Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏

Food was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations

Food from Surabaya was below average but from Singapore is much better

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

The Premium economy class is not the same as some other airlines because there are no economy seats on these planes. Basically you’re getting an economy seat that’s a little wider. The seats are not that much more comfortable. The service and food experience is similar to economy class on other Asian airlines. There aren’t enough toilets for the entire plane therefore we are forced to share the business class toilets that are closed off with curtains.

My experience with Scoot is very good. Will have no issue flying with Scoot again.

Excellent meal served with real utensils, cardboard served hot meals instead of plastic utensils and plastic covers. Quick service, friendly and accommodating stewards.

Due to the delay of my first flight, my connecting flight with JetBlue was canceled by Singapore Airlines, but the JetBlue crew was very accommodating and rebooked a seat for me. The crew was very nice and had good attitude.

Food no choice just give it seams trying to finish what ever you have in hand

Ok, but legspace on MH0127 from Kul to Per was too small. It was not possible to tilt my seat which I don't understand because the seat in front of my could do it. So I didn't rest on the flight. Also, the crew was probably understaffed because it took very long time to take trash after the meal. Everything very different from the flight with Malaysian Airlines from London to KL.

Service / food has to be much better. Staff were not very attentive to requests. Requested for a second serve of coke and got a weird look back from the host! Was also told they don’t have extra water bottles when I requested for one before sleep! Dinner time food was very minimum and average.

Delayed for 45 minutes. Don't know what's the issue. Other than that, food was not to my satisfaction. However it's okay.

My first course flight (Aor-Kul) was cancelled in the morning, and they asked me to board the night flight hence I need to transit overnight for the 2nd flight (Kul-Myy) that supposed to be on the same day. The overnight stay was not provided, (I'm traveling with my spouse, a daughter (5 y.o.) and an infant (2 months old). Hence I booked Sama Sama Hotel at my own expense (fortunately using my enrich miles points). Other than this issue, all services is good.

No recognition for one World Emerald member. Business class seat has flat bed

Elderly individual shud be given priority to board the plane together with passengers with children and disabled. Otherwise things are OK.

I enjoy traveling with Malaysia Airlines. The Asian food they serve is pretty good and the red wine was also good. They did run out of beer and only did a couple of water rounds during the flight but the staff were very friendly.

On-time & very well priced. All you need on a short flight.

I asked for more food as i was too hungry or I probably missed MAS onboard food. Both flight-attendants fulfilled my request by giving me both menus - the Nasi Lemak & the chicken noodles. Both tasted very nice. Thanks Mas. I think asked for skyjuice 5x & tomato juice twice

From the checking, ground handlimg was very poor.seems new personal on duty, people qho suppose to be teaching them didnt see around.new people may mislead passenger, as of flt info boards, not give proper info.even informatiin counter people dont get uptodate info.makin big ques, totally disaster.guests were not happy about it.even boarding to aircraft some BC class pax sent to aft staircase, some aft pasx sent to front door.poor ground handling.may need to improove.

Spesific ,Crew and cabin manager, look after all pax on board despite being in a old A320 equipment.Got free seat upgrade as well, but old style seats, no much comfert on it.But food and the spesific crew, was amazing.maintain airlanka standerd.the cabin manager, who was so much keen, keen operate as per SOP.

Was got free upgrade, on old A320.aircraft is out dated kind of.bt service ,cabin manager, tried there best.and food was excelent.

When flying from Indian Sector, should be more prepared with Indian food

KAYAK Real time status update is not accurate.the flight inbound rejected and go around.and came back and land. Delay abt 30 min.still shows ontime.track ur self if u wana real time.and cabin crew s are nicer. Aircraft is jst ok.old airplane.and in midflight ,seems have some compressor issue.airconditioning was nt work properly either.I could litarary see guests were cheking if AC is working.bt on landing it start to gv cool.which probably some one intentionaly kept .which was so bad.even breathing was bit difficult.otjer than that.for me all ok.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal but the other elements of Sri Lankan Airlines need some serious adjustments. The day started off with terrible news that the flight was cancelled from Male and that the plane went to Malta. As an American, when such delays occur, the airlines find suitable ways to accommodate their customers such as putting them in an Airport hotel or lounge while waiting for the next flight. A 1.5 hour trip turned into 12 hours with no accommodations from the Airlines except a ticket to eat breakfast. For such a Billion dollar industry, a cheap breakfast is an insult toward the customer and something greater should have been done.

Many changes need to be addressed from airport check in to flight departure. If they observe other major airlines, then they can expect what Sri Lankan airlines need to update their procedures.

not looking like a national flag carrier.. both the ground team and flight team are far from being kind and helpful. Not sure what's wrong.
