Cons: "I arrived a bit late to the airport. 5:15pm for a 6:05p for an international flight. I realize It is very late. I was delayed by donald trump protestors blocking the highway (not your fault). Dulles was a ghost town ( abnormally slow). All I had was carry-on. They said they closed the flight. They quoted me at $1800 for a one way ticket directly from Lufthansa. The original round trip was $900. I declined, sat down for 15 min booked another Lufthansa flight online for $800, checked in and was through security by 5:50. Just in time for my original flights last call. I could have made it easily. Boooo Lufthansa booo."

Cons: "you had to pay $35 ahead of time just to select your seats...they only allow 1 checked bag, half the flight was empty in eco plus but they still wanted you to pay to "upgrade", integration with UAL is cumbersome and difficult as you cant manage both legs of a UAL/LH flight from one carrier. Overall mediocre but hey - Cheap fares, you get what you pay for."

Pros: "The flight was delayed two hours. I flew them 10 years ago and thought their seervice rivaled the Asian airlines. Now their service and seat comfort is near the cellar dwellars. The premium coach seat I paid extra for was the narrowest coach seat I have ever had the misfortune to sit in. I am a small man. 5'*8" 165lbs. The normal sized man next to me and I had to sit with our elbows pinned to our ribs. Eight hours of hell. I also had a totally irritating woman from syria behind me. She pushed and banged on my seat back the entire 8 hours. She had to have her loud mouth yapping most of the flight. That was the worse experience I have had flying. Also the attendents didnt care about me. I had to ask for tea. Had to ask three times as they were waalking off"

Cons: "flight was late, check-in people were mean and angry to everyone, instead of serving the food straight away since the overnight flight was delaed and then quickly turning the lights off, they waited until 3 hours in to serve food, which meant they didnt turn the lights off until well into the night and only gave us a couple hours to sleep. there were no new movies on board except for batman vs. superman. food tasted weird even for airplane standards. pretty bad overall. i've had better experience with virgin, united, or air france."

The seat I was assigned was also more narrow than the one my wife was assigned. I am tall, and could not move my legs for the trip. Also, the seat controls were on the inside is the seat. I could not move at all without turning on the overhead light or screen."

Cons: "This was a united flight. The personal was not helpful, only in helping me communicate with the airport in Rome to change my flight. I had to pay 97 euros for this change. I am upset and think it is not fair that I need to pay for a problem united had with their flight. I also think star Allience failed as they were not able to resolve the problem with their partner airlines."

Cons: "A one hour connection in london heathrow is near to impossible. I lost my connection i was suppose to be in madrid at 11am and it was suppose to be a 10-11 hours of travel. I wont make it to madrid until 6pm incremeting my travel time to a total of 24 hours for this reason it was and is a POOR and mediocre flight!"

Lousy food and expensive drinks elsewhere. Airplane from Dulles to Dublin ws old, unkept, antiquated. Serbve on airplanes was bad to nonexistent. NO coffee in the am after an overnight flight!!???"

The manager was very understanding & nice.She took good care of me & fulfilled my desire.She made me happy. In conclusion,every flight should always have more than enough food to go round every parssenger in every flight in the future."

Pros: "I've boarded flight half this size in twice the amount of time it took to board this Airbus A388. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck. It was a night flight to London from DC, so I closed my eyes straight away, and didn't partake in any of the meal or entertainment options available. Flight crew was very nice and personable."

They helped a family to sit together by asking for volunteers to move, and they helped me locate my daughter who had been delayed by a problem with gate check in. The flight was smooth and we all arrived safely."

So getting your seats is impossible, whether from BA or Aer Lingus. And there seems to be no way to correct it."
