Cons: "The 1st 6 hours I had to keep calling for water as no one came around. More movie options."
Pros: "The crew, as always, was super professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The plane was neat and clean, I was pleasantly surprised with personal items like tooth paste, tooth brush, and slippers. And I was thrilled that you served wine with food as well. That goes a long way!"
Cons: "I didn’t rate comfort and food as “excellent” as I did other items not because they were not great, but flying on an economy class for 14.5 hours, I can’t force myself to speak too highly about these two items, which doesn’t necessarily reflect my flight experience or Korean Air quality!"
Cons: "More water"
Pros: "The music of kpop"
Cons: "Would have been good if there’s more korean drama available on the trip and some kimbap food too"

Pros: "The crew was great. The technology is great. I enjoyed the movies."
Cons: "I wish I had more water."
Pros: "Cleanliness, super efficient, helpful, competent, gracious crew - among the very best in the world of airlines! Politeness and smiling courtesy defines KAL. The spacious seats are best for six footers like me - legroom wise."
Cons: "It used to be my and my wife’s favorite airline. But the warm and dry air in the cabin dry our throats and nasal cavities and make travel so uncomfortable! My wife suffered twice with coughs and respiratory illness. I’m traveling by myself in this trip. She avoids KAL. Food is sparse and ordinary unlike before."
Pros: "The crew was the best we’ve flown with bar none! We were in economy class but by the attention we received from the flight attendants , the food we were served & entertainment offered we felt like first class passengers! We highly recommend this airlines! We were very impressed and pleased from beginning to end!"
Cons: "During 14 hour flight, meals were served at the beginning and at the end which comes to 10 hours in between. Between the two meals, they offered a snack of banana or brownie. My wife and I were starving. Terrible!"
Pros: "The crew was great."
Cons: "I know you are not the only airline that does this, but the seats are cramped. I am not a big guy. I can't imagine what a heavier or tall person goes through in those economy seats."
Pros: "Flight attendants were very nice and leg room space was more than other flights"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour but otherwise it was a good experience. The crew was great and the food was fine. I'm pleased with Korean Air."
Pros: "Seats reasonably comfortable, service decent"
Cons: "3 of my 4 flight legs were considerably delayed, my luggage not making the connection for one of them. A friend also flying Korean also had delays making me think they are unreliable and extremely disorganized. I don't know what they'll do when they're really busy for the Olympics. Entertainment OK but ANA has much more."
Pros: "Leg room Food Flight attendants. They were attentive."
Pros: "Great flight crew, speedy and efficient departure procedure"
Pros: "flight delay for more than an houe"
Pros: "Great Staff"
Cons: "Being too old to listen to crying baby's in the economy (Cattle Car) section of the airplane."
Cons: "cheated by kayak. I paid full pay as mention on your wave sight but did not provide the hotel for 20 hours plus long transit. I spend 20 hours plus at the airport without any support form staff. Korean air please don't accept any ticket agent who will give a ticket to passengers with 20 hours transit time and no accommodation. good Korean air but bad kayak."
Pros: "some area the A/C does not work"
Pros: "Clean bathrooms, courteous attendants, plenty of food and drink! These and more are what you can expect from Korean Air. Attendants are also bi or tri-lingual in many instances and will even bring you water and other drinks if you need it. I never felt dehydrated or hungry like I have on other carriers, and I appreciate this so very much because it isn't cheap to buy a bunch of food/drink after security to bring on the plane just to not starve... NOT on KOREAN AIR - full belly, no chapped lips! They even have hydration spray in the bathrooms and lotion too!! You get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, headphones, and did I mention the games and movies on your INDIVIDUAL SCREEN ARE FREE? In case you are wondering... I flew COACH. Another note from this trip on the level of service. There were a couple of people, who I think were Vietnamese. They spoke no Korean and no English. The flight attendants even made an effort to find another passenger who spoke the language to explain the U.S. Immigration form because the forms were in Korean and English as the flight was coming ion from Korea. It was probably also available in Chinese and Japanese since many from there also take the Korean Air flight to the U.S. Still, the couple spoke none of those languages. They were behind me. It turned out that no one else on the flight spoke their language. So what did the attendants do? Well, they filled out the forms for them so they could get to their family, who turned out to be in Houston."
Cons: "I have nothing negative to say. I love this airline!"
Pros: "다 좋은데 한가지 불만사항 : 인터넷에서 구매했다는 이유로 Mileage 로 Upgrade 가 안된다는데 그럼 KAL 대리점도 없는 이곳에서 mileage 는 언제 사용 ?"
Cons: "Due to bad weather and flooding, I could not get to the airport for my flight. I called Just Fly and they said there was nothing they could do. I had to pay an extra $350 to get my flight rescheduled. I thought that due to bad weather, customers can get flight rescheduled at no extra cost? As soon as I rebooked my flight, both airport in Houston closed anyways. So is this still my fault and did I have to still pay an extra $350??"
Pros: "Boarding, food, airplanes"
Pros: "Flight attendants were very nice."
Cons: "Movies are old"
Pros: "The crew was so helpful and accommodating with my meal and all aspects of the flight! They were just so nice and I usually done get that with other airlines that I've flown. They were so accommodating it was my first time flying Korean air and I would definatly fly it again! You have plenty of leg room and it was just a pleasant flight!"
Cons: "I wish they had a few more updated movies and kids movies other than that no complaints"
Pros: "Korean Air staff friendly, accommodating. Meal choices were always chicken, beef or cream pasta."
Pros: "Everybody was friendly and courteous"
Pros: "Services are great, the people are kind."
Cons: "Lines for the bathroom mid flight."
Pros: "Great Service, enough leg room for someone who is 75 inches in height, good food, and an on-time arrival."
Pros: "Amazing service, very polite and professional. The food was very good and the facilities were clean/thoughtful, and the seats fairly spacious and comfortable. Tv screens worked well with good sound. Will fly again!"
Pros: "Light flight, extra space."
Cons: "One of the luggage wheels is broken. No ground personal in the airport to take care of the matter. Called and eMailed the claim. However, KAL refuses to look into the matter."
Pros: "I really liked how Korean Air had the next flights gate information on my boarding passes."
Pros: "Attentive cabin crew, roomie, nice entertainment system that worked the entire time of the trip."
