Pros: "Crew good. Good tv/ movie choices."
Cons: "Late check in and takeoff because cleaning crew didn’t show up on time. Late landing because plane below was cleared to take off late. Didn’t receive instructional video until after takeoff because TVs wouldn’t work at first. Uncomfortable seating."

Pros: "The crew on the flight were very friendly, very attentive and always smiling. They took great care of the passengers and in particular a woman with a crying baby. It didn't bother me at all, but I know the parents were concerned and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. The food was truly fantastic, and served hot and with a smile. They repeatedly asked us about water, as the cabin was dry. I would give the crew an A+!"
Cons: "My husband and I have not flown for several years and have always enjoyed past flights. However, it seems as if the seats have much less leg room than years ago. I am only 5 foot 4 inches, and was very uncomfortable. My husband is 6 feet tall and he was miserable. Sleeping on this 9 hour flight would have been helpful, but due to the cramped seating, it was pretty much impossible. The little pillow and blanket did help with some back support, but I guess making more money per flight is more important than comfort."

Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

Cons: "I could not check in online. Although I only have carry on I still have to go to the United Airlines counter to get my check in card. The food was awful. The crew was extremely rude ( I would present a proper complain through United Airlines website). The small tv were completely old. I bought a ticket for ANA but operated by United Airlines. but I was not expecting this awful experience."

Cons: "Even in economy plus, the seats of this aircraft are not very comfortable"

Pros: "United staff worked with me to book a round-about itinerary on a different airline that got me to my destination within 8 hours of the original flight. Progress announcements were made at regular, predictable intervals."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled an hour after scheduled takeoff due to mechanical issues. The plane was actually repaired, but the time it took to do so exceeded the flight crew's hours. I understand the practical implications, but in the moment it did feel maddeningly bureaucratic."

Cons: "The entertainment app was not once able to play a movie or tv show due to error code 3500 which was likely due to a high number of people accessing the app. Not a lot of leg space and the plane seemed a bit dated."

Cons: "Mechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I run 30 gates and the door just closed. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and wMechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Cons: "It was an almost 5 hour flight and all we were offered was a small bag of pretzels."

Pros: "Very helpful preboarding and ticket counter staff"
Cons: "I have no butt and long legs so the seating is always uncomfortable. Always."

Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

Pros: "I wasn't dragged off the plane forcibly. That's it."
Cons: "Boarded 20 minutes late because plane was still in hangar. Crew didn't care either. Seats are too cramped. I'm 6'4" and window seats used to be okay for me. Now, I feel like I'm squeezing into a closet. My knees hated this flight. Also, I'd picked my seat when I booked it. When I arrive at the airport and check in, my seat was magically unassigned and unavailable. Luckily there were a couple empty seats or I'd have been dragged off"

Cons: "showed up for a 5:20am flight and was told at check-in it was now 7:30... Nobody could have told me that before I woke up early, got a cab early and showed up to the airport early?!"

Cons: "Boarding went fine and was on time. After boarding, the plane then became delayed for over and hour. No notification was given until over 45 of waiting, the pilot said he did not know why we were delayed. They also made me check in a bag which was small enough for a carry on. There was also plenty of space in the overhead compartments when I got aboard. I had to wait 30 minutes after the flight for my baggage."

Cons: "I'm 6' 220 pounds, not small, but not huge either. I had to cross my arms or forcefully keep them out in front of me the entire flight. The bigger plane to Tulsa was comfortable, the express flight back to Denver was uncomfortable."

Pros: "Clean Aircraft. Fantastic Gate Agent."
Cons: "Flight boarded, no auxiliary power unit so no A/C in plane and Pilot unable to start aircraft engines. Stuck in aircraft away from gate for 30 min with no A/C. Finally moved to gate to wait for repairs and allowed to disembark. Flight 2 hours late to Orlando. Direct TV no audio in seat 11F entire flight and I WAS TRYING TO WATCH THE WORLD SERIES!"

Cons: "Crying baby all flight, but who can help that. Main complaint-overheated cabin."

Cons: "Nobody told us the flight operated by United Airline was cancelled, until we found it when we checked in a night before. We had to make international calls to reschedule it. Our original was a direct flight from MUC to ORD at noon, we had fly to FRT first at 10am. It would be a very mess if we checked in at airport next day. Who would be responsible for the situation if the trip was operated by two airlines like UA and Lufthansa? Certainly not customers. Since the change, we had to cancel some our plan and spent three more hours on the return trip."
