Cons: The entertainment system was not working, and the charging stations weren’t working either.

Cons: Nothing all excellent

Pros: Everything about the flight was good.

Cons: Way too cramped

Pros: Great crew, nice plane, awesomeness me entertainment

Pros: The head flight attendant was very nice and fun!! She made a delayed flight so much better. Plus, or pilot was great!

Pros: Smooth, efficient and timely.
Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.

Pros: I liked the polite friendly staff!
Cons: I wish you would give me more to complain about! Just kidding! No complaints

Pros: Comfy
Cons: Seats a lil tight

Pros: They didn’t want to help

Pros: Crew was great

Pros: Comfortable Seating!
Cons: Flight delayed Quite a bit.

Pros: Crew did a great job. Pilot was very informative. Great job working with what they have.
Cons: My feet were absolutely freezing. I sat 4D (and paid for first class tickets but somehow delta didn’t even give me comfort plus for this flight). Plane is tiny. I’m 6’2” 205 lbs and I barely fit in the seat. This is a regional flight (even though it’s 2 hrs) so service is very minimal.

Cons: I couldn’t sleep in a chair... wish I could

Pros: Smooth flight; on time; easy check-in
Cons: Food was o.k., but not great

Pros: Meal was provided at no additional charge. Pilots were informative on weather conditions. Good crew service.

Pros: Overall everything was great would definitely recommend delta to others .

Cons: Tv

Pros: Not much.
Cons: The hand-me-down Southwest boarding group gates. The automated ticket readers. The whole de-personalization.

Cons: Ran out of fuel and had to divert to Birmingham. Disappointed. Turned into a 3-4 h delay. When we got to ATL our gate was occupied. All in all very poor service. Delta is better than this.

Pros: Comfy on time and personable. Food was good too. Thank you.
Cons: It was all good.

Pros: I am used to flying Frontier because of cost but recently traveled Delta and boy did I feel completely spoiled! Not only did my other half get our bags for free due to his status with Delta but the amenities they offer and the comfort of the economy seats compared to other airlines is a major difference. As a chronic pain patient, if I can find a Delta flight for a little more, I will be booking with them for sure! Highly recommend them!

Cons: JFK was depressing but not Delta’s problem.

Pros: The outbound crew was terrific. The flight itself was fine. We even arrived early.
Cons: Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare.

Pros: Nada
Cons: Customer service over the phone is the worst. 30 minutes for them to pick up and then get transferred to a very rude representative.

Cons: Seatsnare ridiculously tight for a 6ft man.

Pros: Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. Food and beverage service was excellent along with entertainment options.

Cons: In flight staff were rude and had poor attitudes. Very unexpected!

Pros: New schedule
Cons: Missed connection die to delay by lightning. Rescefuled and put us up overnite but had comfort tickets and had to fly coach and seated separately.

Pros: A pretty well-run flight, till we landed and waited on the tarmac for a gate. Otherwise, uneventful. Lunch was decent. Crew was good.

Cons: They charged $300 for 3 bags

Pros: Newer plane with movies.
Cons: Airlines pack you on so tight.

Pros: Seats wider than on last week's flight out
Cons: Thought I would get better service in first class. Never did get my coffee. Totally different from my trip to Atlanta last week.

Cons: Got stuck for two hours sitting in the plane because the computer systems went down. Worst experience ever with Delta.

Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: The cost of the ticket

Pros: I made it home.
Cons: 1. 1.5 hour delay on a 70-degree, sunny day. 2. all of the outlets in the gate area to charge devices during the delay -- and 90% of them didn't work!!!! It's almost better not to design new seating with outlets between seats, when the outlets don't work -- neither did the ones on the walls. People were lined up for the ONE wall outlet that did work.

Pros: Early arrival. And service
Cons: I was assigned very last seat and there is no reclining option.

Pros: Everything else fine.
Cons: Made me check my bag - even though ther was plenty of overhead bin space.

Cons: Not a fan of the distance between our arrival gate in ATL and connecting flight to BUF. Couldn't be helped, I suppose.

Pros: Seats in economy had a little more elbow room and space. They offered free movies and free satelite tv as well as better snack options.
Cons: Not being able to pick seats until the gate. Traveled with 4 friends and all of us sat separate. 4 of us in middle seats.

Pros: We were kept informed about the delays. I was was automatically rebooked on connecting flights because of the delays.

Pros: There was a blanket and pillow available on the seat and the arm rests (all of them) went up... I appreciated that when I had to move mid flight. The attendants were nice as always... they weren't stingy with the small free snack that is included with the flight. (Small bag of peanuts or pretzels) that I liked. Usually feel like it is an inconvenience to ask for more than one.... but they offered 2! I was very happy to hear that!!
Cons: The entertainment was a bonus! Made the flight go by faster.

Cons: Did not have the movie that showed in the sky magazine. The touch screen didn't sense touch very well.

Pros: Just to clean the cabin a bit more and the folding table tops. thanks!

Pros: Great cup of coffee, and some real lookers that were easy on the eyes :) on this flight. For an early morning flight this is always important. This was a connecting flight.

Pros: i liked the entertainment, the crew were very helpful, the flight took off approximately on time.when
Cons: when we experienced turblance about two hours into the flight.

Pros: Again, despite poor flight schedule I made it on my connecting flight and it all worked out in the end.
Cons: Again, Kayak should allow at least 2 hours of transfer time when booking flights through LAX. I had to go from one terminal to another AND go through immigration and security. In order to make sure I had enough time to make the connecting flight, I didn't check in my luggage which lead to me having to minimize liquids and pastes in my luggage (no vanilla extract or tequila). Also while making the transfer I felt rushed and stressed out. I might search for tickets using Kayak but I would not buy tickets directly from Kayak if my route involves a transfer at an airport that I am not familiar with.

Pros: Service was great. Seating was OK. It was a brand new vehicle, so the (climate/air handling) was great.
Cons: Boarding was not well organized.

Pros: crew was great, comfortable seats, in flight entertainment was great
Cons: We boarded the plane to learn the pilot wasn't there, or even at the airport. Sat on the plane at the gate for nearly 2 hours while the pilot traveled from home to the airport.
