I understand she was occupied with other duties, but she should have made me her priority."

Cons: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."

Cons: "AVML food was requested but I have never had worst food than on this flight (ever in my life). The crew to abu Dhabi was Ok but I had the worst experience ever on the flight to Ahmedabad. The staff was OK only. The entertainment was sub par. I recently flew Delta domestic flights and it had many newer English and Hindi movies than on this flight to India, go figure. I think even Air India may have newer and many more movie choices than this air line. I flew my sick father with Catheter business class but the restrooms in the business class were same small pigeon hole size. We could not even fit inside to empty out the bag. Don't buy business thinking of the luxury of space. It is a myth."

Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

There were many passengers who were not carrying case in Qatar Riyal and their cards work not successfully swipe,therefore they remained hungry. This is in human and no airline on international route is allowed to do so"

After a 16 hour flight from LAX to Jeddah this was horrible to make my layover even longer . Asked for a voucher to use their lounge and they refused..."
Pros: "The food was ok. They have prayer room onboard so Muslims can pray on time and direction to Kaaba."
Cons: "The flight was 1 hour late and they let us queue for a long time just waiting and no reasons were given. The crew did not treat us well and they speak as if they don't want to do anything and in a rude way. Also the pilot have no experience in flying with the plane as the plane vibrates strongly even while mid-air and at constant speed and altitude. There were a lot of noise and babies crying in the plane and the stewardess just left us and didn't want to serve me even a cup of water. And they also come late. The entertainment screen was always lagging and ads are everywhere. Leg space was very small and I can not relax or sleep in a long haul flight."

Continuously told me that I need to be patient and fill out baggage claim form in 5 days. They were very unprofessional and kept hanging up the phone up on me."

Also it seemed like the louder you shouted the more likely you were to get what you want, terrible service Overall - not comfortable, small leg room, cold flight, no appropriate food options which can all be forgiven but foremost the staff were rude which is plain unacceptable. In Shannon many people, including msyelf, had to throw away carry on items because of Shannon’s policies. Also, the length of security lead to our outbound flight being delayed. Second, I was sitting next to an extremely overweight individual who Kuwait should have accommodated with more space and thereby giving me more personal space. In flight entertainment was also minimal."
