a bizarre five-hour scramble in the Mumbai airport that ranks in the top three worst flight experiences I’ve ever had. I had already checked in and had a emailed boarding pass, but wasn’t let through security without the official airline printout. Although the Kenya Airways Nairobi flight was also delayed and was still several hours from boarding, their staff was nowhere to be found and none of their 10+ customer service numbers was working. I finally managed to get a hold of a representative over the phone via the airport’s information counter, and she swore that a staff member was on the way to meet me. Two hours and several calls and assurances later, the flight took off without me and the Kenya Airways staff stopped picking up the phone. Then there was a crazy several hours of back and forth as a single employee emerged and demanded that I get a letter from Air India taking responsibility for the initial delay, before disappearing again for several hours. The disorganization, unprofessionalism and outright lies I encountered were frankly bizarre and unlike anything I’ve encountered while flying before."
Pros: "This company obviously trains its employees to belittle and disregard customers. I have never dealt with a company so at fault for an issue and so utterly unwilling to make up for it. First, they cancel the first of our 3 flights to Delhi 18 hrs before it is to leave. The flight they replaced it with would leave us 10 min to make the connection. So we went to the counter and they told us they'd hold the plane, as did the stewardess on the flight. They lied. The plane left 10 min before we landed. We were stranded. Also, I got food poisoning from their food. They did nothing to help. They would not pay for the hotel we wanted, when we asked they rudely served everyone else they stranded first. The employee would not call his supervisor or give his name. The next morning i saw a doctor but the stomache infection was so bad i couldn't sit up or walk. The doctor wrote this on my clearance to fly document. I needed to get to India to get better medical help. We presented this to the kenya airlines agent and she would do nothing to help. She had business class reclining seats available but would not upgrade me. Even after everything this shitty airline has caused. Unbelievable. Every step along the way of this nightmare could have been made better, so much better, by some human decency but instead we got rude disregard."

Cons: "Kenya changed my flight to two hours later 18 hours before I was to leave. Making me have a 10 minute connection. Then after an hour in a airline office they promised to hold my connection. When my flight landed on time, they did not hold my connection. So they changed my flight and didn’t follow through on the fix. We would now miss wedding activities and business meetings. Then my partner got sick and they refused to taxi us to hotel for the night but take a bus that leaves every three hours. Her sickness got worse and there was a Kenyan airlines doctor who evaluated her at the airport after waiting 40 minutes laying at check in with her crying due to pain. We had a medical release from the doctor saying she needed extra space to lay down but the check in manager refused to make room for her saying the flight is full and she would not upgrade her to accommodate the medical release because we had an economy ticket. My partner looked so bad that the flight crew considered kicking us off but eventually made the space for her to lay down and were helpful on the flight. This is this disgraceful and the worst experience I’ve had with any company."

I will never fly with Kenya Airlines again."

Cons: "I was told when I arrived that I have no seat in my booked flight, I have to reschedule and leave 8 hours later. Why let me start my trip is the knew I am going to set at the airport for hours after flying one leg."

Pros: "Given that the aircraft had a problem, we had to wait and wait to go until they could get a part from another location. Ultimately, they brought in new equipment and we left soon after that. They did provide vouchers for a snack and lunch. That was good. Once on the plane, everything was very smooth."
Cons: "With the delay, it took them a while to begin to explain what the problem was and how long the delay would be."

Cons: "I didn't like that there was no water in the bathroom and that there was only one bathroom in the whole plane at the back. The ground staff in Mwanza were just sitting around and not even directing us where to go for our luggage."
Cons: "Nothing dreadful but not great, on both flights both I and others had malfunctioning TV systems. Seats were just about okay. In general it was ok but not great"

Cons: "Relatively uneventful, short flight to Zanzibar. Love the cashews--we only get peanuts (I don't eat) on America's airlines. Flight crew good. Ticketing & boarding a bit confusing. No one tells you where or when to go."
Cons: "The plane was delayed by 2 hours. We ended up missing our connecting flight to Antananarivo. PrecisionAir staff kept reassuring us that we would be fine and would be able to catch our flight. Very very poor service and terrible experience. I will never fly with PrecisionAir ever again."

Cons: "As I arrived at the airport I received an email that my first segment was rescheduled (not delayed) 3 hours later. They did not try to call. There was no consideration for my second leg/segment, which I missed due to the schedule change, and it was the only flight of the day. It took them 2 hours to tell me if they would book me on another airline to try to make my connection, and by then it was too late. They tried to not give me a hotel room because it was a "technical" delay, and only after I showed them the email I received that it was a "schedule change" did they give me a hotel. They also didnt offer food vouchers for the 3+ hr delay until the airport restaurant asked FOR us. I was so frustrated by the lack of caring that I bought my own one way ticket home on another airline."
Pros: "There was nothing about this airline that I remotely enjoyed- it was one disaster after another"
Cons: "Precision Air is awful and should be ashamed of their "customer service". My inbound flight on Etihad was late arriving, which didn't leave me much time to process through immigration and make my flight, so when I missed my connection, I was forced to pay a "service fee" to get a ticket on the next flight. When I complained that it was not my fault due to my other flight being delayed and a long wait to get my visa, the agent replied "this isn't MY fault either!" This airline does not understand that every agent is a representative of their company- horrible service. Then after my trip, Precision Air I changed my outbound flight so it arrived 2 hours AFTER the next leg of my trip departed! They sent an email at midnight saying my flight had changed, but didn't bother to notice that this change would result in me missing my connection by over 2 hours. As there is only 1 flight a day on the other airline, I was forced to either be delayed by a full day, or purchase a one-way ticket on another airline to get home. I had a very important meeting the next day, so I was forced to spend an extra $350 on another airline to make it home. Precision Air is a horrible airline and I would NEVER fly with them again."

Cons: "Traveling with Precision Air simply a nightmare! Worst travel experience in over 20 years of flying. Staying at the airport for over 18 hours due to flight delays, was not the biggest problem. It's the lying and Total disregard of the customer. Apparently their flights off Nairobi are manned by KQ (another bogus airline!) and had no one in charge at the airport to set the right expectations leave alone care what we thought or expressed."

Pros: "The flight from Arusha Tnzania to Nairobi was fine. Check in was no problem, the flight was on time and arrived early. No issues whatsoever."
Cons: "Boarding on back of plane with engines running. Very hot air almost burned us. Scary-we had to run out of the way and wait till there was no line to board. That process needs to be fixed. Ground crew outside was no help!!"

Cons: "On the handwritten paper boarding pass I was given the same seat as another passanger. When I went to rectify the problem she gave me another seat but again didn't check and that was also occupied. Clearly there was no computerized system helping them to book in the flight: a bit ridiculous in this day and age. After all of that, our flight was cancelled and we had horrible aftercare experience. We were told we would get a refund but still nothing has come of that."

Cons: "Our flight was canceled and we were put on a later flight which was a cheaper flight... they gave us zero compensation. So we paid a higher fare for a later flight. Absolutely ridiculous. We will be contacting constomer care to get a refund of the difference for our flights."

Cons: "I will never use Precision Air! They are absolutely horrible!!! A group of friends I was traveling with missed our flight even though we were in line 40 minutes early. When the agents finally came to the counter, they said I missed my flight and they weren't going to do anything. After some convincing, Fatmeh finally listened to us and took pity on us and helped us out! She was absolutely amazing! Other than Fatmeh in Dar Es Salaam, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this airline!"
Cons: "I had to change my flight due to electrical issues within the airport of Zanzibar which made my wife and I miss our flight. We were not reimbursed the lost money since there was no customer service number to call to reschedule the flight. We were left with no choice but to purchase new flight tickets once the electrical problem was corrected."

When I received the suitcase, over $1000 in equipment was stolen , suitcase was all scrambled...I WAS ROBBED ! ...then on the return flight to HOUSTON, they lost my suitcase again ! W.T.F ?! No one has called me to apologize for anything ! I expect to be reimbursed for my loses, or I will sue the airline."
Cons: "Terrible service and semi abusive conditions at the Kilimanjaro airport when we asked about our luggage. My husband was harrassed about his passport while we waited in line for the luggage claim and then once we finally go through they have no luggage delivery so we had to pay $200 for a taxi to bring it to our hotel."
Cons: "We arrived at the counter only to be told that we needed a ticket number even though we had the confirmation number. We showed them the email itinerary that was sent to us by precision air. Not enough. They told us to go to the sales counter which was outside. They were of no help. We had go through security to come in again. This was all handled by Kenyan airlines. There was no representative of precision air present. Finally they made a phone call and got the conf number. Why didn't they do it to begin with. The lady was very uncooperative."
Cons: "flight was not listed on leader board. There was no staff anywhere after going through security to ask questions when the flight was delayed!"
Pros: "The prices are reasonable, they use larger planes and they leave early if everyone is there."
Cons: "The website is miserable, I could not check in online nor find my booking. The flights change times frequently, and the boarding process is very disorderly. Although we had assigned seats, we were just told to sit anywhere. Also, the plane was sweltering hot, and the air blowers did not work. Again, probably the only option for our route, but not a very good one."
