Cabin temperature was too low and uncomfortable
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!

After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

I normally don’t like to leave bad ratings about companies because the staff were very polite and warm welcoming. I just strongly believe that Air India could use some remodeling for their planes. The level of comfortability is a must for me and I am not booking with this airline again because the seats are so old and snaggy. There were actual cotton balls(lint) on the seats, and I had to place magazines on top of the seat, in order to avoid feeling uncomfortable. The seats looked dirty and felt uncomfortable. And the blankets were old. Honestly, I would’ve preferred impolite staff, rather than experiencing discomfort for about 3 hours. I couldn’t wait to get off as I was going to my destination. And I absolutely dreaded the plane ride back as I was coming from my destination. Air India needs leather, or smooth fake leather seats for comfortability. Also, they need brand new unopened blankets to give to their guest, along with plastic cups as well. I hope this helps, and I hope Air India improves on this for the future."

Cons: "Flight got delayed by 2 hours, resulting in missing connection of Air Canada flight from Delhi. . Missed connection. Poor customer service where Air India team first issued Boarding pass for next day Air Canada flight, and then took it back and asked me to deal with Air Canada directly this causing excessive inconvenience and loss of money, as Air Canada declined to allow me in their next day flight and I had to buy new Tickets to get back home in US."

Cons: "This is the second time I found something wrong in the food. I called the lady serving in my aisle she was forcing me to eat as nothing is wrong. I requested her to call the manager when the manager came and I showed him the object in the food he apologized and took the object to send to the back office. The object was looking like a rat drop off. I want to add here that I am a certified person in food handling and sanitation from State of Illinois Department of public health."
Pros: "There were lot of kids around me who were crying all the time one after the other - could not sleep for one minute - tried to change my seat but the flight was full so could not- TV control was stuck so could not move easily"

No mouth freshnessner no moisturiser .our LCD wasn't working at all , even we couldn't off the screen , the whole journey in front of our eyes a bright screen so couldn't sleep and no eye pad provided , the flight was already delayed by 7 hours ... It was worst , No comments for food .."

Cons: "The person at the chek-in counter was so slow n rude.Even for 1kg of extra weight I was asked to remove.I flew with the same bag from delhi to mumbai n it showed as 23.3.The scale at mumbai showed 1kg more.Very few movie choices.Remotes never seem to work.Food quality goin down."

Cons: "I flew with my 3 yr old and I was given seperate seats. I really don't understand how can anyone allot seperate seats when flying with kids. Also, I was not able to web check in 24 hrs prior to my flight. I tried for 2 hrs and also called the customer service they did not resolve my problem instead asked to try back after sometime. Service is really bad. They need to understand customer is their priority."

Cons: "Baggage restrictions cost travelers $100s of dollars if India is only a stopover when visiting other near countries. One light check in was all that was allowed. Our group was on a medical mission and had to have a bag for our clothes and one for medical supplies. It cost over $800 for 6 of us to have the medical come with us to Nepal. As humanitarian volunteers, that money comes out of our pickets. There is no reimbursement from the sponsoring charitable foundation. We could check both bags for free from the US to Nepal, but because we had to have a layover in India, Air India charged for one of the bags. There was no other airline option available to avoid this cost."

Cons: "Flight carrier is very old. The equipment, There is no TV Music for entertainment. The toilets are just 2. The exhaust system is not effective enough for foul smell to be sucked out of the toilet. The Aircraft is very old and needs to be upgraded. The toilets were at the end of the aircraft so every service was interrupted by people wanting to use the washroom. If the service will tale 1 hour out of 2 and half hour flight you cant expect people not to go to the washroom. An elderly gentleman was asked to sit on the crew seat near emergency exit. It was difficult for him to eat. A group of 7 people and were separated in seats and they were not handled properly as they created a chaos in the flight. They were a big disturbance to all."
